PH338 Glutathione (Thread 4)

I'm planning to take these, my concern is safe ba siya kung umiinom ka ng alcohol? I usually drink red wine to cap of the night (good maintenance kasi for my heart).. safe ba to o magiging useless lang din dahil sa alcohol intake?

Using this for less than a week and so far wala pa ako nanotice na kahit ano.. Meron pala.. wala palang breakout na nagyari. Thank God!    Update update na lang  tayo mga sis.

Hello mga sis. First time ko pa lang magta-try ng ph.
Ok lang ba kung ganito ang gagawin ko?
AM: 1 ph + 1 500mg vitamin c
NN: 1 ph + 1 ala
PM: 1 ph + 1 500mg gse
Is this too much?
Do you take ala once a day lang ba in combination of ph? Or no need for ala? If i take vitamin c, should i not take gse anymore?
How do you combine it with other brands? do you drink for example, 1 ph in the morning then another brand at night? or like 3 ph today then tomorrow another brand, making the brand every other day?

Maganda sana ph338 nga lang parang mabagal.. unlike sa Tathione307 e mabilis.. kaso mahal ng Tathione307.. Tiis lang [textspeak!] muna ko sa PH338, What do you think po? pero so far no breakouts me sa ph338,, smooth ng skin ko.

Sis, ok na ba yung 1000mg of vitamin c and 300mg of ala for all 3 tablets of ph338? That is what i am taking. I Couldn't find gse here.
