waiting for cebu pac sale going Hongkong on April 2014.. If ever first time ko to ride an airplane kaya sana ok ang experience with cebu pac, wala sanang aberya..hehe..

wahhh... ang daming flight changes ng cebu pac ngayon. mukhang nagbawas sila ng aircrafts dahil ang reason nila ay hindi due to weather kundi due to aircraft situation. For those na may upcoming flights for the next two weeks, you may want to contact cebu pacific to make sure na confirmed ang flights nyo. un samin kasi un papunta lang ang inadvise then upon checking RT pala ang may changes. Pero they have options naman, and mas naging advantage pa on our part

Nung summer, pumunta kame ng parents ko sa Boracay. It was our first domestic flight at super disappointing! Cebu Pacific yung airline namin kase mura nga. From check-in pa lang, ang tagal tagal tapos nagdadaldalan pa yung mga staff.

When we got in sa waiting area for our gate, sobrang dami ng tao. Understandable kase super dami talaga nga ng pasahero pero alam nyo yun, walang customer service man lang? There were a lot of Cebu Pacific staff there ni wala man lang nag a-accommodate sa mga customers. Walang sistema. Halos lahat ng flights delayed. Imagine, our flight was suppose to be 11am! We took off at almost 2pm!

Nagkaron pa ng problem at nagpalipat ng dalawang passengers because masyado na daw mabigat ang aircraft blah blah blah. Then delayed ang take off kase traffic daw sa ere... if in the first place, Cebu Pacific new that during lunch time lalo na pag summer, sana hindi na sila mag offer ng ticket for that particular time.

Hindi lang yan. Mapa-take off and landing (MNL-KALIBO-MNL) , nagswe-swerve ang plane. We didn't know if it was the pilot's fault or the aircraft pero alin man sa kanila, yung kapalpakan ng Cebu Pacific, kitang kita na sa dalawang mishap na nangyari recently. I'm just glad na that didn't happen during our flight and I'm really hoping it does not happen to any of us in the future.

Better parin talaga ang Zest Air tsaka PAL.

^^same sis. they rebooked our KLO - MNL flight. Supposed to be super early ang flight namin today but they transferred it at noon kaya advantage on our part cos we didn't have to wake early. At saka mahirap pa maghagilap ng boat at van from Caticlan if maaga yung flight namin. Yun nga lang, delayed flight as usual. Late na kasi dumating yung plane na sasakyan dapat namin. From the orig 12:40 departure, naging 1:30. At kainis ang turbulence, nakakahilo!

December ulit this year flight namin with cebupac, Hong Kong naman destination. I hope wala nang aberya!

Sis, sana talaga wala naman maging aberya sa inyo. Wishing you guys to have a safe flight.
Grabe talaga sila mag delay ng flights. Tsk tsk. Sometimes, di mo na masabi kung turbulence talaga o yung mismong aircraft na may sira eh.

Sana mag improve talaga ang Cebu Pacific. Maganda pa naman sana offers nila if only the quality of their services are great too.

in fairness to cebupac, i have used PAL, Cathay and Cebupac ha. All delayed! minsan mas malala pa delays ng PAL. as in the next day na nakaalis!
pangit din naman service ng PAL. BUt PAL should at least make sure they deliver good customer service kasi they are not a budget carrier. Cebupac is.

Filipinos parin are one of the best pilots. Grabe mag landing ang ibang nationalities. As in kahit no typhoon balibang
ang plane.


Flights, to and from Manila gets delayed not only because of the airline but also because of the airport. Its a stupid perpendicular runway that only one plane
can either land or take off. As in pa isa isa lang. Unlike other airports in the world that has a perpendicular runway, which means that two planes can take of and  land at
the same time.

@Vhanya, agree about Pal. My worst flight ever was with them. So far no qualms wiith cebu pac. Usually its the domestic flights that gets badly delayed. The international flights naman are okay.

^this is true. my last 5 flights, kahit on-time yung boarding pero grabe my gaddd angtagal namin naghihintay sa runway. maririnig mo yung pilot frustrated din hehe

sis burberi per my experience, lagi talagang delayed ang flights ng kalibo to MLA. zest air man o cebu pac. Ang liit kasi ng airport nila tapos international pa. nagkakaron siguro lagi ng conflict ang mga sched ng flights ng mga airlines dun kaya ganun

ay nako totoo ito! when i was flying back to kuala lumpur from my assignment in tanzania.. alam niyo yung feeling na parang nasa roller coaster or parang nasa jungle log jam ng EK.. yung parang aangat yung pwet sa silya kasi pabigla yung descent (i'm flying with one of the best airlines daw, Qatar Airways). nakakapikon! sabi ko sa sarili ko, i flew with cebu pacific or PAL and never ko naman naencounter yung ganung klaseng landing!

me and h2b are booked in 5J pauwi ng manila this december sana by that time wala nang anek-anek lalo na peak season yun.

If you dont want your flight to be delayed. Always get the first fly out. Kahit na 2 am pa yan, get the first
fly out. Cebu pac, or any other low cost airline kasi uses their aircraft sunod sunod. If there are 3 flights that
goes to Kalibo per day, isang plane lang yan usually. isang set of crew nga din eh. So if say traffic ang landing sa manila ni flight-of-the-day-number1
so delayed na sila may land, delayed na sila mag board for flight number2 to kalibo, pag hindi pa siya maka take off agad kasi traffic lalo pang delayed
ang kalibo back to manila. Mas lalo pang delayed yung last flight to Kalibo at mainit na ang ulo ng Kalibo going back to Manila kasi 2 hours na silang delayed.

Seriously its not just the airline. Its the stupid runway. Or everything all together.

Help, Im trying to purchase 15 kg baggage allowance pero invalid payment details sa bdo online payment, Ive read here na common error nga yun without resolution.

Now, I want to just use my credit card pero the option to purchase additional baggage allowance doesnt show up on the screen anymore. Maybe I can wait tom baka mgrefresh yung screen, what if hindi?
Flight status shows as Confirmed with payment due.
Problem #1 Baka magkatrouble sa airport or web check in dahil sa "with payment due"
Problem #2 Paano ako magppurchase ng extra baggage. I refuse to pay huge fee sa airport.

And question too, when I booked for our Mla-Hk flight, it charged us 200/head for web admin fee and seat reservation. so that's 800 on top of our promo fare, are these two really necessary to be paid for my booking to be processed? May option ba to eliminate this prior payment?

^Call their hotline about your pre-purchased baggage. Sila lang makakakita sa record mo sa system nila kung nag-prosper or hindi yung original purchase mo.

Unfortunately, no exemptions on the web admin fee and seat reservations.

hi mga sis, medyo different ang question ko. I heard Cebu Pacific is very specific  with name details. Kasi nagpabook na kami last May for our Sg-KL trip this coming December and currently I am using my Maiden name (although married na) kasi that time before ako nagwork sa ibang country eh matagal pa before magexpire ang passport ko. So ngayon nabook ko na with my maiden name I have plans to renew my passport using my hubby's surname na. May problem ba yun if hubby's surname na tapos ang booked name ko is my maiden name? TIA

^just bring supporting docs like your marriage certificate to prove that you are one and the same person in the ticket.

^^You can call the call center and they will instruct you on how you can have the ticket changed to your maiden name.
