^yes sis kahit anong card yun. di ako familiar dun sa longchamp promo nila. baka for new cards lang yun? parang di nga ganun ka-kalat yun promo nila. late ko nga rin nalaman yun sa krispy kreme promo dati na pag naka 500 ka e may freebies ka palang pwede pagpilian. 

yun sa 8k ng eastwest, ang intindi ko dyan e pang installment lang pwede. so pag straight transactions, kahit naka 8k ka pa, yun mga pang 2k na choices lang din mare-redeem mo.

Ako I received my Rustans Citibank Card end of Oct 2012. COvered dapat ako ng promo na Lacoste tote bag pero hanggang ngayon di ko pa din nakukuha, wala pang notification. Ilang beses nako tumawag to follow up. sabi lang ng kausap ko isend daw request sa marketing team

^ Naku...baka di mo na makuha yan. You should have received a text from them that you are entitled to receive a bag from Lacoste after you have charged at least P2k sa card mo. But the redemption period ended last Jan. 15 pa.

^^sis you should've received a text from Citibank para makasama ka sa promo. Tapos na yung 2k swipe pero hindi ko pa din nakukuha yung Lacoste ko either. Naubusan kasi ng stocks in all branches. My name appeared as 700+ na ha. ang dami lang. But nagpalista ako ng name in one of their branches. They forwarded it sa Citibank tapos GC na lang daw. Nagtext naman yung Citibank to claim it Jan. 30 onwards. In fairness, mas ok gc para makapili ng iba and not just limited to the bag.

ay naku! yun mga nakausap ko kasi sa call center wala naman nag-advise na sa lacoste branch ako pumunta at magpalista. tatawag nga ako uli! sayang din yung gc

^when claiming the gc, you will need to show the SMS from Citibank na you're entitled to a Lacoste vertical tote bag. I asked them before ko inactivate card if entitled ako eh, medyo matagal dumating yung SMS. Sayang nga yun sis. worth 4k siya

sabi nung kausap ko kanina lang na-email na daw sa preferred branch ko yun name ko. i'll drop by nga dun bukas to check. tapos yun sms daw ni-request na uli, wait ko daw till 2/3

^yeah pero if you redeem, you're "locked in." you can't cancel your card two years from the day you redeemed. otherwise, they will charge the 4k to your card.
