When we went to the world trade center bridal fair, last may ata yun, we did not want to book invites yet because we want to scrutinize them first before booking.
58 per piece ang flat printing, 88 pag embossed. Min of 100 pieces. 7x7 na yung invites nila na 58 pesos, trifold na yun.We got the flat printing lang. Ang important lang kasi sa akin yung walang inserts and i do not like loose cards. Pero ako na lang ang nagdesign ng cover ng invites and ng map.
alam ko may mga nag o offer ng 38 pesos per invite pero loose cards ata or main invite lang. Our guests are very traditional pati family ko, so i think they will not like yung invites na walang entourage list. ako rin i don't like that kasi for me the act of including the names of the ento members is one way of giving them due respect.
Ang pinagpilian namin ay apat. WINK, printsonalities, yanna's printshop (recto) tsaka global invitations. Pinuntahan namin lahat. Ang criteria namin dapat trifold na, fit sa budget namin, maayos kausap tsaka we do not want anything cheap looking or tacky in our invites.
Wink -at 65 loose cards, flat printing. When we went to their office, the AE does not know much about their product. She just showed me samples. She could not answer our questions directly. She does not know anything about the designs. Although she said that the pocketfold and trifold costs more. When i inquired online and asked for quotations online, the trifold invites would cost me around 97 each, as i can recall.
Printsonalities - sister co. Ng wink. Pinakamura yata nila ay 150 pesos.Magaganda naman pero we decided that 15k for invitations is not worth it. Itatapon lang din ng mga guests yun. Sayang lang. We only allotted 7k for the invites so, masyadong malayo ang price sa budget namin. Plus ang hirap dn magtanong sa kanila kasi same AE lang ng Wink yung kausap. Gusto ko yung makakapag paliwanag ng lahat tungkol sa pricing nila para alam ko kung paano ma maximize yung budget ko.
Yanna's - 50 pesos ang lowest price of invites. Trifold na din. Pero i did not like the quality of the designs and the printing. IMO, too cheap looking. Another turn off dahil ang hirap magpark at makipagusap dahil sa pwesto nila. Medyo madumi tapos bawal magpark sa tapat nila. No nearby areas where we can park without constantly checking the car. Kasi ang pwesto nila across isetan recto. So habang nakikipagusap ako at nakapark sa tapat, my fiance had to stay inside the car to make sure na hindi matotow, mababangga or mananakawan ng parts.
ang hirap nun kasi syempre gusto ko dalawa kami tumitingin sa sample invites. So for me the low price is not worth it.
Global Invitations- located in QC. Nakita ko ito online. I found out na marami pala akong married friends and sorority sisters na sa kanila nagpagawa, +point yun for me kapag may mga kilala ako na doon din nagpagawa. Specialty nila mga die cut invites. Sila gumawa ng invites ni shamcey supsup. Pero i decided not to get that kasi marami na rin ang gumamit nun. Tsaka di rin kasi fit sa theme namin.
Nagustuhan ko rin ang printing nila kasi kahit yun flat printing lang maganda na at hndi mukhang cheap, unlike yanna's. IMO, the 8 peso difference sa price ng yanna's is worth it. Sa 58, malaki ang size ng invites nila. 7x7 na.
makukuha ko pa yung gusto ko na trifold. I told the AE na i want to stick to the 58 peso budget and she gave me suggestions and answered my questions regarding what i can and cannot add without any additional cost. All their invites include free foil stamed monogram on the envelopes of the invites.
Regarding design, i told them i do not want a templated design. It was my choice to make my own cover design kasi OC ako and because i want the invites to match the theme. And i also thought na mamaximize ko ang budget ko kapag ako ang gumawa ng cover design. So i sent them the design for the cover of the invites and ng map.Sila na naglayout ng contents.
Na finalize na namin yung layout. Pwede na nila i print kung may go signal na kami pero we decided to see the mock up invites first before we proceed to printing.
