^yes. Commercial rate. Plus we have to shoulder too the water used for communal areas. There was one month na Php 500 lang difference ng water and electricity bill namin. To think we have drinking water delivered

Hmm.. bakit kaya ganun mga sis? Though naalala ko tuloy nung dipa ako nagaasawa kami lang ng kapatid ko sa bahay umaabot din kami 4 to 5k sa kuryente pero kasi inattribute ko yun sa aircon dahil halos 24hours aircon sa bahay kasi panggabi kapatid ko. So aircon ako sa gabi aircon din siya sa araw.

Inverter pala ref namin. Baka 1 reason kung bakit mas mura kuryente namin. To think na halos everyday pa kami nagpaplantsa kasi tamad na magplantsa pag weekend.

ang mahal sobra! 1 ref 1 aircon 1 tv 1 auto wm plus yun usual na mga mini appliances like electric fan, rice cooker, flat iron at microwave. kakapalit ko lang ng inverter na ref. 2wks in use then dumating na meralco bill. 300 ang nabawas. next project ko aircon naman ang palitan. hay sana bumaba ang bills.

yun water bill di ko rin alam bakit ganyan kamahal.

Ang mahal ng water bill mo sis lakwatsa. i have a 1 year old so twice or thrice a week kami maglaba dahil yung sa mga damit, lampin nya at mga bedsheets and kumot kailangan palitan lagi. also he loves magbabad sa tubig and we have this pool for him na pinupuno naming water like twice a week, max consumption namin is arounf 500 - 600 lang. mejo binabawian lang ata kami sa kuryente.

tipid kami sa water minimal lag ang gamit kahit 2-3x a day kami maligo.
sa meralco naman we make sure na kung hindi gagamitin ang appliances e off talaga siya and not on stand by mode. our aircons has no inverter. 2 ac, 2 ref sa house. pero and ac naming timer lang talaga 4-6 hrs kada gabi. same kay sis yannuh, we on the fan pag namatay na AC at masarap pang matulog tee hee!

meralco - 3K, natatakot ako makita yung bill sa susunod na buwan kasi nilagyan na namin ng aircon ang kwarto ng anak namin. sana di masyadong malaki ang bill. 

water - 300, kapag sinipag maglaba ang kasama namin sa bahay, umaabot kami ng 500.

Laki kuryente namin ngayun. 2k na. Eto na epekto ng hindi nagtitimer sa aircon. Hahaha

Wow. Ang mahal nga ng water bill nyo sis hunny_ally. We live in a condo din pero usually 200-300 lang din ang water bill namin.

^nasa php 80/cubic meter yung rate sa condo namin. Tapos may 3 kids so madalas palit ng damit. Big laundry load means a lot of water used

2.6k meralco bill namin recently. Sana bumaba sa susunod kasi di na ko ganun katakaw sa aircon (aaminin ko ako lang naman hindi makatiis ng walang aircon lol).

Do you guys have any idea when puputulan ang client ng kuryente or ng water just in case di naka bayad ng bill for how many months?  Kasi we are renting out some units
in the Manila and some of them don't pay their bills on time so what happens is that when lessee vacates the unit
we are burdened to pay their bills.  Hassle!

in the Manila and some of them don't pay their bills on time so what happens is that when lessee vacates the unit
we are burdened to pay their bills.  Hassle!

may tenant kami before matagal na palang di nagbabayad ng tubig, all along ang alam ko 3 months lang puputulan ka pero sa tubig pala pwedeng pakiusapan yung pumupunta sa bahay. hindi enough yung deposit nila to cover yung meralco and water bills?
