Hi! First time kong magpost dito sa FN. I'm really interested din kasi sa paggamit ng Diane-35, kaso natatakot ako na baka maglabasan lahat ng pimples ko.

ask lang mga sis after ba ng isang pack may pahinga ng 7days? tas iresume yung next pack ng ika 8th day? 

I think tama sis. Resume ka after the 8th day kasi 7 days na pill free eh. Magstart pa lang kasi ako ng dito. Yan din sabi ng OB ko, 7 days pill free so, start ka ulit ng 8th day.

sisters, just want to ask. Plan to switch my pills from yazmin to dianne. Kelan ba sya dapat itake, after ng pill free day ko or need to wait my mens pa which is my mens comes every 5th day of my pill free day. Nako confuse ako kelan sya need i-take kapag mags-switch.

Is it true? 7days pill free dapat? pano kapag you have your period na let's say on the 3rd pill free-day? It says on the pack kasi na you should take it on the first day of the period.

I'm confused now.

share ko lang, yung OB k pinagtake na ko ng Diane kahit wala pa ko period.
Kase for correction naman ng hormones yung purpose hindi contraceptive. Pero ang weird kase ang alam ng lahat first day ng mens...

Sa akin naman ang idea ko why is it advisable to take the pill on the first day of mens because you dont have to take the pill during your mens because you are safe. The safety begins right after taking the whole pack. The first pack i guess is to regularize first our 28days na cycle. Maybe that's why it only have 21 tablets. This is might be applicable to those who promptly follow the right way how is it to be taken. hehe.. idea ko lang po.

Usually kasi when I finished a pack. I'll wait til my period starts..then kapag I have my period na that's when the pill again.

So hindi na ako nagbibilang ng 7 days na pill free. Once I have my period kahit pa on the 3rd day of my pillfree-day I take a pill.

mga sis, question lang, possible padin ba na hindi ka magkaron kahit naubos mo yung isang pack?
I took pills para maregulate yung mens ko, i have pcos kasi. first pack ko palang actually ng althea pero hindi pa din ako nagkakaron, 7th free pill day ko na.

Hindi kaya effective sakin?
I'll take diane na nga lang.. baka mas effective sakin.

long-time diane35 user ako, pinalitan ko lang nung na-ban nga dito sa uae. pero naibalik na daw ulit ang diane35 sa mga pharmacy, weeks ago. pero hindi na ako nag diane35 ulit. yasmin ang gamit ngayon.

sa mga first time user ng pills (i mean yung mga first timer talaga), pwede ka magstart ng pill on your first to fifth day of mens, whatever you prefer. basta within the first 5days of mens.

once nakapag start ka na, susundin mo yung cycle na:

for 21tablets: 21days on pill + 7days pill-free, then start with the new pack (regardless kung may mens ka pa o wala na, ang importante, nagkamens ka), so on.

for 28tablets: 28days on pill (straight), then start with the new pack (same, regardless kung may mens ka pa o wala na, ang importante, nagkamens ka)

why consider na dapat nagkamens ka?

ibig sabihin nun nainom mo ng tama at hindi ka buntis.

kung hindi ka nagkamens within the 7 pill-free days (for 21 tabs) at within the last 7pills (for 28tabs), ibig sabihin pumalya ka ng inom, or maybe something went wrong. better make an appointment sa OB before taking pills again.

Mga sis, may minimum ba na months or days ang pag take ng diane 35 before u can stop.. puede bang magstop na after ive finished yung one box (21pills) palang. Di ko gusto yung laging sumasakit ang ulo ko kasi. Pls advise.

Okay sis. Thank you and also if im drinking a laxative tea like biguerlai once in a while, may effect po ba yun sa pills? Okay lang ba yun or hindi puede talaga?

^pampa-poop ba yan? siguro kung umaga mo naman iniinom yung tea then sa gabi naman ang pills (or vice versa), ok lang siguro.

hindi daw ba pwede? sino nagsabing hindi pwede?

i had a breakout of really bad acne. after a couple of months, my derma referred me to an ob gyne for a hormonal treatment - as my derma wanted me to take Diane 35, as long as my Ob clears it.

so..off i went to my Ob. After informing me of the usual side affects (ie: headaches, water retention, varicose veins etc) she gave me instructions on how to take it:

The first time you have to take it, you will take it on the 1st day of your menstruation. After you finish one pack (its 21 pills), you dont take anything for 7days. During this pill free 7days, you are supposed to have your menstruation.

You begin your 2nd pack, on the 8th day or after your 7day pill free day. You dont take the succeeding pack on the 1st day of your menstruation after you have finished the previous pack. Regardless of whether your menstruation finished or not, you only take the succeeding pack after the 7th day of your pill free days.

oh..and yeah, for it to be effective, it has to be taken at the same time. so easier to set taking it at the time you will remember taking it and not missing.

so far ... di naman na ako nag breakout ng sobra pa. i just finished taking the 1st pack.

gusto ko ng maniwala na nakakalaki ng boobs ang diane kase after taking 3 months of diane, di na kumakasya ang mga bras ko,.. unti unting lumalapad ang aking boobs dito.. weird...

sisses, medyo awkward, kase after 18 days nagkaroon ako ng period, ang bilis bilis naman...
ano yun magchachange lang ng date yung period ko? August 6 ang first day ko eh, nagkaroon ako August 29.. ang bilis naman...

sisters, help.
I started my new pack last day (aug. 25), eh supposed to be dapat today (aug 26) pala dapat ako mag start kasi last day nag end yung pill free week ko, nagkamali ako ng counting. Do i
we still need to use extra protection?! Mamamali yung cycle nya ba?! It's my 3rd pack na pala.
Pls sis help, ayoko majontis.

ok lang kung minsan, may difference sa minutes ng paginom ng pills, time ko kasi is 4pm dapat, pero minsan naiinom ko na sya ng 4:05 or ganun, risky na ba yun?
