^that's actually the topic here in the office for a couple of days now.  Grabe noh?! I haven't read the full story just heard it from my officemates.  Hay kakaawa naman yung nurse.

Based on what i've read, wala yatang receptionist that day kaya diretso kay nurse yung call. Sabi nung dating bodyguard ni princess diana mukhang hindi daw na-briefing ng mabuti yung mga hospital staffs, kasi daw yung mga royals hindi tumatawag sa hospital. Pag gusto daw malaman kalagayan ng certain patient, ang tatawagan nila yung security na naka-assign sa kanya, in this case sa bodyguard ni kate sila tatawag.

Kawawa naman yung nurse, and if i'm not mistaken may mga anak pa siyang naiwan.

^I know sis na merong code of confidentiality ang mga nurse pero since we all know na immediate family ang queen of England kaya the nurse did not break that code. 

I feel sorry for her as well.  I guess there are prank calls na medyo hindi na tama.  The aussie radio station should have known better.

^^^Exactly the point of my officemate.  The Royal family won't go calling the hospital asking for information.  And have you heard the  some portion of the clip nung radio station about that prank call, hindi kapanipaniwala ang accent kase taga Aussie nga yung DJs.  Kaya sobra siguro talagang napahiya yung nurse kase lumabas syang t*nga sa prank call na yun.  And the lady is not that young, 46 na sya, for all we know may iba pang pinagdadaanang problema yan - midlife crisis, etc.

2 yata ang anak nung Nurse.  They said its suicide, pero hindi pa rin ata kino-close ang case as suicide.  Tanong ko nga dito sa mga kasama ko, ano may foul play? Hindi naman daw.  Siguro there are other procedures na di pa nagagawa before they close the case.

^^Sis xtine from the portions ng clip na narinig ko, wala namang confidential matters na nadiscuss...pero di ko lang sure dun sa iba pang portion.  But IMHO, dapat hindi sinabi nung nurse na nandun si Kate, even if alam naman na ng lahat na nandun talaga sya.  there are certain protocols followed with High Profile personalities kase.  But as Sis Pandalicious said, hindi nga ata na-briefing yung nurse.

Update - she just transferred the call to the other nurse, the other nurse gave detailed information about Kate's condition. 

Feeling ko may iba pang problem yung nurse na nagcommit ng suicide.  Kase saglit lang naman pala yung interaction niya with the DJ...

As for the nurse, there's more to it than probably. Baka me domestic problem at dumagdag pa yung prank calls. Para kasing weird na magsu-suicide ka because of a prank call. Hindi sa kinakampihan ko yung mga DJs but according to what I read, they did not foresee that. They were actually expecting to be turned down at nagulat na lang sila na they were able to get information from the nurse without a sweat.

Nakakaawa nga yung private nurse na nagpakamatay. I've read a brief bio of her, perfectionist daw yung nurse college years pa lang, baka kaya hindi nya na-take yung mistake na nagawa nya, big deal na para sa kanya yun. Plus she's from India, kahit pa na sabihing ten years or more na sya sa U.K., given na iba ang native tongue, posibleng nalito or hindi na na-distinguish yung accent difference nung prank callers sa British accent.

Ang feeling ko naman may iba pang reason bakit nag suicide yung nurse kasi if you heard the prank call hindi naman talaga sya yung nagbigay ng full details ang part nya lang dun sa call was "Oh yes, just hold on ma'am" correct me if I'm wrong.
