Mestiza=Maganda???

I don't think so, overall. I think for me, chinita is better and more enviable, kasi kapag "generic" type ng mestiza, ordinary-looking lang sila surrounded with their kalahi.

Let's say, Angelina Jolie. Yep, actually she's a typical generic white person na malakas lang talaga ang appeal. Same with Julia Roberts (who is waaaaay more overrated).

Ako din, napapansin ko ang puting gluta. Maputi kasi ako pero normal na puti. Yung puting gluta halata eh. Me something talaga.

Mostly ng mga kilala kong mestiza/chinita/latina na may halong Filipino blood, mas maganda pa kesa sa pure international blood. Pero sila nga yung mostly nag sastandout na itsura kasi nakukuha yung tangos ng ilong at yung curve ng kilay.

for some reason, pag nakakakita ako ng maputing gluta, iniisip ko malandi, etc.  lalo na yung mga di naman bagay sa kanila na maputi sila.

for me? my answer is a big NO. why? pag pinaitim mo ang MESTIZA, maganda pa rin ba? hindi rin. and i must say, marami ako nakikitang mestiza na hindi naman halos kagandahan. and take note, marami nga mestiza dala ng kakainject ng gluta or using whitening soaps, therefore NO  pa rin for me. I am one typical morena, i am not biased here but i am saying my opinion. i am proud of my color, what more, my face value. =)

my idea of mestiza kasi are those with Caucasian and/or Hispanic features. going by that, no, not generally at least. but i admit i find them more attractive than their chinita and morena counterparts. their alleged ordinariness only comes to me as an afterthought. and all things being equal, i'd choose a pretty mestiza over everyone else. that isn't to say that i agree with all these whitening campaigns. i think people respond better to women and men who like themselves, warts and all.

in my opinion, walang sukatan ang "Ganda".

Beauty is subjective which means open to interpretation, a question of opinion and judged differently by different people. to each his own. for the question Mestiza=Maganda???, i'd say NOT ALL THE TIME.

to be clear, first thing na naiisip ko about Mestiza are:
1. White freckled skin
2. Brown eyes
3. Pointed nose
4. Brown hair
5. Big boned

so basically i am describing Andi Eigenmann  who is very very pretty!

Pero I think w/ this topic we're generally referring to half-caucasian looking mestiza no?
IMO generally they look maaliwalas, but not necessarily maganda

I'm not mestiza, but my skin is very fair (I look like a boiled chicken sausage) . I got it from my half Chinese grandma. Super nakaka-insecure ang mga morena. I don't tan; I get sunburn. Once na nag peel na, maputi na naman. 

I find women with golden/olive complexion very sexy. Parang dyosa lang, kaya I envy them.

At marami pang iba dito kasi sa pinas parang pagmestiza malakas agad ang dating na para sakin parang hindi naman dapat kasi i envy morena look na pino ang kutis gusto ko kutis parang honey or sun kiss skin color parang Jessica Alba try ko dating magpa tan sa beach kaso puro pekas nakuha ko at first mamula mula skin ko then sunburn after magskin feeling nyek freckles kung ano talaga kulay mo babalik at babalik ang tunay na skin color mo sobrang mahal naman ng tan lotion.. My cousin ako morena pero tawagin nya sarili nya negra pero para sa akin ang cute nga ng kulay nya pino then tagal namin hindi nagkita nagulat ako ng xmas ang puti sabi ko alam ko may ginagamit ka hindi ko lang masabi hindi maganda pagkaputi nya parang may spot na hindi pantay hindi ko ma explain parang mga mapa sa katawan. Kita ko na photos nya sa fb na ang puti nya akala ko dati photoshop lang...siguro kung ano talaga wala sayo yun ang gugustuhin mo. Only in the Philippines (and a couple of other Asian countries). Everyone else in the world recognizes that beauty comes in all colors.
