Sis grayce and sis purpleish, i checked sea hotel pero sa actual mga ilang minutes mrt? Same with ymca po? Kasi 1 kid at 1 senior kasama namin :-)

Mas mura ba bumili ng Ipad dyan kesa dito sa Pinas? Bibili kasi ako pero Ipad2 lang, inisip ko kung mas mura eh di diyan na lang ako buy as papunta rin naman ako this month.

We were in sg last nov. 1-6. Stayed for 3 nights at sea hotel then 2 nights at festive hotel in resorts world.

Yung sea hotel, medyo lalakarin pa ang bugis mrt pero okay din naman mga 5mins. parang nilakad mo lang din siguro ang Moa from south to north building. I saw yung strand hotel, ito talaga malapit sa mrt bras brasah stn. Like 2 minutes walk nasa mrt ka na. Pero i would prefer sea hotel because of its location... Perfect! Sa likod lang ng bugis shops and dami mabibilihan sa paligid..

kasi yung Maxwell Food Center pala close dahil under renovation. di tuloy kami nakakain ng Tian Tian Hainanese chicken.

sis greyzie07 ...mga 5-10mins walk sis kame den kasama namen yung daughter ko nung nag travel sa SG ok naman wala problem with her, and this coming sunday pa punta naman yung parents ko sa SG, both seniors  sila and sa SEA den sila mag sstay...

gaya ng sabi ni sis tayntayn ...perfect location siya kasi andun na lahat, na tipong incase na may kailangan lalo na may kasama tyong bata meron tyo mabibilhan agad, plus factor kasi saken yun parati... hindi kayo mabobore while going to SEA, kasi andun na yung Bugis Street kung saan andun na yung shoppingan, sa tapat meron ng mag tianggehan, hawker center (kung gusto makatipid ng meals), sa right side meron temple... andun den yung Bugis Junction and other malls... while going to SEA meron na kayo madadaan na mga kainan like: Mcdo, KFC, Popeyes... and 711... kahit late at night umuuwe kame minsan past 11pm, safe ang lugar...

YMCA, you just need to cross the street. less than 5minute walk lang to so if you're with a senior e this is very ideal. other side of the station is plaza singapura which by the way renovated na, lots of new stores like Gap, Sephora and the likes. May 24hours na Starbucks rin if you need coffee late at night. And one thing na naeenjoy ko sa YMCA is yung tig pipiso nila na foot massage, perfect after a long day of lakaran since puros lakad dito.

^^there are other branches ng tian tian. pero parang di ata sa city area.

for those who are planning to order online ng ipad ganun, ang alam ko walang GST if you order it online.

Sis purpleish ill check nga sana may room pwede 3 pax at 1 kid heheh kasi 4 nights kami baka mas mura.mukhang ideal nga kasi makakatipid sa mga bilihin. Gusto ko lang sa chinatown kasi dami daw masasarap na authentic dishes tapos shopping area na din.

Sis grayce will check ymca din kung sino mas mura sa kanila sea hotel :-)

Jan. 13 2013 dating namin sg, dapat mag johor kami that day for legoland kaso peak malamang so diretso sg kami from kl then mag bus nalang to legoland from sg.

Mga sis what day do you suggest for legoland and uss? Heres my plan po sana

Jan 13 arrival sg ikot chinatown kain etc..
Jan 14 monday uss/sentosa
Jan 15 sentosa if hindi matapos ng 14, marina bay sands ano pa po pwede dito?
Jan 16 legoland
Jan 17 8pm pa po travel back to manila.

syempre airfare sis, abang ka ng promo. pag may ticket ka na, saka ka maghanap ng ok na hotel para sa specific travel date mo.

^^^kung may extra time ok magzoo BUT dapat whole day to kasi sa outskirts located ang zoo and hindi sa city.

^^malabo sa last day ang zoo not unless super maaga kayo dun tapos after lunch sibat na agad then checkout. and since you mentioned na may kasama kayong bata and matanda for sure gusto nila magpahinga muna ng konti before leaving, not unless sanay sila sa lakaran

and what's good with YMCA is you can ask for extra beds. most hotels here hanggang 2-3pax lang. sa ymca i think they allow upto 5pax pa ata sa room then just ask for extra bed. a family friend went here for a vacation a few months ago, 4 adults 1 child sila and they stayed at ymca since it's the cheapest and most convenient among other hotels.
