Anyone living in BGC/Serendra condo? Planning to rent a studio unit around that area, just concerned how much would be my electricity/water bill? Can you share your electricity bill:

im living in a studio type condo, but OA namamahalan ako sa electric bill.
i stay here weekdays lang.
tv,fridge,fan,aircon, 8 ceiling downlights in the living room, 4 ceiling downlights in the cr, 1 energy saver fluorescent

last December cut-off, electric bill is 2k. water bill is almost 5hun.

before our electric bill is 3k, then we tried na i-off ang fridge ng Oct - Nov, that's why it became 1.8k-1.9k. then before Christmas we opened it, so abangers kami sa next electric billing. and this time bago na 'yung fridge at dalawa na sila.

Still waiting for my water and electric bill, just moved in sa bagong apartment. Magisa lang ako so I hope di naman ganun kataas

Before the holidays started, my mom received our Meralco bill, to her surprise, wala. AS IN WALA kaming babayaran sa Meralco. Heheh. Tapos she's hoping na maextend pa 'to sa next bill dahil according to her, may balance pa ata ang Meralco sa amin? Sorry mga sis, medj malabo since I don't read our bills.

^yan sis yun pagrefund ng meralco sa deposit na binayaran kapag nagpapakabit ng linya. Wala rin ako binayaran this month na meralco bill. Nagpadala ang meralco ng letter stating how much ang irefund tapos ano ang average consumption na basis nila para sa billing. Instead bayaran yun, iniawas sa amount na irerefund.

Kung may sobra pa sa deposit, baka sa susunod na billing cycle ganun pa rin maging siste? Question mark kasi d ako sure

Sa dami ng borders namin nung December, our bills shot up the sky, nakaka highblood. Almost 11k meralco namin and 2k naman water bill. Hayyy!!

Two billings na ako walang binabayaran sa Meralco because of their refund to our deposit. My billing last December and January due dates were 8K each. They still owe us another 25K kaya malaking matitipid ko until sa ma-refund lahat.

wala akong binayaran last month dahil sa refund pero this month nag times two naman bill namin parang ganon din.
