Cold pressed virgin coconut oil and petroleum jelly... In just 1 week, mga 3 mm ang hinaba ng eyelashes ko and nadagdagan din siya. Hindi pa yun araw araw. Mga 3 times ko nagamit in 1 week? So happy, sabi ni ate ang massive daw ng lashes ko. Natry ko na yung Apollo castor oil and petroleum jelly pero mas effective saken VCO and petroleum jelly eh.

sis Bloomy, yung castor oil sa mercury drug ko nabili. Apollo yung brand pero ngayon may nabasa ako na di daw pure castor oil yung sa apollo brand? Kaya siguro mas naging effective saken yung virgin coconut oil... Kung bibili ka ng castor oil, try mo magsearch pa ng ibang brand. 
GIGA yung brand ng nabili kong VCO, sis. Merong GIGA sa SM Megamall at Trinoma. Tingnan mo na lang sa website ng GIGA kung saan ang malapit na store nila sayo sis. Meron din sigurong VCO sa Watsons.

Not sure about castor oil, baka magkaroon pa kayo ng stye.  How about GrandeLash?

I did have a big stye dahil diyan sa castor oil. Effective siya sa lashes pero grabe yung stye ko nun  as in at one point naka 3/4 close na yung mata ko. Hanggang ngayon nga meron pang maliit na bump eh

Thank good heavens for this thread! I've always had super short and thin lashes. I already did eyelash perming and extensions. Nakaka-ubos lalo siya.  I'll try using Petroleum Jelly. I'll update you sisses.

I used Apollo. Nabili ko sa watsons. Hehe. Pero effective talaga siya magpahaba haha.
Di nga lang worth it nagka-stye ako.
Pero I think maybe hindi lang yung oil yung culprit, baka pati din sa paglagay ko.

And also as I've seen eh ang castor oil daw ginagamit nila pang-cure ng stye eh. I think it works by "purging" kaya baka nagka-ganun sakin.

Sobrang effective ng castor oil sa kin. Nag experimento ako, ginupit ko 1/4 of eyelashes just last week tapos nag-aaply ako ng castor oil 3x/day. Nakikita ko humaba siya. Tsaka try niyo rin icurl right after mag-apply ng castor oil, feeling ko kasi magiging curly sya pag mahaba na. Update ko kayo pag nag-stop na siya tumubo at kung gaano kahaba. (Medyo weird itsura nung umpisa kaya nag mamascara on top of castor oil ako, pag lalabas lang. Pero ngayon medyo di na sya weird tignan.)

Dahil sa raves dito about castor oil napabili ako kahapon! SBO worked for me sa pag-lengthen ng lashes pero gusto ko mas makapal pa. I bought the Apollo brand sa Watsons Pharmacy Mega B. Before bedtime, I made a concoction ng castor oil, petroleum jelly and VCO. Tinancha ko lang pero mas madami yung castor oil. Heavy nga sa mata. Pagkagising ko kanina para akong bagong iyak pero nagsubside din naman yung mild redness ng mga 30 mins. Promising yung effect neto so sana nga talaga magwork. Will update you sisses!

I just want to give an updated review about the Sophia Eyelash Serum. Earlier in this thread I was raving about it when my Mom personally tried it 3yrs ago. Last month, the vendor informed us about their promo so I  ordered 6boxes and gave it to my Mom as a Mother's day gift. She loved it so much before.

Unfortunately, the one they are selling now are watered down formulation. It is as not as effective as before. So nagbigay ako feedback sa vendor. Sabi nila, sabi nga daw supplier nila na binago daw yun formula so they can sell it at cheaper price. Sabi ko, ngeee... bakit kayo nagbebenta ng new formula tapos wala kayo sasabihin sa customer.

They offered to replace the items I bought with the older formula pero mas mahal nga lang daw. Sabi ko wag na! Irefund na lang nila ako. Pumayag naman sila and it was clearly stated in their email na kapag naisoli namin yun remaining items they will give FULL REFUND.


So pina LBC ni mommy yun unused bottles at our own expense pa yun postage. After nila now makuha yun items, nagreply sila na kung pwede EXCHANGE na lang daw nun old formula nila. Still waiting daw sila sa vendor nila dumating yun supply ng old formulation.

Dun na talaga ako napikon kasi ang linaw ng usapan namin na FULL REFUND, tapos ngayon, iibahin na naman. 

I am so sad na Sophia Lashes was once one of my most rave beauty products, eh eto so much bad experience.

Excited na itry ulit to haha. Almon shape na heavy eyelids ako, dati sobrang iksi ng eyelashes ko na di mo mahahalata na meron pala. More than 1 month ng Apollo castor oil - di noticeable effect, halos walang nangyari. More than 1 month of Apollo castor oil +kirkland vit e oil mas noticeabe ang paghaba

Ratio: 3 cast :1 vit

Materials:
- mixture of the oils
- mirror (mas okay pag malalapit mo mukha mo+maliwanag ilaw na makikita mo talaga yung parang skin kung san galing eyelash haha)



Application: before matulog
1. Dip finger tips (kahit 1 finger lang ) sa lalagyan na maliit na meron ng mixture of oil
2. Lapit mukha sa mirror w/ good lighting
3. Gently move eyelids upward/downward, put the finger with oil dun sa roots ng eyelash
4. Higa at matulog na. As much as possible wag side ways kasi magmomove din pa-ganon yung oil



Within a week may makikita ka na effect. Not drastic though, parang mm lang ang haba. Maghahanap ako ng magandang vco at ttry ko din, kaso di ako fan ng amoy ng coconut sa katawan

Vit e oil- medyo mahapdi sa mata. Nagcause ng redness sa iba

Ano ba sis mas effective? Vco +castor or castor + petrolleum?

Wanna try kaso wala watsons dto or malls sa province. But we have mercury drugs here

For me sis case to case basis sya kasi iba-iba yung reactions ng katawan natin sa mga products. May iba na mas effective sa kanila yung castor oil, petroleum jelly or VCO alone. I suggest try mo muna yung isang concoction then after a month magpalit ka para makita mo yung difference kung ano mas effective para sayo.

May nakikita na kong improvement sa eyelashes ko after 2 weeks of using VCO + castor oil. Pag tumitingin ako sa taas tumatama na yung gitnang lashes ko sa kilay ko e before di naman ganun. Pansin ko din mas stronger na yung lashes ko because of the VCO. Wala na kong napapansing nalalagas.
