^ Nag apply ako dito sis for Fraud di ako pumasa hehe, tapos nireprofile ako for CS pumasa na ko.  Yung exam nila kala mo managerial position yung inapplyan ko eh. Malaki offer nila and maganda benefits pero gusto ko kasi ng fixed na weekend off eh so dinecline ko rin.

hi mga sis. newbie pa lang sa call center industry. sumuko na muna ako sa back office job na inaapplyan ko kasi ang based sa experience ko ang tagal ng hiring process ee tapos ang ending kulang pa pala ko sa experience.

balak ko sana sis sa sykes sa mandaluyong. maliit lang ba ang starting salary ng sykes para sa dayshift (assuming na australian accounts)., and hindi ko gamay ang commute ng super late na shift like 3am kahit nung student pa lang at nsa mnla.
