pag ba di mo nabayaran yun over the counter option na pinili mo, how soon bago bumalik yun slots sa seat sale? exact 12mn ba babalik sya? parang di kasi bumalik yun di nabayaran ng friend ko e.

I've asked Ceb Pac, sabi nila, kahit na active ang on-hold itinerary sa website nila considered as cancelled na daw yun.

Sayang nga eh, nakatiyempo pa naman ng piso sabay offline si SM.

we booked our flight thru travel agency pero wala silang nilagay na check-in baggage lahat hand-carry
dun na lang daw kami magbayad sa airport. Afaik mahal kapag sa airport magbabayad ng check-in baggage, pwede kayang via phone lang magpacheck-in ng baggage? same amount lang din kaya
yung sa online?

^sis, try mo lang to log in to Cebupac's website using your booking reference no. - "Manage Booking". Then "Purchase Add Ons."  Andun yung baggage allowance option

Another question, pwede kayang group baggage kahit iba-iba yung confirmation/booking reference namin?

nagbook ako kanina ang used the payment center option, baket wala ng nakalagay na you have until this hour to pay if not cancelled na yung booking.......does it mean ba na automatic for 24hrs na yung holding period?

^pagkakaalam ko sis not 24hrs but it's 23:59 of the same day. try to call them up to verify kung valid pa yun booking mo. minsan kasi di agad nagrereflect sa site nila na cancelled na because di nabayaran e.

i booked kase last night around 11pm...i checked now, nakapending pa din yung itinerary receipt nya, sana hindi macancel pagdating ko ng sm

^naku sis ganyang ganyan yun nangyari sa min sis. di daw updated yun sa online pero ang katotohanan e cancelled na daw. kaya itawag mo na sis to verify if ok pa sya. kesa naman masayang ang punta mo sa SM.

mga sis question..kasi diba kasama na sa ticket ngayon ang terminal fee..eh diba 200/pax un..nung nicheck ko yung itinerary receipt namin ni bf, nakalagay na amount ng terminal feel is 330, dalawa na kame dun..nagtataka lang ako..kasi diba dapat 400 un? or discounted na ba ang terminal fee? hehe
iniisip ko kasi baka may babayaran pa kame pagdating sa airport

Hi! I have a question. I'm gonna book HCMC to Mla kasi. For the longest time $73 siya tas naging $59 early this week. Kanina nung magbbook na ko $89 na May chance pa bang bumaba siya? June 16 yung date na kukunin ko eh.

^sis, malamang hindi na kasi malapit na yung departure date. The nearer the departure date the more expensive the tickets will be.

mga sis, may nakapag pa refund na ba sainyo dito ng korea tickets?

di na kasi kami matutuloy this June and nabasa ko sa General Terms and Conditions nila:

7.2 Refund

7.2.1 Fares paid and received by the Airline will be refunded to the Passengers upon their request where:
a) the refund is sought following the occurrence of the events stated in Clause 8.4 (b) (Schedules, Cancellations, Delays and Diversions - Other Conditions) below; or

(b) the Passenger is not allowed or failed to board the flight for reasons other than his non-observance of this General Conditions or any Regulation or applicable law; or

(c) the Passenger was able to submit all the documents required by the Airline; or

(d) the airport of departure or the airport of destination is within the Republic of Korea; or

(e) the Passenger died or suffered a serious illness before the scheduled flight. 

7.2.2 All refund will be subject to the Airline’s refund process in force at the time of the request. The Airline will deduct the refund fee from the total amount claimed, except in the instances cited in paragraphs (a), (b) and (e) of Clause 7.2.1 above where the refund fee is waived


so its true na pwede irefund right? promo tix yung samin pero total of 10k+ din. magkano kaya ang refund fee?

just called them. from 10k plus, 5.7k na lang daw marerefund. Surcharge and taxes from Incheon lang daw ang pwede irefund.

oh well, okay na din kesa wala.
