hi sis!!!

una cyempre diet at water intake...pag kasi kulang sa water at masyado oily or salty or sugary un kinakain, nagkakaron ng effect sa skin....

second, hanap ka ng ok na face regimen for you, un hiyang na face wash at moisturizer....Moisturizer is a must....

as a working mom, ala na ako time na magmake up so tinted moisturizer really works...or BB cream if you like, then eyeliner, eyebrow pencil at mascara.  Tapos lipgloss at konting blush

pwede na un pamasok sa office, no need IMO ng heavy make up kasi you will look fresher pag very light ang make up mo

let's start from head to foot, have a good haircut, go for a simple and easy to maintain style hanap ka sa magazine tapos pagaya mo sa mag gugupit sayo, for maintenance use a treatment wax at least once a week, may buy one take one sa watsons lagi. the yogurt variant very good for frizzy hair. if you can, color your hair, it will make you look younger.
sa face naman use a moisturizer with spf na hihiyang sayo, sa akin hiyang ako sa olay spf 15 then top it with a face powder, i use avon o kaya yung johnsons baby powder ok din. have clean nails. trim once a week. use a body scrub once a week you can try asian secrets lulur. this is a quick fix para sa di masyado mahilig mag lotion. and drink lotsa water get enough sleep, and last but not the least smile lagi.

oh and you mentioned make up, if on a budget i use nichido sheer lipstick (pink ice or tender lips) suits fair skin.less than 150 pesos, J&j baby powder 20 pesos, avon pink blush lip and cheek tint 90 pesos eto ang everyday wear ko.

Regular peel gives my skin that glow.

You can also invest in a good foundation and highlighter. Eating plenty of fruits and taking supplements (multivitamins and 1000 mg Vitamin C) help a lot too.

exfoliate and moisturize! get enough sleep, exercise, love and stay happy! :) i also take gluta, vitamin c, and mahilig ako magmakeup pero natural lang. importante emphasize ang glowing skin using the right foundi and concealer, blush, gloss/lippie, curl your lashes and mascara! and dont under estimate good set of eyebrows. :D

Tama mga sis natin dito. Beauty starts from within.. You should take vitamins, eat nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep and exercise..  Tsaka mo na muna intindihin yung mga pangpaganda sa external part mo.. ^_^

For me yung naiisip ko na mukhang fresh ay naka-pony tail, naka-white shirt, di makapal ang makeup, parang naka-lip and cheek tint lang. Lol

After I gave birth, I breastfed my daughter so halos 2 years akong walang rebond, derma, and other skin care products aside from a basic moisturizer. Feeling ko sobrang mukhang manang ako non :(

Sleep and water really helped. Even if my skin was free of any products and derma treatment, it was still clear because of ample water intake and rest. Pero nung natapos ako mag-breastfeed, nagpa-rebond ako kagad.

Get a good hair cut sis. That's usually the start. You can start working out too para mag-tone yung body mo :)

i also gave birth around 8 months ago. di maiiwasan yung magmukhang haggard kasi you're responsible for the life of a human being na, so to speak. but once the craziness is over (or when you get the hang of being a new mom) start slow. here's what i did:
1. eat healthier. i don't mean going on a diet, just eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad. you'll regain your pre-pregnancy figure easier this way.
2. drink lots of water. this does wonders to your overall health and appearance.
3. adapt a daily skin care regimen that works. the stuff you used prior pregnancy may not work anymore after giving birth (which is what happened to me, damn hormones). visit a derma and get advise. but for me, the regular cleanse-tone-moisturize-sunscreen routine worked, i just had to find products which didn't make me break out.
4. take time to relax every now and then. for me, my guilty pleasure is going to The Spa. i get massages once a month and facials every other week. this not only keeps me looking young-ish, it also helps me feel young. (and being a new mom, you DESERVE some pampering!)

that's it! :) and if you feel that you must wear makeup for work or nights out, go easy on the makeup. light makeup will make you look younger than if you pile it on heavily. :)
