I suggest sis if cystic pimples, go to your derma na, para mamonitor ka din. But i have no idea sis nabibili to kahit walang prescription. Kasi ako, sa derma ko ako lagi bumibili since yuun naman ni prescribe niya for me.

Tret can be bought without prescription, the cheapest brand available is Derm A you can buy at Watsons for about 200 PHP.

But yes, better see a derma first before starting this treatment.

I have one sis. yung oil. I tried using this as spot treatment on my face. Once ko lang nilagay pero it peels after a few days. Medyo mahapdi sya pag nagpeel so I don't always use it. Yung mga ganito yata kasi is mas nageeffect the more mainit yung area. Inflamed  kasi yung skin ko nung nilagay ko so be careful sa paglagay.

Right now parang same yung effect ng skinmate pero eti di naman mahapdi. (I use it on my whole face)

I might try using erase on my whole face din. Medyo nakakatakot lang.

^ and Thirtilicious, Medyo nakakatakot nga gamitin yung tretinoin in water or oil formulations kasi wala kang control on how much is getting on the skin. Mas mataas ang risk na magburn yung face dahil sobra yung nalagay.

^ Parang hindi naman, kasi overtime magbuibuild na ng tolerance ang skin. Pero yun nga, sensitive talaga sa araw. Kaya laging magsunscreen

Actually sis, what Tretinoin does is that it strengthens the dermis (the skin underneath the facial skin) and it hastens skin's turnover. So while Tret promotes skin renewal, thus, the micropeeling effect (that's why we think numinipis ang skin) it actually "supports" the skin from within. Unlike hydroquinone, Tret can be used continuously as maintenance.

sometimes tret is not enough, lalo na for those with resistant skins. Try supplementing your regimen with BHA or AHA products to improve the penetration of tret into your skin.

Ako I dont peel naman sa tret.. as in wala. I am using it for months. gabi gabi pa yan.
My brand is stieva red, sa mercury ko binili..  600 mahigit.

im still using 0.5% tret ointment by derm-A ... more than a year na din pala since i started using it regularly. sometimes i put moisturizer after (celeteque) or minsan naman i use toner before using tret (celeteque also). i use neutrogena sunblock spf-50 before i leave the house, kaya lang sometimes i dont esp if i dont think na "maaarawan" ako.  bad, i know! i read somewhere that even fluorescent light can even do some damage to tret users. totoo ba ito?

overall, i have this impression na "nakakanipis" nga siya ng skin sa face. i hardly get whiteheads/blackheads na. 

yun lang, recently, medyo napansin ko na mas mapula pala yung face ko compared to the skin on my chest/rest of my body.  paan ba, parang pink yung face ko then yung neck/chest area yellowish-morena na ang color ko. is this because of tret?
