Our trip is next month na and have not booked yet a hostel, since fully booked na golden crown and fiu yai, ask ko Lang which is better between cosmic guesthouse and maple leaf coz Ito na Lang ang may available at NASA tst na mura.

Hay,ako din,booked and paid na our tickets for next month's HK trip pero wala pa akong nabu-booked na hotel. Inuna ko tickets since Mabuhay Miles ginamit ko.
Browsing ako dito ng ok na hotel na di naman masyado mahal. Not the first trip naman to HK kaya carry lang kahit 3 stars lang ang hotel.

Light lang naman na pasyal pasyal ito. Will bring my kids lang to Disneyland. Although not their first time naman, since i brought them na sa Anaheim Disneyland sa US.
Will be staying for 4 day and 3 nights only (Nov 18 to 21).

Gawa mo ako sis ng  mock itinerary ko please, ha!ha! Basta yung naka inplace pa lang ay Disney on November 20.  Then super late pa naman sa gabi ang Nov 21 yung flight namin pabalik. Super wala na ako masyado matandaan sa HK, since 5 years ago pa yata yung last na nag HK ako. Parang lagi lang akong nasa US. What will interest my kids kaya (grades 1 and 2 etc). pArang ayaw na naming mag Ocean park except for the Panda.

Ano ba interests ng kids mo? Meron dun yun museum if scientific bent sila, meron din yun snoopy land pero di pa ako nakapunta don sa lahat ng times na ng HK ako..yun oceanpark naaliw ako infairness. Nako nakapag disney anaheim na pala sis, baka tame na ang disney HK for them, hehe.. Mahilig ba sila sa mga shows?

Pero for you, ang itinerary ko e: lahat ng major malls! hehe!!! Natago ko pa yun mall directory kung nasan burberry, GA, JS, etc )

^ha!ha!ha! syempre sis, may one day shopping, di yan mawawala! alam mo na.ha!ha!
 Regular kids lang naman ang mga kids ko. They enjoy animals. shows, rides, etc. Yung 8-year old ko ang mas mahilig sa mga scientific ek. nakapag- universal studios na din sila both sa LA and sa Singapore. Then dinala ko din sila sa Enchanted Kingdom at excited pa din sila ng grabe.ha!ha! Parang pare-pareho plang for them. Kids will always be kids! : )
Ok ba yung Panda sa Oceanpark? may up close and personal?  Bale kasi sis, pag dating namin ng Sunday, dahil 2:30 pm ang flight parang wala na kami masyado mapupuntahan ng malayo in that day.

^yun panda may glass partition, pero makikita mo ng super lapit cute ng yun mga live animal shows sis,mi think magustuhan nila yan, but reserve mo na for other day (not first day) kasi you probably will take up a whole day for it. Tip lang huwag mo pag sunurin ng araw yun disney and OP, para may "rest day" sila since lakaran yan amusement parks talaga. Kung kaya lang. Are you going to stay at disneyland hotel? Most kids enjoy that since yun room disney inspired talaga may hidden mickey ek ek pa. Tapos the brekky may photo op with the characters. May mga waffles na may mickey mouse, etc na shapes. Hehe. Cutttee!

Madame tussaud's may david beckham, albert einstein, hitler, brad pitt, etc. may chinese celebs din. Andon din beatles, lady ga**, etc. Kung mahilig mag picture picture kids mo sis.

Re shopping, kulang 1 day! Pag shopping nalilimutan ko masakit na paa ko pala. May ireco ako na kainan nyo if mahilig kayo sa dimsum, Michelin 1 star cheapest ever Michelin rated restau

Naku, parang di carry ng budget ko ngayon ang disneyland hotel. Ha!ha! Medyo budget trip kami ngayon. Ha!ha! How about sis yung may cable car? Although will still keep madame tussaud in mind. How about yung snoopy? Kaya lang sis, wala naman kaming ibang day na pag dinpinagsunod halimbawa si disney at ocean. Although disney sis ang priority.

I know, right?! Pang ilang Balik Ko na sa Citygate pero now Lang ako nakatiyempo! Not on sale naman the store. There were two colors of metallic ballet flats (I inspected them to be sure cos I cOuldnt believe my luck!). Last few pairs na daw kc. I got the gold pair na luckily, had one more pair in stock at my size! Whoopee. Hehe.

Will fly back by Nov or Dec for sure. Di nakakasawa.

Hi!  i booked a city room at the mira hotel for 2 nights. So we'll spend 3 nights at disney hollywood hotel then 2 nights at the mira hotel in nathan road tst. I'm so excited for our hk trip next march because it will ne my 3yr old daughter's first time to go abroad.  i'm still having second thoughts whether to include ocean park in out iti or not. What do you think sissies? We are planning to have a family vacation every year if the budget permits. But if not, we'll just do it every 2 yrs. i'm still thinking if i'm gonna take her to ocean park next yr of maybe on our next trip nalang. What do you think? Thanks

^You'll love The Mira! That's our default hotel in HKG. We always get their executive rooms as it comes with free access to their lounge that serves breakfast and light cocktails. So we just have to worry about lunch. For regular city rooms you get to choose your color motif. You'll never want to leave your room after you've checked-in!

Wow! Thanks for the good feedback on the mira hotel sis mama squeak!  i have read a lot of good reviews from tripadvisor and the photos are nice too! At first i was torn between the mira and holiday inn golden mile. But my husband chose the mira hotel.  i chose the green motif. Thanks.

finally booked at cosmic guesthouse! so now i just need to finalize my iti and
1. check the routes on the diff spots from our hostel, so far, ang hindi ko na lang alam na route are: nan lian garden, shatin, jade factory. pa help naman mga sis...
2. pag senior ba discounted ba talaga rate sa disneyland or senior hongkong/chinese national lang? plano ko kasi sa disneyland na lang ibili ng ticket ang mommy at tita ko para discounted rate (100hkd)
3. anong mga  malls madaming mabibilhan na mura pero okay naman

ok lang ba na magdisneyland na agad kami pagdating ng airport since lapit na dun para tipid sa mtr at oras,  tapos mga 4 or 5 pm saka kami check-in sa hotel?

hi! just sharing our 3d2n HK-Macau trip last oct 5-7

Day 1, Friday
-arrived hkia at 10am. bought disney tickets at CTS at hkd370@, octopus card hkd150.
-took bus A21 to Hotel Benito (php6900/night, standard twin no breakfast), checkin, lunch at nearby resto, Hung Lee -pinili namin yung maraming tao our basis na masarap ang pagkain buti na lang, masarap naman
-off to Disney via mtr. sakto magstart ang parade pagdating namin. since most of us are hk returnees naman, ok na rin na 3pm kami pumunta sa disney, di na ganun karaming tao at di na rin masyado mainit. wala na rin gaano pila sa mga rides
-8pm to 12midnight -Ladies Market at Mongkok. ang haba ng tiangge at ang daming tao. pero enjoy naman. still beware sa mga malditang tindera na namimilit.

Day 2, Sat
-8am -breakfast at Burger King, french toast -our favorite. tapat lang ng Hotel Benito.
-9am -walked to China Ferry Terminal to Macau, boarded 9.30am sked. turbojet hkd300 roundtrip. ambilis lang lahat, walang pila. from buying the tickets, to immigration, even sa macau exit.
-Macau -boarded bus#3A to senado square (lapit lang pala, muntik na lumampas hehe), ate eggtart na super sarap, bought jerky na ansarap din, walked to Ruins, picture-picture. daming free food taste, nakakabusog.
-boarded 3A ulit pabalik ng terminal to ride naman free shuttle to Venetian
-Venetian - went to baggage counter (on your left upon entry), para iwan mga pinamili, then off to casino and shopping mall na.
-6pm -our friend's cousin picked us up for a dinner treat in Modern Thai resto, which is infront of Galaxy hotel, not sure but i heard her say we're in Taipa village.
-10.30pm -ferry back to TST

Day 3, Sun
-breakfast at BK french toast ulit haha
-checkout, left our baggage, then konting shopping sa Canton Road
-11.30pm -mtr TST to Admiralty, then bus#590A to Prada Outlet store (mahal pa rin hehe)
-2pm -back to hotel, off to Citygate via mtr. andaming sale! left our baggage at the lockers in basement3, hkd10 for 2hours.
-from Citygate, bus S1 to airport. bili-bili ulit sa loob, inubos mga coins.
-7.30pm flight to manila.

p.s -ang init pa sa hk. hoping pa naman kami na medyo malamig na kaso init pa din. pero happy na din kasi hindi umulan during our 3day stay

^^bitin sis, wala kayo masyadong mapapanood na show & sayang yong fireworks super ganda non. nong una ayaw ko rin sanang hintayin to kasi nga nakakapanood naman ako ng pyro olympics pero masaya sa disneyland kasi may kwento, sarap bumalik sa pagkabata

Sis mama squeak, do you take the taxi from the mira to the airport? How much is the taxi rate from the hotel to the airport? I asked the hotel about that and they said that the taxi rate from mira hotel to the airport is around 300-350hkd which i think is too much. Thanks
