sorry dami ko tanong ah.. nung nag ph ba kayo na encounter niyo na after ninyo inum pag ihi niyo medyo yellowish na parang mapanghi?

1 month na ko nagtetake ng ph338 with gse. I take 3tabs all at once kasi 1 tab lang ng 500mg GSE ko.. I dont know how to divide pa because of my GSE.

Wala pa ko masyado makitang lightening, except sa malambot na skin kahit walang lotion, and yung lips ko hindi na pale, parang madali na siya magpink, and madalas akong blooming kahit hindi maputi (I dont know ha, pero I always get praises kasi from my officemates, baka binobola lang ako haha) Not sure if it's bec. of ph or gse kaya ayaw ko pang magpalit ng combi.. Maybe after my 2nd month pag wala pa rin ako napansing pag-lighten, i'll try vit c na lang muna in 3 divided doses.

Mga sis, conflicting lang kasi.. How many mg ba talaga ng vitC ang safe i-take? is 1500mg per day ok pa? or too much na?

^same tayo sis. i think normal yun pag marami ka iniinom na supplements. pero after a while nagiging clear na ulit sya. maraming beses din kasi ako mag-pee since malakas water intake ko lalo na pag nagte-take tayo ng ganito

actually after 1 week of taking ph sobrang lumambot skin ko...in terms naman of whitening wala pa ako makita effect...saka sarap din pala ng tulog ko i love this!

I just want to share na mga 1 week na akong ngtatake ng ph338 then dumami yung allergy ko, though meron talaga akong allergy na parang super liliit na butlig na parang pagnaeexpose ako sa balahibo ng dogs..akala ko din dahil sa lotion and soap kaya i switched to cetaphil na..pero today my mga bumps na ako sa arms na talagang makati.. hai.. i will not take ph starting tom. to test if dun nga ito galing..sad, madami pa naman..

waaaaa!!! akala ko ako lang merong effect na ganito sa ph .meron din ako nyan sis im on my 12th day kaso yun nga parang patches ng chicken skin tumutubo sa both arms and lower back ko. baka di tayo hiyang sa japan made gluta:(.dami ko pa naman binili huhuhu!i need to make my skin a little whiter man lang before november. anong ginagamit mo ngayon sis?any suggestion mga sis?thanks po!

I started taking my PH yesterday. Yesterday I had allergies due to something (even before taking ph pa) and then after taking PH, today, my allergies were gone na. I take it after brunch then twice sa dinner. Though yung side effect sakin is sobrang sakit ng ulo ko and im having a hard time concentrating. May nakafeel na ba ng ganon?

Hello. Bigay lang ako feedback to help other sissies maka decide kung ano ok sa kanila na gluta. Anyway dati KB ang gamit ko. May glow pero di talaga yung puting hinahanap ko. I took 3 caps of kb/day for 2 months pero wala talga. Then i switched to ph338. Sa ph338 glowing talaga yung skin ko. As in puting nililingon.  Nung naubos nagtry ako ng ishi advance. After 4 days glowing din yung skin pero di malambot. Then my skin slowly turned to yellow. Nakakainis kasi before akala ko mas ok sa akin yung yellowish white pero di pala. Tingin ko depende rin talaga kung ano tone mo kapag gagamit ka ng gluta. Kapag maputi ka na, i think mas ok yung ph338 tapos para sa mga morena siguro tathion. Now I just ordered my ph338 from cheska's store. I will combo it with sodium ascorbate, vit c with rosehips, and mga antioxidants from USANA. Everyday I am taking almost 10 tabs of antioxidants kaya siguro bilis rin lumabas ng effects plus healthy lifestyle naman ako. Bale 1 pill in the morning ako, then 2 pills before going to sleep para talagang blooming pagkagising and all throughout the day

ang problema hindi ako healthy living huhuhu...im smoking din kasi e! huhu so kailangan ko mag combi pag ganun?
pag nag combi ako 3x a day sila both?? TIA

usually kino-combi ang ph sa vit c to maximize ph's effects. kung walang vit c, hindi kaya ng body i-absorb lahat ng ph, kaya tendency is, iniihi rin natin yung sobra.

my first oral glutathione na tinake ko is cosmo skin, pero i stopped already kasi very expensive na sila, it did really lighten my skin and may glow pa, i wanna know sana alin sa ph338 or ishigaki ba yun meron the same contents sa cosmo skin gluta?

mga sis how many weeks ba pinakamatagal na purging stage ng ph? the 1st time i tried it parang 3wks lang purging ko pero now turning 1 month na pero i still have pimples and some are acne. purging pa dn ba ito?dati naman kasi ok sa kin so di ko naman masasabi na di me hiyang, diba?will i still continue it ba mga sis

Hi! I'd like to ask lang regarding the dosage, I know there had been answered all over again. 

There's this seller kasi on sulit , according to the dosage instructions on her advertisment: First three months: Take 1 tablet, 3x a day after meals with 500mg of Vitamin C each time
. I'm taking the ph338 before i go to bed 3 tabs all at the same time with 1000 mg vitamin C and ALA. Does this mean that i need to take 1500 mg of vitamin C? I'm kind of confused.  Can somebody please enlighten me?
