San na kaya nakakabili nito, yung trusted seller? I found one seller here, sa kanya ako nakakabili ng PH338 before. Pero later on ang hirap nya kausap. Puro GM lang ng "stocks available, order now" pero pag tinext mo naman or tawagan, hindi nagre-reply. Given may day job sya, pero seller ka e, you should find time for your clients.

1 month palang ako nagtatake ng ph pero sa tingin ko maganda naman ang effect nya sa akin thank God hindi ako nagbreakout infact i think nakahelp sya sa paglessen ng pimps ko. Hehe for whitening naman hindi ko pa masyado nakikita yung result talaga kasi 1 month palang. Pero i can say na maganda ang glutha ph338 yung effect nya sa akin sana magtuloytuloy pa talaga. Anyways, medyo nasasad lang ako kasi nagorder ako sa isang sis dito sa GT last july 31 ko pa nadeposit yung money sakanya pero she told me na-irefund ko nalang daw yung money ko since nagkaproblem sa ph so pumayag ako na irefund nalang,ang dami na ng times na nagpromise sya na ihuhulog na nya yung refund but until now aug. 18 na wala parin. First time kong magorder sa kanya. Na-inganyo lang akong magorder sa kanya kasi ang ganda ng feedbacks sa kanya ng mga sisses dito, active din sya dito and mas mura sakanya compared dun sa pinagorderan ko before. Yun nga lang until now puro promises parin sya na idedeposit na nya yung refund. Haaay

siguro dapat pinopost na din kung sino yung mga hindi trusted na sellers dito para makita ng lahat. madaming good reviews sa Ph338 kasi maganda talaga ang effect. kung magte-take advantage naman ang mga "sis sellers" at paasahin lang tayo, better na pangalanan para mawalan sila ng clinets.

tinext at tinawagan ko ulit yung inorderan ko dito, hindi pa rin sumasagot. pag di pa sya sumagot or nagreply til tomorrow, post ko na yung name nya.

Mga Sis, im planning to combi my PH338 sa Solgar's ALA. anong formula ba ang advisable? Do i need to add GSE? Or Vit C? Pa- share naman ng formula nyo that includes ALA. TIA

^^for 3 tabs ph, 1 tab solgar ala lang sis. and it depends on you sis if you want vit c or gse as booster. if you take atc gse, 1 tab is ok na. if you take vit c, just ensure that the vit c should be 500 mg as this is enough to cover 300 mg ph.

Ganun ba sis? Nabasa ko kasi sa previous threads na suggested dose is 3 tabs pero pwede hanggang 6 tabs, so bale 600mg yun which is same dose lang sa Saluta iv. That's why I chose to take 400mg(4tabs) per day..
Pero sige, try ko muna 3tabs/day since effective naman yata sa karamihan ang ganun..

^yes you may take 3 tabs ph all at once. usually, we take these after meals - either on or before breakfast, lunch or dinner. if you're not acidic, then before meals will do. if you're acidic, then take ph after meals.

Nope sis.. ph338 Thread 2, page 25 ko nabasa yung info na yun..
But then again, to be safe, 3 tabs per day na lang talaga dapat..
