ako din tinamad na ako and medyo time consuming eh. nag-loofah na lang ako and used it the normal way, with soap and water. ikaw sis dry loofah-ing ba?  :D

Di ba wala daw kasi dry brushing?

But I've read na if your skin is super dry, pwede ka gumamit ng oil.

purchased a long-handled body brush at Beauty Bar (P375); it's been around 5-6 inconsistent weeks of dry brushing. I noticed a bit of improvement on the cellulite (back of thighs and near the butt).

May natural brush na rin ako from Watsons. P125 yung regular handle. Yung long handle P125.
Parang rashes or allergy tapos nagdry brush before matulog. And then before maligo. Yup 2x this day. Parang love ko na gawin to parati.
Hanap din ako ng small brush for the face.

kakabalik ko lang sa dry brushing and I do it before working out. Plan ko sana is before matulog at before maligo so 2 times sana kaso wala akong masyadong time.

I think any soap will do. Yung usual bath soap. Routine ko is dry brushing, exercise, shower. I use Kojic soap. Sometimes pag may time pa, use Dove moisturizing bar soap din.

I've been dry brushing for almost a month and super love ko talaga siya!

Tried this last night before going to bed. Kaso nabili ko sa watson yung plastic handle and for sure synthetic yung bristles.

I stopped this nga pala ng ilang days at nagsisi ako. Naging constipated ako. So balik dry brushing ako now.

May brush din ba na pang mukha?
I bought the neutrogena microdermabrasion kit, similar daw ito sa brush na pang face, to remove blackheads. Kaso napasobra yata at nagsugat yun portion ng face na may pimple and pimple scar.
