Purple Oven's chocnut pie is really good, i loved the comforting chocnut flavor but the cream part, medyo nakakaumay so i had to scrape some off.

Red Ribbon's choco-caramel roll is good din, doesn't taste like an inexpensive cake.

^ agree with the choco-caramel roll, it's yummy. although.. ba't parang habang tumatagal parang lumiliit yung mga roll ng red ribbon?

i'm in love with anything chocnut, i think i will love that pie. one time, one time... detox mode pa eh

Had a slice of Restaurante Pia Y Damaso's Sisa's Chocolate Dementia.

For me, it's like a cake coated with Hershey's milk chocolate bar. Lasang semi-melted hershey's chocolate yung top niya. Then at the middle part dun is parang powdery, polvoron-like layer. Yung last naman is a bland chocolate base.

Ang tamis niya for me. Naumay ko, hindi ko siya inubos. P175 for a slice. 7" whole is about 1k+ and yung 9" costs 3k+..

They say that their cakes are made with Magnolia Gold Butter..

Nasarapan ako dun sa shaved chocolate na nasa sides nung cake.. thought it was a dark chocolate pero hindi. Pero tama lang ang tamis niya, so perfect.

mango torte from dulcelin, first time to try it. masarap, even my balikbayan relatives liked it. Better if na thaw mabuti para di matigas ang mango

we tried Goldilocks' new cake, yung Luscious Caramel cake - surprisingly masarap din, sulit na for the price of P395 ata. it mostly tasted like a regular mocha cake, but i really liked the caramel filling/layer sa gitna

Those na naghahanap ng cake for sa medyo oldies (haha *peace*) na ibibigay, feeling ko magugustuhan nila yung sticky toffee pudding sa karen's kitchen. Di kasi matamis e, iba yung lasa nung mismong cake. First time ko maka-try nun and I was expecting it to be like fruitcake or prune cake pero hindi pala. I think di ma-appreciate ng kids unless they coat the whole cake with the toffee topping and top with ice cream. di ko nga ma-determine ano talaga yung lasa ng cake, but masarap naman. Actually yung gusto ko takaga eh yung toffee, sarap.. Tamis!!

Dahil satisfied kami sa first try namin sa Karen's, i'm excited to try their cakes esp. Red Velvet and BTS cakes

yesterday lang ako uli nakatikim ng mocha cake ng goldilocks. yung rolls. masarap pa din plus ang sarap nung chocolate na kasama sa ibabaw

Masarap nga yung death by tablea, very mild lang ang sweetness ganun lang gusto ko eh.

oo nga any advice? mag bday kasi dad at lola ko sa april balak ko sana sila bigyan naalala ko dati nag order ako ng sugar free mango cake sa red ribbon di ko nabalitaan kung masarap kasi inuwi ng daddy ko sa pampanga non eh

yung black velvet sa mary grace parang hindi ko pa na-try; pero yung sa conti's (for me ha) average lang. nothing special. personally ang gusto ko sa red/black velvet is yung icing na cheese na medyo sour. basta yung sa conti's, hindi na ako o-order ulit nun. parang wala lang siya e hehe

I love the black bvelvet cake of contis. 
I bought dulce de leche roll from goldilocks. Masarap naman pala ito. It's been some time already since i got a cake from goldi. In fairness, i loved this one.

tried Mango Bene kanina from Cafe Mary Grace...it makes me smile

unang tikim... hmmmm masarap siya-ah;) pati yung icing sa gilid masarap den, tamang tama lang yung sweetness niya... ang medyo kangilo lang yung mango on top mayelo-yelo pa ng onti, siguro mas masarap kainin mga tipong after 5-10mins pag kaka-serve...

pero kung i-cocompare ko ang Mango Bene at Mango Bravo ng Contis, medyo lamang ng 1 point ang Mango Bravo saken kasi meron Cashew Nuts
