For those taking Diane 35 for their hormonal imbalance and severe acne, you're in for a treat, but there's a but!
When I left Pinas to work abroad, Middle East to be exact, the most outrageous break out happened to me and I suffered for almost 3 years. I consulted a Physician and he informed me that I might be experiencing hormonal imbalance, he prescribed medications such as ointments and antibiotics, but nothing happened. I tried sooooooooooooo many products, and nothing worked, daming nasayang pera and time, I was devastated and depressed of course. Since sa Pinas magkaron man ako pimples 1 or 2 lang, halos walang pores. Horror story talaga yung mga first 1-3 years ko dito, my acne looks like bulutong, as in all over the face, swollen, infected and worst of all painful. And then somebody told me that they had the same experience and what healed them is Diane 35. And boy oh boy does it work wonders, after a month my skin cleared up little by little, and within 3 mos, I have ZERO acne, my pores are tighter, I HAVE VERY GOOD SKIN, rosy cheeks pa, nadamay pa body ko, super kinis, hair is shiny and smooth, as in blooming to the highest level.
But here's the thing, I was sooooooooo moody, emotional, bad tempered, often hungry as a side effect of the pills, so what I did is, I take it for 6 mos and then I rest for another 6 mos. Of course as I stop taking the pills gradually bumabalik yung acne, nahahaggard, and all that crap. The mood swings and uncontrolable emotions and temper affected my life, sa iba daw ang effect is masakit ulo, tumataba, hinde ganon for me.
I decided to give it up, it's just not worth it, later on when I discovered products that works for me, lived a healthier lifestyle, nawala ang stress and naging happy ang life ko hehe, eventually naging ok na skin ko. I mean now I stil have pimples here and there, maximum 4 at a time due to poor eating habits and/or make up products etc, pero it's tolerable and I use make up to conceal so I won't have to deal with it the whole day na super pula. I put tea tree oil (body shop) as a spot treatment, after 2-3 days gumagaling naman. Just be patient and no matter how crazy as it sounds, relax and wag masyado mastress.
