sardonyx, oo natuwa naman ako sa mga nabili ko. Need lang talaga halukayin ang racks nila. Ang maganda sa Isetan, walang pila. Dress mostly ang nabili ko na tig $39/49 and shorts for $15. Puwede na As gifts sa pinas, I bought shirts for $9. Maninipis ito kaya kung hindi ka mahilig sa manipis na fabric, hindi ka mag eenjoy.

Tried the Adventure Cove in Sentosa yesterday. In fairness nagenjoy ako kaso medyo bitin kasi matagal pumila sa mga slides.
Will definitely try it again:).

$29 for adult and $20 for kids ang entrance with $5 meal voucher.

Mas okay if you'll be there around 10am para di kayo magahol sa oras paguwian na kasi masyado ng crowded ang mga shower room.

My first choice was V hotel lavender since madami siya good reviews, cheap and bagong bldg palang for a triple room eh mukang hindi naman kami kasya 4 adults and 1 kid. Medyo tight kasi yun budget pero since its my dad 60th bday na dun namin i cecelebrate I want him to be comfy naman. =)

I inquired at YMCA and in all fairness pagka email ko wala pang 30 minutes may reply na sila (Phoebe yun name ng nag aassist sakin). I asked if kasya na ba sa ONE FAMILY DELUXE ang 4 adult and 1 kid sabi niya hindi daw she suggested to get one superior room and 1 family room eh iniinsist ko na sa one family room nlng kami hahaha para maramdaman niya na hindi kalakihan budget ko. hahaha!

Kindly informed that we are unable to accommodate for 5 persons in one Family Deluxe Room.
However, we would like to suggest you to reserve one Junior Suite with one extra bed for 4 adults and 1 child.
But the room will be a bit tight for 5 persons.
 
The promotion rate is S$244.81nett per room per night and the extra bed is charge is S$35.31nett per bed per night.
The Junior Suite with extra bed is consist of one double bed and two extra bed and the rate is inclusive complimentary breakfast for 5 persons only.
 
You have to pay S$6.00 at the café for the child breakfast.
The rate above is inclusive 10% service charge and 7% GST.

so okay ito pasok na pasok sa budget kasi with breakfast na eh at inclusive na ang tax dba

^^ sis ok ang stay namin dyan sa YMCA Orchard 2 weeks ago, make sure yung kukunin mong rate yung promo price niila  (lagi naman meron)  need lang mag down ng 1 night using CC pero pagnagcheck in  ka , pay ka agad ng whole amount na.

if super pagod ka na after kakalakad sa SG . may ,massage chair sila lobby hulog ka lang ng S$1 for 5 mins. ok din Bfast niila at malinis mga rooms may mall din malapit Plkaza Singapura opposite MRT Dhoby Ghaut station lang.

sabi sayo sis mabilis sila mag-reply eh. yan ang kagandahan sa Singapore hotels eh, (from my experience) it's convenient to inquire with them thru email. so pag may tanong tungkol sa accommodation, macla-clarify naman sa email. it's great na pinayagan kayo sa Junior Suite w/ extra bed. o di ba, at least honest ka sa kanila at hindi sneak-in. happy family vacation!

share niyo naman itinerary niyo lalo na sakin na first timer sa sg so major kapa kapa =) nabasa ko yun ezlink card ba yun? ano pang advise na maibibigay niyo for me?

saka mura ba tubig sa sg? sa ymca ba eh may free water yun boys kasi sobrang uhawin eh.

^^^may complimentary mineral water ang rooms ng YMCA if i remember correctly. ok na yang sa YMCA. honestly ha maliliit lang talaga ang mga hotel rooms dito (except for mga 5 star hotels like Mandarin, Novotel etc) and nasa labas naman lang din madalas so ok na rin yan

water here is mura as long as you buy sa grocery and not sa 7-11 or so. the huge 1.5L water costs atleast $1sgd or even less, depende sa brand.

^^sis sa lucky plaza ok bumili ng mga pasalubong. May sister was able to buy i love sg shirts for
3 for sgd10. Get the dark colored ones kase masyado manipis [textspeak!] white. Maganda naman, akala ko nga sa giordano sila bumili.

We went to USS last dec 26 and grabe pa din yung tao. Some rides you have to wait for 90 minutes. Pero from 7pm til closing kumonti na, some rides like the mummy wala ng pila. Must try yung bagong ride na Transformers.

^for pasalubong, i highly recommend chinatown because it has better choices, more pasalubong varieties like bakkwa (check fragrance bakkwa).  You will also see thr colorful windows of the historic shophouses and the food street is the best of all.  In some areas of chinatown, you will see the skyline of raffles place and if you walk further is clarke quay.

^^for silk scarves (3 for S$10) and ordinary crumpled scarves (4 for S$10) sa chinatown maraming selection.  They also have bazaar there for clothes.  My colleauge was able to buy sundress for S$10

^^^^the price of pregnancy strips here are almost the same price lang sa manila. better to buy at reputable pharmacies here like watson,s unity, guardian. sorry pero i'll be wary to buy at mustafa if ever kasi uso dun nagbebenta ng expired or old stock
