^^max is 6 tabs but it's not advisable. suggested usage is only for 3 tabs. remember sis you still have to take boosters, be it vit c, ala or gse. though these are supplements yet these induce liver or kidney damage.

 ph is a medicine not a supplement, this is a prescriptive meds.di po pwede 6 tablets. I am informing the  right info para po mas ok sa pag take ng lahat. It is your health.

 prescribed sya talaga sa japan,di ordinaryong glutha na mabibili mo kahit saan. Kaya regulated ito ay malakas ang gamot na ito, detoxify nito ang liver ,mga impurities ng katawan. I am just informing anyone who takes it na up to 3 tablets lang. Ang gluthathione po ay madaming grade level. kaya yung iba mababa lang ang content at low grade. Ang iba ay nagkalat lang kung saan saan and can be bought in any health and beauty outlet, PH is bought by prescription talaga at licensed  pharmacist ang okay magbigay o doktor lang.

 If it is made and advised to be taken by 3 tabs, then I suggest we should only take it that way because it might have a harmful effect kung sobra. Let us also consider our health.

as i've mentioned in the other threads i have a thyroid problem and im considering to take gluta not really para pumuti para health reason na ma detoxify katawan ko and marenew mga cells keme...

i've read kasi na makakatulong ito macontrol hyperthyroidism

I just want to share na mga 1 week na akong ngtatake ng ph338 then dumami yung allergy ko, though meron talaga akong allergy na parang super liliit na butlig na parang pagnaeexpose ako sa balahibo ng dogs..akala ko din dahil sa lotion and soap kaya i switched to cetaphil na..pero today my mga bumps na ako sa arms na talagang makati.. hai.. i will not take ph starting tom. to test if dun nga ito galing..sad, madami pa naman..

concerned lang ako kasi kung prescripted drug pala to baka hindi ok itake for a long period of time, or baka hindi kailangan itake kung wala namang liver disease.. ok lang naman siguro yung 3 tabs a day as antioxidant no? siguro for those with liver disease more than 3 tabs?

^sis i advice you backread first, lalo na sa previous threads (thread 1 - 3). and yes, 3 tabs a day as supplement till you achieve your desired lightening. di ba may instruction to take 1 tab a day na lang for maintenance once you achieve your desired skin lightening. and for those with liver failure, it is up to the specialist na. remember sis, lahat ng sobra nakakasama rin. we don't have to play doctor just so we could give in to vanity.

yes sis, sorry if I'm appearing redundant.. tagal ko na po ngbabasa dito..
alam kong 3 tabs a day to..nagdalawang isip lang ako na baka sobra yung recommended na dosage na 3 tabs since prescripted pala to.. baka kasi by prescription pala yung sinasabing 3 tabs a day tapos lower pala for those without liver issues.. sinisigurado ko lang na 3 tabs is just the right dosage..
takot lang po sa liver failure in the long run..

 Sa mga sis natin na ayaw tumaba,  inom kayo  3x aday , before meal ng 1 glass water, half lemon (squeezed), 2 kutsarita apple cider vinegar (Braggs).  Paghalu haluin.

Turo lang yan ng supplier ko sa akin,  medyo nananaba kasi ako sa tathion. Hehe,
Pero kapag ginagawa ko yan, hindi ako nananaba, 1 or 2 weeks na akong hindi umiinom nyan, pansin ko lang ngayon, nanaba nanaman ako, kaya iinom na ulit ako hahaha. Ok dn ito sa ph338 dahil may feedback na nakakataba.
