In an interview on Tuesday, Napeñas said he was taking full responsibility for what happened in Mamasapano.

Lagi ngang sinasabi ng partner ko na Kris and NoyNoy have autism, syempre not the classic Autism ah, meaning Asperger. They are high functioning but hirap sila sa socialization, parang they lack empathy. I guess sa pinapakita niya lately baka nga totoo.

^Medyo OT tayo, pero in my opinion... I've been reading about gifted adults kasi. And I think she's like that. Super OA sa pag-react kasi they experience the world in a different level.

Yung kay Pnoy naman... ay ayun, medyo naniniwala ako na may pagka-autistic nga siya. Hehe. If di siya autistic, then may ibang mental illness siya.

I'm a SPED major, and giftedness is different from autism, but I guess like what they're saying nga na Asperger's siguro ang meron sila. Kind of like autism but it's more of high-functioning and more verbal compared to autism. Anyway OT na nga! Hahaha
Back to topic... he did his job naman regarding the Veloso case. Medyo nakakainis lang talaga yung nanay ni Mary Jane. PNoy may not be perfect, but at least he made action.
