Just wanted to let you guys know that there is hope for us smokers to quit smoking.

I did

It all started with my son asking us (hubby and I) if we could quit if not for him, for his baby sister. Hubby quit on Father's Day. I followed suit. Our first was the cigarette looking one (don't buy this.. ang hina ng draw, smoke, taste)

Our second e-cig, we bought at Makati Cinema Square. Then we had another one assembled at the basement of Robinson's Pioneer. Both e-cig was drip type but the second one, pinalakas ni hubby ang smoke.

I am happy to say that I don't even vape anymore.
Hubby, occasional vape and 0mg to low na lang.

For juices, I love the blueberry of Denkat VMall. Don't buy butterscotch. Mas lasang butter. Di ko din type si Nerds Watermelon. Strawberry banana is nice. Black Ole of Holy Smoke is good too.

ako din sis domesticdiva, isa din sa mga reasons kung bakit gusto ko nang magquit ay dahil lumalaki na ang babygirl namin...i never smoked in her presence and i've always been careful na wala syang maamoy na usok whenever i smoked in the house...pero paano pag malaki na sya...hindi naman pwedeng hindi nya malaman yun...

eh sabi nga nila yung mga anak ng smokers, most likely magiging smokers din paglaki. ayokong maging smoker ang anak ko. ako nga i regret the day i started.

^ako naman sis. I have been a smoker since I was 18. I stopped at every pregnancy and unfortunately started again after until my son asked us.  Never ako nagtago sa kids ko kaya matagal tagal din ang history of smoking ko.

good for you for trying to stop! you can do it, sis

the chances of our kids smoking is high if us parent smoke kasi nakikita nila, abut abot lang nila ang cigarettes especially if they're curious and want to try it. the temptation is there BUT you're trying so that's a good thing : )

kahit nga yung e-cigarette ko hindi ko magawang gamitin sa harap ng anak ko :-P nung bata kasi ako, heavy smoker ang tatay ko, everyone in our family disapproved of it (kaya ako din ganun), noon nga hate na hate ko ang mga naninigarilyo, tapos nung napunta ako sa workplace where nearly everyone smokes, naging tama yung mali...at napayosi na rin ako. siguro nga bukod sa parental influence, peer influence na rin.

anyway bought two new e-juices today. peach (11mg) and marlboro black menthol (6mg). mukhang masarap pareho at excited na kong gamitin, hehe. pero in fairness to me parang ilang puffs lang ako ng e-cig all day today. hindi ko hinahanap! sana magtuluy tuloy na!

Hi, I bought my PV sa podium, it's also joyetech ego-t. Yung kay bf naman, lava tube sa greenpuff megamall naman namen binili. Si bf nag-influence sakin para magtry mag-vape.  I tried it before pero yung mukhang yosi din at di ko talaga nagustuhan, nung binili ako ni bf ng joeyetech sobrang nasatisfy ako. when i was smoking lagi ako amoy usok but now feeling ko lagi ako fresh. nagustuhan ko talaga to tapos minsan sabay pa kami ni bf magvape even sa car tska sa house namin pwede.

Sis try mo e-juice sa holy smoke, okay yung minty melon, i've tried din yung grape mint and sizzling grape, i forgot the brand.

Kahit magquit ako magvape, i know di nako babalik sa yosi, I'm proud to be a vaper!

sis pebbles, salamat sa tip ng masarap na e-juice! mukhang interesting yung minty melon :-) holy smokes, saan bang mall meron nun? btw, ilang buwan/taon ka nang vaper, sis? happy to say 1 week na akong cigarette free...salamat sa e-cig! pero eventually sana pati e-cig hindi ko na kailanganin para totally nicotine and tar-free na ako :-)

bought my first vape! it's a joyetech ego-t, got the 650mah kasi im not a heavy smoker naman. plus na din sakin yung it fits in my pocket, and it comes in baby pink! strawberry/choco mint is <3 !! got the entire package for 2200 at SM the Block

hi sis goldengoose, meron holy smokes sa st. francis square and metro walk, mag 5 months na ko nagvvape and di rin naman ako naaddict sa vape. madami parin kami kasama sa office na nagssmoke pero di kami natetempt. basta wag ka lang magpapa-influence dapat ikaw ang mag-influence sa kanila

thanks sis pebbles! medyo nakakainfluence na nga ako, hehe. yung IV Therapist ko at yung hubby nya, naengganyong bumili ng e-cig dahil sa akin. simula nang bumili ako ng e-cig na 'to sobrang dalang na akong magyosi (every 4,5,6,or 7 days ang pagitan, at paisa-isa lang. pag napunta lang sa party o pag nadeadbatt ang e-cig, hehe).

sad ako na di ko pa rin madiretsong cold turkey talaga, pero at least sobrang laki ng nabawas from my usual half-pack a day noon. pa-isa isa na lang ako kapag nakakabitaw sa tulos, at mild seven pa. (puro excuses?!) my last 1 stick was four days ago at gusto ko na talagang dire-diretsuhin :-)

experimenting with different e-juice flavors para excited akong mag-ecig lalo hehe. kakabili ko lang ng MENTHOL sa vape company (the block) na 6mg. ok na ok sya, para syang yung black menthol yosi ko dati (ngayon kakasulasok na sa akin yung real thing). i really like COCA COLA from Brahman (sm sky garden) kaso out of stock sila. PEACH from vape company, ok din.

share favorite e-juice flavors naman, sisses!

^^ you can never go wrong with PREMIUM juices! Brands like Holy Smokes!, Customixed, etcetera. mas full ang flavor and better vapor production. my faves are (also based them on reviews online) Customixed Strawberry Banana, RY4 (any brand pero mas ok kung premium) -- one of the best selling kasi! it's tobacco + vanilla with a nutty aftertaste -- so yumm! for the cheaper juices like Dekang, ok na ko sa chocomint and strawberry mint although mahal talaga ang benta ng Vape Co. sa iba, 3 for 500 lang to.

Wow sis dulcette thank you for the tips! marami pa pala akong kailangang i-explore as far as e-juices are concerned. ang alam ko lang kasi yung mga dekang ng Vape Co at yung binebenta ng brahman.

sa ngayon hinahanap ko talaga yung Coca Cola 6mg ng Brahman. Swabe lang. hahanapin ko yang RY4 na yan sis.

^^ lahat ata ng brands ng e-juice may RY4 as far as im concerned, even the cheap ones, ganun siya ka-hit they also have RY4-M (menthol version). may pinoy vapers forum eh dun ako nagllurk, kaso lang naka maintenance ngayon.

Hi, new member here at GT.

I have been smoking for 18 years then I quit smoking (Cold Turkey!!!) when I started vaping, and i did not stop valing for 3 months. I like holy smokes especially Apple Tsiklets kaso ang tabang ng nicotine I vape 24 mg kasi. Dekang is nice for nic. So I usually Mix HS Apple Tsiklets and Dekang Mint for the extra flavor and kick.

thanks for sharing popo potato! haven't tried any holy smokes e-juices...actually kahit yng RY4 that i'm planning to check out hindi ko pa rin nahahanap...sa ngayon kuntento pa naman ako sa dekang PEACH, ROOTBEER, at TRIPLE MENTHOL. 6mg lang nicotine content ng triple menthol pero grabe matapang sya...just right for me. for EX-marlboro menthol smokers, ayos to para sa tin :-)

will remember that dekang apple tsiklet, popo. namimiss ko na rin ang COCA COLA flavor!

happiness! i've been real-yosi free for 15 days! kahit isa, kahit ano pang sitwasyon...e-cig keeps me happy. no more yosi! sana mapangatawanan for life!

I just came to this thread trying to help a friend of mine stop smoking. mga sis, ito ba yung menthol na marlboro?

yun ba? sure ako may green na same "design" sa red but yung black and green yung nakikita ko favorite sa friend ko. black menthol?He told me na he smokes because he gets stressed or really nervous or yung high gusto niya.. @_@ Btw sis, "he" siya, so I dont think I can get him an e-cig na fruity flavor, probably something na somewhat similar to what he smokes..

Actually, i have no intention to quit vaping. It i what I like and I enjoy and it is safer than analogs. Im even planning to setup my own store, hopefully by next year.

yes, yan yung black menthol. that used to be my cigarette. exclusive ako dyan noon! ang pamalit ko dyan ngayon, yung TRIPLE MENTHOL ng DEKANG, nabili ko sa vape company sa SM THE BLOCK. Pareho ng lasa, although sa akin 6mg lang. kung heavy smoker siya, he can request for an 11mg or higher.

try nya din yung ibang MENTHOL-LIKE FLAVORS from other brands aside from DEKANG. di ko pa rin kasi natry yung iba pero sa ngayon di naman ako unhappy sa triple menthol ng dekang.

yes sis, effect na ang gluta! pero syempre, may ipuputi pa rin! malayu-layo pa sa NC15 ng mac! haha

does e-cigs affect the lungs like the usual cigs? hindi na ba ako mabilis mapapagod if I switch?
also, how long does the juice last sa inyo?

^ vaping dekang triple menthol right now. nakukulangan ako sa menthol niya, sa totoong Black i have to stop every 2 sticks kasi maanghang na. dito kaya ko nonstop. :/

also, 15th day today cigarette free! new favorite ko : Butterball ng Holy Smokes & RY4 ng Customixed.
