My reason kasi that I am taking 2x a day lang ang PH kasi nahihilo ako pag 3x.hahaha. Tsaka ang lakas ko NG kumain. Ang rice serving ko is 3cups na. Tapos nung bumalik ako sa 2x/day mejo Di na ako maxado gutom Parati.hahaha

 Meron pa pong ph338. 2018 po so far expiry sa ngayon...It is the package only,pero same product pa din po.

Ako sisses once a day lang. Before matulog lang ako nagttake. Nung nag 3x/day kasi ako nagkapimples ako. Gusto ko na sana itapon after nun kaya lang shempre nakakahinayang kaya ininom ko pa rin nang 1x/day. Naging okay naman. May effect na blooming pa rin kaso siguro hindi kasing bilis if 3x. Pero atleast waley na pimps hehe.

Hello, My skin is naturally white.
Mas ok kaya gumamit nito 2x a day? Paano ba ito inumin?
Baka kasi hindi nako makita if ever na mag tatake ako nito ng 3x a day or baka ma overdose ako

will give this one a try and i'm thinking of combining it with everesh.  2 mos. supply muna siguro i-ta-try ko or better 1 month muna? kasi isip ko naman baka pag 1 month di ko pa makita effect e. 

nag-try ako dati ng tathion307 combi with PW pero mahal e, hehe, tska nakita ko lang yong glowing effect nong 1st month, parang wala na masyado effect nong 3rd month. 

anyone having ph and everesh as a combi? any feedback? thanks!

I am thinking of taking gluta, kasi with the recent very stressful event in my life, nagmukha akong haggard and stressed looking talaga. I looked older than my age tuloy
I am thinking of taking ph, but nakakataba based on the posts? Ayaw ko tumaba na e, plus my skin is abiut nc25..chinese blood ako but not the typical maputi chinese, my sister said morena daw ako (yabang, she is nc15-20 yata)
What do you think sis? This or tathione370 nalang?  I want sana less than a month may visible blooming effect na. Plus lang sa akin yun pagputi, i want lang kuminis and blooming

Isa pa pala, paano if you take multivitamins, vit c, conzace, silymarin capsules.. Pano kaya ko ispaspace yun inom? Baka naman mahirapan kidneys and liver ko?

unang bili ko sa kanila last month lang wala pa naman sinabi na phased out. Ang sinend nya sakin na pic ng new manufacturer daw is MEJIE na yung nakalagay.
effective naman sakin yung PH338 combined sa Ishigaki Premium.

ngaun tatry ko eto lang iinumin ko for this month. Sana maachieve ko talaga yung Rosy White effect. Sa Cheska pa rin ako bibili

^medyo ok sakin ang effect ng PH338 blooming sa umaga. sana this month makabili na ulit.

Sumasakit yung ulo ko sa new PH338 (mejie). Bakit ganon okay naman before nung ginamit ko yung old PH338. Parang ito yung culprit ng extreme headache ko kasi I stopped taking it 2 days ago tapos walang headache. This morning I took it tapos sakit ulo ko huhuhu. Nagsuka pa ko. Im taking it with Whisis and fern c.

^naku ako sis di ko na inubos. may 67 tabs pa ko natira from the 90tabs na binili ko. oo nga wala sa Google na Mejie Pharma. Ang iniisip ko kasi trusted naman yung seller ko kaya okay lang. Kaso di ko na talaga kaya yung headache and vomiting nag undertime pa ko nung Friday kasi I can't work.  This is the first time na may ganung effects sa'kin ang supplements.  I'm now taking Met kabibili ko lang kahapon hehe.

Eto tayo eh masuka-suka na pero never say die pa rin sa ngalan ng beauty.
