IMHO, there should be NO comparison who bested who, dahil parehas lang po lahat, CORRUPT, PERIOD.

Ang pinagkaiba lang, nung time ni Arroyo, everyone knew everyone in the government is corrupt so may nararating, everybody gets something, kaya may "systema". 

with ABNOY,
- everyone THINKS the government is "clean" to the higher price to pay to get out of something (ex: Pacquiao's closed door meeting);
- mas garapal!!!! (double everything sa SSS, Philhealth, even barangay clearance para sa business permit namin, naging P1k+!) 
- and he's using BIR and other agencies to MILK everyone to the bone!!!!


So, the BIG QUESTION is, under ABNOY's term, BUMUTI BA ANG BUHAY NATIN?!

Also. Filipinos look often at the politicians when they themselves are partly to blame.

In progressive countries, people in government positions can get into trouble by simply receiving a thank you card. The point here is that a lot of our kababayans help nourish an environment were corruption and incompetence can grow.

Yellowtards and Abpnoy are exactly the same..they don't want to compare the past administration to our gov't today without thinking that it's Pnoy who keeps on recalling and blaming the Arroyo's government to our present issues. Everytime he does his speech hindi pwedeng wala ang blame game niya kay Arroyo..kulang nalang pati ang pagdaan ni Yolanda si Arroyo pa rin ang nagsabotage..He simply can't move on and face his own trash. IMO, we badly need a new president. nagustuhan ko yung eviction ni Estrada noon bilang president, kasi naman noh..corrupt na bobo pa..noong kay arroyo naman parang ok lang..kung ma evict ok lang kung hindi naman ok lang din..kasi naman hindi ko naman masyadong nafeel noon yung hirap ng mga Pinoy...but now..since the issue started noong Quirino Grandstand..talagang nakakahiya..dinagdagan pa tong Napoles at Yolanda

Because of their ineptness (spent 4 years doing nothing, nitong last 2 years gagawin ang insfrastructures para may masabing accomplishment sa 2016), ipapasa na naman sa mga tao ang inconvenience. Mababa na nga ang kalidad ng edukasyon, ika-cram pa into for 4 days ang school week. So much time and money (magiging inefficient ang pagtakbo ng businesses and rendering of services) will be lost sa heavy traffic.
