if alam nyo naman reason why we need to get oocupancy permit pa before we can occupy OUR OWN house, pa-explain naman po. kasi parang nawiwindang ako. kumuha ka na nga ng bldg permit and you paid huge money, at eto na naman ang occupancy permit at mas malaki pa ang magagstos mo. hayyyyysssssssss... sobrang sigh tlaga. ((

How much ba ang processing? Yung friend ko na nagpalakad nya yung building permit, pero hangang occupancy nabigyan na!

depende yan kung saan munisipyo.

sa makati madali lang, as long as the requirements are complete.

It's supposed to be the way for the building official to check if the structure was constructed based on the permit plans submitted. pero usually di naman nila nachecheck na. dapat nipackage nyo na to sa kausap nyo sa munisipyo during the building permit process.

It's for the building official and bureau of fire to check that the structure was constructed according to plan.

Hindi nagsasabay ang building at occupancy permit kasi iyong building permit ay inaapply before you construct a house. Iyong occupancy permit ay after ng construction para macheck nila if safe for occupancy ang structure.

A. Clearances/Certificates/Legal Documents
1 Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (original + 2 photocopies)
2 Locational Clearance (3 photocopies)
3 Approved Building Permit (3 photocopies, present original copy if it has no bar code )
4 Green Building Preliminary Certificate (for Green Building / 3 photocopies)
6 Approved Sanitary Permit (3 photocopies)
7 CEI (3 copies) or Approved ElectricalPermit (3 copies) w/ CEI App.Forms (2 copies)
8 Approved Mechanical Permit (3 photocopies)
9 Corporate Secretary's Certification of a Board Resolution Authorizing the Signatory (if
corporation / notarized original copy + 2 photocopies)
B. Technical Documents (form must be duly accomplished, wet signed & dry-sealed
by the professionals and signed by the owner/s)
1 Certificate of Completion (for the structure / 2 copies, wet signed & dry sealed)

nakakaloka ang requirments and all ng mga permit nayan!
bakit kailangan pahirapan ang mga tao? nakakainis na talaga!!

magpapagawa ako ng 3 sq.m. tindahan sa harap ng bahay ko.
at sabi ng munispyo.. kailangan daw ng building permit
i mean ok fine sige..

pero nung nakita ko requirements sumakit ang ulo ko.
maglalabas ako ng 20k sa plans palang? tapos permit mga +6k +++ ? pero yung iba sobrang magiskwater at magjumper?
imagine, geodetic engineers, architects, at kung ano ano pang klase ng engineer all for a 3 sq. m. lot?
jusmiyo. kung maglabas ako ng 20k dapat wala ng hirap yon... pero hindi eh. hingi lang ng kopya ng title, at mga tax declaration sa munispyo 1k., 3k. ek ek. kakapikon na dito! antay dito survey doon. isang araw sa munispyo. mapapamura ka talaga! ang susungit pa!? kung gusto ko madali 20k + lagay?! eh bakit may mahirap/madaling paraan? bakit hindi madali at legal na paraan nalang!?

 
yung mga kapitbahay ko naman nagsipagtayuan na ng commercial space sa harap ng walang permit permit.  may connection pa nga ng meralco.. lakas ng loob at tapang lang talaga.

matapang man ako at gustong gusto ko gawin ang mga ginawa nila.. kilala naman ang apelyido ko sa munsipyo na.. mayaman?(sorry di ako mayabang) mom, at mga tita ko lang yun. at yung parents nila..
iba naman ako. im still young nagstruggle pa to make it on my own.. kaya konting kibot lang dito may nakasita agad. kasi akala nila.. isa ako sa big fish!

60k?!? Bahay ba ito? Pero 60k? Sobra talaga dito... Naglabas ka na ng 60k pinahirapan kapa diba?
Ako naman di nako kumuha ng permit. Kasi nagconsult ako sa lawyer.
Pinagawa ko nalang na made of hardiflex yung store, sa harap lang ang made of hollowblock..

I never realized how expensive it is to secure a permit to build a house. We were advised to set aside 100k. Grabe, it's just a small 2-floor house extension! We're hoping that we can cut down the costs to half. *crossing fingers and toes*

For our 2 floor home (100sqm lot area) we paid around 50k++ for the permits sa city hall.
We're from Paranaque btw . We were asked also to prepare 70-100k for permits to be safe.

sis donya_dyosa, yes bahay ito, loft style. Ang dami nilang requirements bago makuha ang isang manipis na papel for bldg permit, kaya umabot kami ng 60k. Kada may naaachieve kaming requirement, may bago silang madadagdag. Kalukring promise. Kaya mangiyak-ngiyak ako nung makuha na namin finally ang bldg permit. Sana pag gawa na bahay, hindi na ganun kalaki ulit ang magastos namin kung kelangan na naman ng occupancy permit

Hi. I just asked someone from QC City Hall to secure building permit for the construction of a 2-storey house. 60k daw ang charge nya kasama na lahat except for the tax which is more or less 20k. ang mahal kumuha ng building permit! naloka ako. hindi ko na lang ipapagawa muna yung bahay.haha

I feel bad na ang laki ng fees for permit. Halos dun mapupunta pera mo imbes na sa materyales para sa bahay. Bakit ganun kalaki? Sana ma justify yung amount. Di masisis yung mga tao na wag na mag permit permit dahil sa city hall e.
