binder or girdle after pregnancy, effective ba talaga to?

Ang mahirap sa Wink is you go through several sizes pala which means investing in more than one. Mabilis lakihan as iv read many go through all the hooks in just days or weeks (which i guess is a good thing pero sayang haha).

Im almost on my 8th month and my bump is measuring 37 inches at its biggest... medyo nakakapanic pano to babalik sa 25 hahaha

CS ako so after giving birth i wore my regular girdle 24/7 for 3 months. After a month my waistline came back to normal size agad so for me it doesn't have to be branded na girdle kahit anong regular girdle that can hold up your tummy well should do.

I'm planning to buy affordable girdles sa mall na lang muna, then Wink na XS size. I don't wanna start with Wink then buy its diff sizes kasi it's not practical for me.

Nakaorder na ako ng Wink XS. Bibili ako this weekend sa mall ng girdle para yun muna gamitin ko after delivery

Bought a cheap brand lang from a seller in ig. Siguro mga 1 month ko rin ginamit. Di ako makalabas ng bahay that time ng walang girdle, lol kasi super laki ng tyan ko after ko manganak via CS. Tinigil ko nga lang kasi napansin ko sumasakit yung likod ko, baka dahil sa bakal nung girdle. Natakot ako, hinayaan ko nalang kahit malaki pa rin tyan ko, lol.

WINK binder winner! 

Used it sa 2nd baby ko dahil natakot ako mag sag or lumaki puson.  Super effective!  Basta isuot agad after giving birth.  I only bought 1 WINK at yun na ginamit ko until masanay tummy ko.  Sa gabi pag mag lie down na ko hinuhubad ko na then sa morning na ule.

exquisitegem, Sis followed your tip, bumili muna ako normal na binder na wrap around from Babymama, gamitin ko din for a month post partum and then umorder ako ng 1 Wink like you did. Thanks as always.

I'm planning to buy Wink but after reading some of the experiences here na mabilis makalakihan, parang I wanna scout for cheaper alternatives muna. On my first pregnancy, nag binder din ako for almost  6 months and it was just the regular binder from SM department store. Kaya yung tummy ko flat, no flaps, and it was easier for me to get back in shape.

sa panganay ko pinagbinder ako ng tita kong manghihilot kasi daw babalik ang beywang ko, bukod dun naniniwala sila sa hilot na yung kumot ibabalot sa tyan at balakang tapos hihilahin ng dalawang tao para daw ibalik ang balakang sa dating size...sadly she passed away in 2012 a few months after I gave birth sa panganay, kaya di na nagawa yung pagbalik ng balakang at mga hilot hilot sa kin sa 2nd and 3rd babies ko...pero I still use maternity binder after giving birth...

so far, 4th pregnancy ko to, ang balakang ko same "lapad" nun di pa ako buntis at di naman sagging ang tummy ko (nung di ako preggy)

Mine was not branded but it helped a lot in holding in my stitches so its not so painful.  My derma recommended wink din, maybe i'll buy next time

I bought the Wink binder and girdle, pikit mata. Sobrang expensive talaga. If I need a smaller size na, kay InayMoments nako bibili.

I need smaller size na, in two months yata lumiit talaga tummy ko sa Wink, hindi ko sinasabi na flat tummy ko pero acceptable na talaga siya kapag may suot akong Wink, even pag wala, at least once or twice a week, hindi ako ng wiwink, pag day off ko ganun, madami nga nagsasabi pumayat ako kasi hindi na bundat tyan ko.

^Hinde na Wink bibilhin ko for smaller size sis kase sobrang mahal sya talaga for me. Si Inay moments, meron din binder and corset, yun na lang bilhin ko after. I workout kase and depending on my OB's approval, balik gym and clean eating ako post partum so the binder is really just going to be a supplement for me. Pero effective talaga binders sis kase sa daughter ko, almost 5 or 6 months ako naka binder and wala talagang loose skin and bulge.

Ganda ng Wink, it's all I ever wanted and more! Haha! But beware super bilis lang gamitin since kusa naman liliit tiyan PP. I have 2, one M which I used immediately after giving birth na nagamit ko lang ata for a month, and one XS na maluwag na din but I have no plans of buying XXS pa, nakakahinayang ang mahal kaya Im still using my XS until now, sanay nako, di naman ako naha-hassle-an whatsoever.

di ko ginamit ang binder ko, I tried to nun a day after ko manganak last week pero for some reason nangangati pa yun balat ko so di ko muna ginamit...will buy another siguro un mura lang hehhe

+1 sa Wink Mamsh. Sandali ko lang din nagamit yung Wink ko, like 2-3 weeks PP kasi summer tayo nanganak diba, kaya minsan nagpapawis pa rin tiyan ko tapos itchy. Pero sarap nya isuot, hindi talaga bumababa kahit anong tayo-upo gawin mo. Saka si OB nirecommend na wag na ko binder lalo kung matutulog na. And yeah, kusa naman nawala ang baby bulge.
