^You're welcome.  mahaba lang fingers ko so i gave mine away and got a nook glowlight. in comparison iba feel and make ni nook mas solid si nook and sulit.

@xRylaine if it helps I'm using Kindle Paperwhite and super sulit sya sa akin. the light was a big upgrade iba yung feeling na kahit san ka pumwesto eh clear pa rin yung binabasa mo. Nakakatuwa nga eh like if nasa car ako nagbabasa, pag natapat sa sunlight carry lang, tapos pag nagdaan sa tunnel clear pa din kasi sa ilaw. I love it!

the only issue I'm kind of dealing lang is yung paghawak, medyo nangangapa ako. if only may buttons sya sa side I think mas easier.

as per organizing books I have no idea if okay sya kunwari kung gusto mo naka categorize sya or something. I only put books I'm going to read kasi and I don't mind the clutter 90% of the time di ko naman napapansin kasi basa lang ako ng basa.

gusto ko din ng kindle paperwhite. pero hindi sya nagshiship dito sa dubai. pwede ba iship sa pinas ang kindle from amazon? thanks!!

Me too, ms. maui... i'm not used to the touchscreen of the kindle paperwhite coming from the kindle with the buttons! parang mas type ko may buttons sa side kahit na wala nang keyboard. i can hold the kindle with one hand with the buttons pero sa touchscreen parang ang hirap.

mga sis, i wanna ask something lang regarding KINDLE FIRE. di ba it's a tabet na, does it mean na yung ebook reader function na is same na rin ng sa iPad/galaxy tab/other android tabs na may glare na yung screen/display? in short, hindi na sya katulad ng "traditional/regular" kindles na e-ink yung display? i want a reader sana na colored pero e-ink display pa rin for my med books, nagmmigraine kasi ako sa iPad

^ as far as i know sis, wala pa colored e-ink readers yung big manufacturers like amazon (kindle) or barnes & noble (nook). eto pa lang nakita ko na colored e-ink reader, most probably di pa available dito sa pinas:

I was looking for one too and saw Qualcomm came out with the mirasol display but I just read that they stopped production on it too pricey to make sayang it looked so promising pa naman.

^wow pricey nga si jetbook so malamang matagal pa bago maging mainstream reader ang colored e-ink.

Got my Kindle Paperwhite yesterday. I am biased din kasi Amazon lover ako.

I am not a reader talaga, but I want to.
Since almost all my fave ustv series will be on hiatus, I am planning to indulge my time in reading. Hope to find the right book, soon!

I got my paperwhite today.. I'm still adjusting though, nasanay kasi ako sa ipod lang, and I'm happy naman.. kaso inaatake ako ng pagka-OC ko because may uneven lighting sa ibaba, pero I'm glad I purchased this product! an early bday present for myself..

di ko napapansin yung lighting sa baba actually hehe. pati yung ghosting ng text hindi ko rin pansin. super love ko sya binigyan ko pa ng pangalan haha enjoy!!

Thanks for the info sis blackshirt13... I guess i'll settle na lang with my iPad for colored school books, bale wala rin pala if i buy kindle fire since tablet lang din sya and hindi e-ink display. I hope one day maglabas ng colored e-ink display ebook reader ang amazon

@xRylaine uy nice! yay! enjoyin mo lang isipin mo nalang na mas bongga yan kesa mag hawak ng flashlight or a detachable booklight.  ilaw ni glowlight naman nasa taas akin may ibang bulb pa na parang not as bright, and it's not as puti, ofcourse, as paperwhite ganda si paperwhite crisp pa ang letters.

Mga sis, talaga bang nagfiflicker ang paperwhite pag negnenext page? So far im loving it naman. Saan nakakadownload ng free mobi books? Im lazy to convert pa. I download through torrent lang. And san nakakabili ng affordable case? I got mine skinned na lang kasi hirap ng case eh.

Sa tablet ang gamit ko ay Aldiko.  Sa PC naman, I use Microsoft Reader or Adobe Acrobat.  I am not particular with the ebook reader application or software naman kasi.  I just want to read my books .
