binder or girdle after pregnancy, effective ba talaga to?

almost 2 weeks since i gave birth via NSD and was only able to buy a binder yesterday since there was no stock available a couple days after i gave birth.  i got the belly bandit from Mothercare and it's my second day wearing it.  i got the Small size and when I tried yesterday, it barely fit me lol, but now on second day, the overlap on the velcro is quite far na.  i don't think my tummy is shrinking already but it's getting comfortable.. i hope this works.  ang mahal niya so dapat lang haha

effective sakin binder, wala pa naman 2 weeks since I gave birth pero lumiit na kahit papano tiyan ko, di tulad noon na mukha pa ko buntis talaga.

Iba ang pakiramdam ko pag walang binder din. Parang may hollow feeling sa loob, 1 week ko nang suot ito.

effective ang binder hehe para lang busog ang tummy ko now after using it for a week.. pero tinatanggal ko at night kasi uncomfortable and itchy na sa tummy since may pawis na.. so suot ko siya from breakfast hanggang dinner lang hehe.

my binder at girdle me pero do ko sinusuot .. Mgdiet muna me kase masikip yung girdle di kase de zipper sa gilid .. Hahahaha!!

ako naman binder ko, LP binder from toby's.. sa eastwood nabili ng cousin ko.. lalake nga na ma-abs yung nasa picture e hehe. pero effective siya kasi as in pawis agad tummy ko kahit ilang hours ko pa lang siya suot..

meron ba sa inyo nag try bumili ng binders and girdle sa tiangge? it looks the same as the onesbeing sold by other brands of intimate apparel pero sobrang mura yung binder/girdle lang 100 tapos yung binder and girdle combined 150. Ok lang kaya yun i tried touching it and fabric seems the same naman breathable pa

^Yung binder na binili ng MIL ko sa divisoria kaparehong kapareho ng binebenta sa momteprenuer. She got it for 220/pc yata while dun sa momteprenuer it is being sold for P550. Same material, breathable din. And yes effective.

I wore a binder for a year! sobrang happy sa result sulit ang pagtatyaga sa pagsuot, my waist is even smaller compared to before I got pregnant. Tummy went back to its original state parang wala lang nangyari. A friend did not wore a binder because she did not believe daw na it will help her slim down, her tummy is flat na din after 2yrs post partum but madaming loose skin and her belly button did not turn so parang nakalabas padin, sayang kahit flat na yung tummy niya di parin siyamakapag bikini for her third pregnancy she wore na a binder lets see how it turns out.

ako rin curious sa brand na ginamit mo.. yung one year na nagbinder ka as in 24/7? day and night suot or daytime lang? ayoko rin sana magbinder kapag natutulog. sabi ng ob sakin atleast dapat daw naka-binder for 2months para wala raw tiyan.. anlaki pa rin kasi talaga ng tummy ko, hindi pa rin ako makapagjeans kahit kasya sa legs sa bewang sikip.. takot naman din ako pagpawisan habang may binder di kaya ma-infect tahi ko nun? na-CS kasi ako..

I havent bought a binder or girdle yet kasi am not sure gaano ako kalaki after i give birth. Based sa mga kwento ninyo sis mukhang mas better mag wait after birth before i buy one na rin.

Ask ko lang sana doon sa mga nakakapag 24/7 --- di ba makati or uncomfortable kapag naka higa na sa kama?

I gave birth via cs so need ko talaga magsuot ng binder. The ones I used is made of katcha with velcro. Nakakaliit nga ng tummy.

Effective sya for me in 3weeks time im back to my usual shape..
The first week i used xl size of binder & now im nearing 1month post partum my binder size is medium

i only wore a binder for a month but that was 24/7 after i gave birth. i honestly wasnt super concerned about shrinking my tummy. parang kasi when i was pregnant, sobrang laki ng tummy ko, like i was having such a hard time moving about so i wore the binder to just get me more comfortable. and since cs ako, natakot ako sa tahi ko. i think for me, the effect was more psychological.

pero super happy ako sa binders ko.

im not yet a mom pero ive read lots of good things about SPANX. the best among the rest. yun nga lang its pricey pero sulit naman. pero yung mga binder or girdle that you can buy sa malls, okay din naman.

baka naman pag nag girdle liliit nga ang tyan pero pati pwet liliit hehe... parang ayoko naman ng binder feeling ko parang malalaglag. I'll use either pag nanganak nako nalilito pa rin  ako.
