If maayos ang gamit, pwede lalo na for powders. Like hindi mo ginagamit wet for powders and eyeshadows. Except mascara.

Anything similar to the YSL touche eclat highlighter? Like from the face shop or body shop etc? Or korean brands... I wanna try matte highlighters kasi (in liquid pen form) para see muna kung magustuhan ko. TIA! :)

Try mo mac prep + prime highlighter and loreal lucent pen highlighter. Mas gusto ko yung mac pero subtle lang pang highlight niya especially kung maputi ka, yung loreal mas nakaka highlight siya kasi mas maputi kaysa sa mac.

Highlighter? Just buy a foundie or concealer 2-3 shades lighter. Cream form is best kasi concentrated and you can sheer it down by mixing with moisturizer.

it's cream form but comes with a pen.  Mukhang mas mahal ang foundie kesa highlighter.  Ok na ako dun sa nabili ko.  Next target ko make up brushes ang mahal ng good quality brushes.

Yeah figured out na pwede rin naman ang foundation or concealers. I just found the idea of a highlighter pen amusing. And you can bring it anywhere pa without the mess. ;D Not really a highlighter person kaya will try muna loreal. Paguwi ko sa manila, can't wait, sana naka-sale pa. :)

Yung mac highlighter pen ko 1yr na sa akin and I always use this up to now hindi pa rin nauubos.
I put this on the nose, chin, under the eyebrow, under the eyes down to the upper cheek bones.

Yung loreal highlighter ok din pero hindi siya masyado maganda on top ng powder foundation ( i use mac studio fix) mas maganda texture and pag blend ng mac pero mas nakaka highlight yung loreal mas ok siya pag on top ng liquid foundation and mas madami shades na pag pipilian compare sa mac. Happy naman ako sa loreal highlighter kasi naka sale siya ng binili ko pero I dont think its worth the full price at mas onti laman niya compare sa mac.

^ Thanks sis got it! Try ko muna loreal kung magustuhan ko. Okay rin pala kasi di ako ma-powder foundie. :) And I saw rin Maybelline's meron pala sila I read one review and saw swatches better ang coverage nya than loreal. Di ko lang sure kung meron sila neto here in phils. :)

^^Yep thanks sis. I'm also eyeing Dior's skinflash. Even better than the touche eclat daw. Pero this will be my first highlighter purchase if ever kaya I want to try the drugstore ones muna..

A few question again :)

1. Para saan ba ang face mist / face spray? Okay lang ba gamitin to sa mga may oily skin, though most of the time sa tzone lang. Inaapply ba to before makeup? parang serve as a primer na din?

2. BB cream ba muna ilalagay before concealer or the other way around?

Still watching youtube videos. I like korean dewy look, and korean luminous skin :)

For beginners, I would recommend the following:

1. Fashion 21 Foundation Stick with Tea Tree Oil - multi-purpose, great even for combination skin. Can be used as a foundation and as a concealer. Pwede to pang-conceal pag di naman kailangan ng intense coverage ng skin mo. I like using this under the eyes too. Doesn't crease on me, but then again, I set it with powder. Limited nga lang shade selection, but this is perfect for travel since very portable yung size niya, affordable pa.

2. Nichido/Ever Bilena Eyeliners - get one in brown para pwede mag-serve as an eyebrow pencil and as an eyeliner. Tsaka mas natural-looking pag brown ang eyeliner.

3. Tinted lip balm - if you're not comfortable wearing lipstick, this can be a good training ground. It moisturizes your lips and gives it an extra hint of color and sheen.

4. Pressed powder - if you have oily skin, get one with oil control. Try the IN2IT pressed powder, medyo pricey at 495, but it's worth it. Kung ayaw mo ng may coverage, try other drugstore powders that best suits your preference.

5. Eyelash curler - Opens up your peepers.

Good luck!  ;)

mikewazowski: i made a detailed information on facial mists on my blog you might want to check it out. facial mists are toners in a bottle so typically you apply it after washing your face. setting spray yung nilalagay after makeup. skin care product ang facial mist. with a spray i dont think you can apply it only on your t-zone unless ispray mo sa cotton pad then apply on desired area. that defeats the purpose of the "mist". I have oily skin and i am currently loving facial mists. very refreshing sa face. :)

with bb creams i think it would be better to apply the bb cream first bago concealer. if you apply the concealer first then bb cream then mabubura lang or madidisturb yung concealer na nilagay mo.
