Sana libre parin yung daughter ko sa octopus card,. how cold is the weather in hk pag mid march? I bought a light trench coat for my daughter ang cute kasi. Sana magamit niya when we go to hk next march.    i also bought pink cardigan for her. Cuteness
Here's our tentative itinerary:
Day 1: arrive in hkia at 10am. Take the taxi to disney hollywood hotel. Leave our luggages. Lunch and shopping ay citygate outlet until 3pm. 3:30pm check in at disney hollywood hotel. Rest. 6:30pm Dinner at enchanted garden. 
Day2: whole day in disneyland.
Day3: whole day in disneyland. 
Day4: check out from disney hollywood hotel at 11 am. Take the taxi to the mira hotel in nathan road. Check in. Lunch at sweet dynasty restaurant in canton road. Shopping to the max in harbour city and canton road (h&m, coach, lv, prada, sprit outlet, bossini, giordano, toys r us). Dinner at cafe de coral. 
Day5: brunch at maxims city hall. Either we go to ocean park or just shop around central. I still can't decide n this. Dinner at yuen kee restaurant in kimberley road. 
Day6: lunch at mak's noodle house or food republic. Check out from the mira hotel. Shopping in canton road and nathan road. 6pm take the taxi to the airport for our 9:55pm flight back to manila. 

Any comments on our Tentative itinerary sisses? I don't know kung first day we go straight to disneyland after we leave our luggages at disney hollywood hotel or we'll just go to disneyland on our second day.  about ocean park, mag eenjoy kaya 3yr old daughter ko dun? Thanks

^oo nga sis rocky eh yun din iniisip ko kaya i can't decide if i will take her to ocean park or next time nalang pag medyo mas malaki na siya. Kasi ang ocean park kahit naman once mo lang puntahan ok na eh. Thanks sis rocky! 
By the way, saan yung may mga shops sa central? Yung may h&m, longchamp and coach flagship stores, etc? Walking distance lang ba from central mtr? Sabi ng friend ko dati from central they took the taxi to maxims city hall then after lunch, naglakad lakad lang daw sila then napadpad na sila dun sa shopping area ng central. Thanks

^hehe! sis, di ko kayang ituro syo pano pumunta. pero pagdating sa central may kalsadang paakyat don then naglakad-lakad lang din ako, sa corner makikita mo yong malaking coach store. may parang eskinita don kung san mabibili yong murang chocolates & boots

^^sis, you can try this route. From Central MTR station, labas ka sa Exit D 2. Then paglabas ng Exit D 2 turn right then lakad konti. Makikita mo yun Swatch store then lakad ka lang tapos makikita mo na dun yun Coach na malaki then makikita mo na rin yun H&M.

princess lorraine diba pupunta kayo sa harbour city? andon na lahat tabi tabi pa, sa central magkalapit ang H&M and Coach pero mejo lalakad ka pa papunta sa Longchamp store, mas okay mamili sa TST.

Sis prettybarbie, super favorite ko yang harbour city.  as in shopping to the max ako diyan lagi. But i haven't tried shopping in central. Kaya parang gusto ko lang itry. Mas malaki daw kasi longchamp and coach stores dun sabi ng friend ko. Thanks so much sis!

Sis, yun mga  rates ng transpo and entrance, hindi ko na sure ha if yun padin, as of 2010 2011 pa yan kasi. But i included links naman you can check if same parin. I hope ma-enjoy nyo ng family especially kids mo

To other gtalkers: if you want a general relaxed itinerary (di siya time-based, di din madami ginagawa sa isang araw na compressed, pero good for those with kids) please feel free to PM me and i can send you a copy. I included there yun mga good restau na kinainan ko din na i can recommend. budget to mid-level range lang pala din. May list din ako ng malls doon and popular clothing shops' addresses such as cotton on, H&M, etc

For me kulang 300usd. Budget meal 50hkd/meal,  so thats 600hkd for 4 meals, last time i went to macau i spent around 350hkd for the ferry RT, then OP i forgot na maybe 400hkd..transpo around hk i generally sped about 50-100hkd per day depending where i am going.

Last march ang exchange was 100usd to 700hkd. Prett sure mas mababa na. I dont know pero i bring extra kasi always, incase i like something or i want to eat somewhere. Remember, mas mahal lahat sa HK

^Sis re: octupus card, my son is 3 y/o pero di na sya pinagbayad ng octupus card. I asked the lady from the train ticket counter i said he's 3 y/o. Sabi nya no need. 😊

Also in Madamme Tussauds, The Peak and buffet breakfast in Enchanted Garden sa Disneyland Hotel free sya. Sa Disneyland lang sya nacharge.

We scrapped off OP from our iti at the last minute and made a 2-day Disneyland na lang since super kinikilig yung anak ko kay mickey. hehe Nakakatuwa sya na starstrucked pa sya nun una. hahaha At heto si hubby nagrereklamo na sana daw naglaan ako ng 1-day shopping lang kasi natuwa sya sa Citygate kahapon kahit 2 oras lang kami dun.

may shabu-shabu sa Yoshinoya from 6PM until closing, sa Cafe de Coral at Fairwood meron din.... the price range from HKD 45-60, depende sa ingredients.... meron din sa mga chinese resto, buffet hotpot parang HKD 200 per head....  you can also try Korean Barbeque Restaurant (Yakimix style) in Tsim sha Tsui tapat ng Hotel Benito sa taas ng Burger King

mas mahal po ba talaga sa HK keysa sa SG for a tourist? thanks in advance.

Hi sis.. Based ako sa SG. We were in HK last September. Kung icocompare ko ang fast food price ng SG and HK, mas mahal ng konti sa HK. Ang decent meal sa HK fast food (Cafe de Coral), around 60 HKD (10 SGD) with drinks. Dito sa SG, makakabili ka ng 6 SGD na decent food sa fast food. Yung HK Airport Train to Kowloon MRT, if I remember correctly parang 50 SGD per person kami. Whereas dito sa SG, from Changi Airport station to Orchard MRT station (city area), wala pang 10 SGD iyan. Well kasi super layo naman ng airport ng HK going to their city kaya mas mahal. Ang taxi sa HK from kowloon to wanchai, 250 HKD (40SGD). Malayo na ang mararating nito sa SG at sobra pa ito from coast to coast during non-peak hour. I hope this helps.

Sis for HKD1,100 nakabili kami ng 3 pairs of lacoste shoes at 1 coin purse. Meron din Timberland shoes, various items from Giordano and swatch watches for kiddos. Re: Coach mura talaga sya. I'm not sure lang sa gusto mong wristlet di ko matandaan pero wala akong nabili na Coach kasi nagbibigay si mother dahil based sya sa US. Shoes din from M&S kaso dito na yun sa may TST ko nabili.

Di ko napuntahan ang H&M, sayang naman. Baka kasi mas malaki dito kesa SG. 

Di na rin kami nakapunta sa Avenue of the Stars kahit malapit na dito kasi suko na ang anak ko nagmamaktol na. hehe Well at least may reason to come back di ba. Gusto ni hubby bumalik dito yung malamig daw na panahon para makasuot sya ng layered saka for shopping daw.  Sarap maging bata ulit. Di pa namin naikot buong Disneyland nyan in 2 days kasi relax relax lang talaga kami at ng hindi ma stress anak ko.
