Hello,

Newbie pa lang po ako dito. Ask ko lang po may alam kayo venue malapit sa malate catholic church. Dec. 28, 2013 po ang date. Nag inquire na po ako sa may Ramon Magsaysay hall pero booked na sila on that date. Any reviews po sa The Pergola and Le Pav Park Metro, we are considering it kase.

little_princess, siya yung nakahiwalay na pabilog right? parang nung umattend kami dun na 200 ang guests, masikip na, nasa labas na rin ang buffet. Pero merong couples stage and band area.

Super na-stress talaga kami kakahanap ng magtutugmang Church date at reception venue. I’ve considered Glass Garden (my dream venue), Oasis, Blue Gardens, Fernwood, and Gazebo Royale). Naikot na ang buong manila sa internet haha. I was losing hope when I ran into Light of Love’s atrium photo in the internet and I fell in love with it instantly. Oh that chandelier! And as I have posted before, In the fog of the trials of night, there is a Light of Love that can make things right. Hehe. At least I still have the element of glass and the garden hehe. Venue-wise, wala ako masabi. Ok and aircon, staff, yung garden. Everything is nice. Hindi rin ako nahirapan makipag-coordinate sa AE (Steph Reyes) because she’s nice and very helpful. Nag-request ako ng easel for our painting and she reserved it right away for us. 4 stars lang and rating kasi they’ve changed our free basic Lights and Sounds from Segue to Stradpro without informing us. Maybe they thought hindi kami affected ng change but we are. Songlist, add-ons from other suppliers, all of these we’re coordinated with Segue. On the day tuloy, walang setup for the strings because they didn’t know na may strings. They gave us both fog machine and bubble machine kahit isa lang dapat. Para siguro makabawi hehe. And also, madami din silang corkage fee. This is one reason kaya hindi na kami naghire ng lights and sounds, kasi 8k and corkage fee. So you will opt to  hire their accredited supplier na lang para makamenos sa corkage.

hi marthalourdes, depende po kasi sa budget mo eh. pero marami sa roxas boulevard like palacio de maynila, patio de manila, meron din sa manila yacht club.

if you are into hotels, try diamond, hyatt, sofitel, traders.

pero kami kasi malate din, sa ibarra's garden kami nagpa-book.

We were considering this venue before nun akala namin sa SSA kami magpapakasal. We didn't book the venue kasi feeling namin masikip sya for 150 guests, at the same time, yung venue, may part dun na parang di na makikita yung couple kasi may pillars na nakaharang.

You may try Prism Plaza sa Two E-com, medyo mababa nga lang ceiling and may pillars din. Pero it's cheaper ata than Pergola, and you get a nice view of the sunset kung afternoon wedding ka

Mejo nga masikip ang Pergola pag 170 pax and yung shape niya weird din. So yung mga nasa likod di masyado kita yung nasa harap.

^^wala po e. nakita ko lang sa bridal fair noon yung rates nila. Di ko lang sure if nagtaas na sila ng rates.

hushlygreen, yeah. dun kasi debut of my sister. blue leaf is saying kaya 230-250 guests pero we doubt it. parang masikip na nga for 200 guests eh. our buffet table is outside na.

hi sis kittywhite. yes aircon sila. sabi ng taga city hall, ang max daw nun ay 300 guests. pero nung tinanong namin si bianca of patia de tata roque mga 250 ang sinabi nya sa amin.

^ 250 pax nga sis feeling ko wala na masyado space to move around lalo na kung may photobooth, band, mobile bar ka.
