Dry brushing

Sa Watson's ako nakabili ng brush na ginagamit ko for dry scrubbing. around 150php yata sya. Di ko na maalala kasi matagal-tagal ko na syang nabili, pero up to now mukhang bago pa din. Brush sya with long handle.

^Parang ganyan yung brush na nabili ko din sa Watsons. Wooden handle with light brown bristles. I just started dry brushing yesterday. Looking forward to seeing if I get positive results.

i've been meaning to do this for the longest time but i really don't know what kind of brush to buy! i googled pics on the internet pero iba2x kasi ang bristles eh. meron ba sa bodyshop or beauty bar?

I bought the brush from UAE, but i just bought one from watsons, wooden back brush for P129.75 kanina lang. Kasi di ko nadala brush ko.

I got mine at watsons Sm Makati for 120++, kahit anong body brush basta natural bristles. The one at watsons has Natural Boar Bristles with long detachable handle na , you don't have to get an expensive one, even sa States mura lang ang mga ganyang brush. I tried dry brushing with loofah but it's super maligas-gas, rough! Dry brushing is good daw for cellulites, circulation and lymphatic drainage. Iba ang effect nya compared sa wet brushing!!!

Hindi masakit kasi you have to do upward strokes towards the heart, basta may tutorial sa youtube and mga sites online about dry brushing. It's not like in bathing na yung scrub up and down eto one direction lang. It's very invigorating kaya advisable na gawin eto every morning. People who also do dry brushing experienced added moisture in the skin.

Dapat ba [textspeak!] bristles ng brush ay parang plastic or parang hair like sa mga make-up brushes?

^wag yung parang makeup brushes. get those that can scratch the skin lightly.

and you don't have to strictly rely on generic brushes. You can use loofah too to dry brush the skin.

out of stock yun  body brush  sa watson's sa greenhills and moa. just not sure sa ibang branches. although, i've seen a small one with boar bristle pero nakasulat is foot brush. pwede ba yun? or baka masyadong matigas bristles nun to use for the body? hindi kase pwede i-open yung packaging niya. where else can i buy the body brush? yun sa body shop... magkano? thanks.

Medyo pricey sa bodyshop, i just cant remember how much I bought mine from UAE, its around 800php ata, ganan.
Nasanay na ako talaga mag dry brush before maligo.

I bought one from Watson's. Hoping I could get used to it everyday bago maligo. Sana din hindi time consuming. I love Miranda Kerr's morena flawless skin kaya mag ddry brush na din ako! HAHA!

OOS yun mga body brush sa lahat ng Watsons napuntahan ko. What i got is the back brush but with same kind bristles but diff shape & has a longer handle. I haven't tried pa but I'm excited. :">

nakakita ko ng body brush sa Beauty Bar, Earth Therapeutics yung brand. I haven't tried it though. I made it as wishlist sa exchange gift sa office, sa Christma ko pa open
