The rule is half of your guest list plus 10%. Kung 200, 120 invites ang safe.

But it's better if you list all of your guests and count invite for them. Kasi di ba yung iba eh families so pwede isa na lang sa kanila. Pwede din isa lang per set of friends.

has anyone tried Perfect Designs? the one near GMA yun office. I booked them kasi nung bridal fair. promo was 50% off sa regular price then free emboss. Thing is sa embossing, yun metallic paper yun ginagamit daw nila (na di ko naman type) but kita ko naman sa iba, na yun nice paper na matte textured kaya. Maybe anyone can do a review?

Ayaw ni fiance mag splurge sa invitation. Gusto nya e invites nalang kasi itatapon din naman daw yun. Siguro papaprint kami ng konti lang tapos yun alam namin mga techie e invites nalang.

Pwede din mga VIPs like PS, SS, entourage, and couple's families lang ang meron tapos the rest online na lang.

kami DIY lang invites.. di ko bet magsplurge sa invites eh since konti lang naman bibigyan namin. yung friend ko she offered to do the layout then papaprint lang namin. since beach wedding kami, message in a bottle ng peg. so basically yung mga bottles + printing lang gagastusan namin. I'm pegging around 50 pesos lang to per invite, or even less. and 20 lang ang bibigyan namin ng invitation, sa principal sponsors lang and some others.

ngayon i'm looking for cute and candid wordings for the invite, ayaw ko kase nung usual na sobrang formal, pero not naman to the extent that it will become inappropriate na, haha. hindi naman kase talaga kami formal so i want the wording to be a reflection of us. kaya din mag DIY kami.

sa global invitations kami, gusto ni h2b sundin kung ano gusto ko sa invites. pero after thinking it over, sinabi ko sa kanya na magstick kami dun sa basic invites ng global. 58 pesos per invitation. pero lahat ng invites nila kumpleto (entourage card, rsvp, map, attire, etc) tsaka trifold na.

Around that rate din sa amin though we booked via bridal fair.
Kasalukuyan nang piniprint invites namin and I'll get them next week! So exciting

We got Urbanista too. P65 per set and so far, happy naman kami sa service nila. Super love ko yung layout na ginawa nila samin. =) Will post photos pag final layout na. Isa rin sa ikinatuwa ko sakanila, may time schedule talagang tumutupad sila sa usapan kung kailan nila isesend yung updated layout, etc and sumasagot kagad sa emails.

DIY din ang invites namin. mas gusto ko to kaso graphic art hobbyist din ako and I love printing/crafts

here are some samples I found online:

- so in this case, you use the first name of each of the step-parents, with the appropriate surname for your mom. Helen is your stepmom in this example, Henry is your stepdad - Green is your mom's surname.

ako DIY ko yung cover design pati border design nung loob. 7X7 trifold with RSVP insert yung invitation namin, 58 per piece sa Global Invitations. 100 pieces ang papaprint namin. my mom asked me bakit di na lang daw yung embossed--which costs 88 pesos. sabi ko naman, mas ok na sa akin mag stick sa budget ko for the invitations.kasi yung matitipid ko maililipat ko sa ibang items. tsaka na realize ko through GT na di kelangan magspend ng malaki to have decent-looking invites. basta ang requirement ko lang naman, gusto ko trifold, ayaw ko kasi nung loose cards. matatanda kasi guests namin at mga traditional...yung mga tamad na mag-access ng wedsite. kaya kelangan andun na lahat pag tiningnan nila.

dahil OC ako, ako na lang ang naglayout ng cover at ng border designs kasi tingin ko mas mabilis magagawa kung ako na gagawa ng design. will post the design later pagdating ko sa bahay.

^^buti kapa sis fionaapple marunong mag layout. parehas tayo ng criteria sis ayaw din namin ng may inserts….si h2b talga from the beginning ayaw niya talga ng loose invites kasi biro niya baka magkahiwahiwalay din daw kami...mabuti na daw yong buo. hehe. kaya trifold or z-fold or bookstyle ang hinahanap ko. medyo challenging lang kasi back to school ang theme namin kaya hindi mo madalas makita sa mga designs ng mga supplier. kylangan personalized talga. pwedeng patingin ng invite mo sis.?
