@sis mamita, how much room nakuha nyo sa yui fai guesthouse? may reservation fee ba? i checked the rate of Citygate Novotel, 8K ang pinakamura na room, ganda sana check-in dun sa last night since it's near disneyland and airport.

Hi! I have just booked a garden view room at disney hollywood hotel for our hk trip next march. I just made the reservation thru phone and they sent me a reservation confirmation. One night rate will be charged to my credit card then the remaining balance upon check out i think. Ok lang ba yun kasi name ko lang stated dun sa confirmation. Yung names ng husband and daughter ko hindi naman tinanong. Ok lang ba yun? Basta ang alam ko maximum of 4 pax sila per room. Thanks

^Yes, that's the only thing they will ask from you. I booked two park rooms at Hollywood Hotel for this Sunday. One online and one over the phone (I have a 25%disc on another kasi which I can't book online). So online I filled up everything, even 2day park tickets and buffet breakfast, but they will always just charge you for just 1 room night's stay. For the booking I made over the phone, they just got my name and card nbr and my other requests (like bday cake and bed rails), charged me for the room and emailed me the confirmation page, same like yours. Didn't ask for the other occupants' names as they will get the other additional info upon check in. They only asked me if it's my first time to stay at the Disney hotels. I informed them it's my 2nd time at Hollywood and once I stayed at Disneyland Hotel.

Have fun! Ngarag to pack for 3 kids and 1 toddler. Short haul nagiging parang pang long-haul ang maleta. Haha. Crossing my fingers for good weather as it's gonna be my youngest's first plane ride (2yo). My parents and auntie are tagging along (our treat as it's my daughter's 7th bday celeb)though they'll be in seated in another class so my hands are pretty much gonna be full for the 2hr flt. Hubby doesn't usually travel with the kids.

Skipping OP on this trip. Not really looking forward to revisiting it anytime in the near or far future. (if there's such a term haha). Would've loved to visit Macau with them though we opted to take a slow-paced itin so my kids and parents don't get too stressed.

Sisses, for the hotel in tsim sha tsui where we are going to stay for 2 nights, i am choosing among marco polo gateway, royal pacific and holiday inn golden mile. Last december, we stayed at marco polo gateway. I love this hotel so much but unfortunately, their rates have gone too high compared to the rates that we got last december.  hubby and i have stayed at royal pacific hotel in 2008. Ok naman but the room that we got was a bit small. Although it's nice and clean.  But i'm still considering this because of the good location.  i don't have any feedback On holiday inn golden mile yet. It's located in nathan road and i think it's about 10 minutes walk to harbour city. I'm so torn.

sis, baka kulang yung 20k mo.. bayad na ba yung hostel? kelangan mo iprint yung confirmation ng hostel tapes roundtrip tickets mo. if may credit card ka, ok yun ipakita mo rin incase sabihin kulang dala mo. doubtful kasi sila pag mag-isa ka lang unless may invitation letter or kakilala na tipong dadalawin mo. they will not think na mag-TNT ka, but they will think na magwowork ka as g.r.o/prosti, uso kasi dito jun na kunwari tourist pero magwowork..

Yung hostel may budget din ako para dun na separate sa 20k na pocket money. Tapos may confirmation na rin from hostelbookers.com at roundtrip din ticket ko. Wala nga lang ako credit card pero meron akong ATM na pwede pangwithdraw outside the country. Employed din ako dito satin at may ID ako. Yun nga lang, wala talaga akong pangshow money (wala akong passbook). Tapos pano nila malalaman na konti lang yung dala ko damit eh magchecheckin ako ng baggage?

We often stay din sa MP Gateway kaso taas na ng rate niya, if I were you I'll go for Holiday Inn Golden Mile nice location =)

Maganda ba sa OP? Anong kakaiba sa OP? I'm thinking kung pupuntahan pa ba namin ni hubby yun, picture perfect ba sya kasi mahilig lang mag pix si hubby... Aside from OP and Disney and victoria peak and nan lian, avenue at maraming shopping, san pa pwedeng pumunta sa HK? Pashare naman po. Thanks!

^^thank you so much for the feedback on holiday inn golden mile sis. Talaga sis ok location niya? Are there shops and nice restos within the area? Hindi kasi kami mashado nagagawi sa part na yun eh. Sa tst area more on canton road and the other side of nathan road lang kami. My fave mall is harbour city. I think it's less than 10mins walk away from holiday inn golden mile so ok narin. I will be going with hubby and our 3 yr old daughter kasi so isip ko pag they want to rest at the hotel, puwede naman ako gumala on my own. I might consider staying at holiday inn golden mile. Super laki kasi ng rate increase ng marco polo gateway eh sayang din naman. Thank you so much sis!

Finally got our HKG tickets, courtesy of mabuhay Miles for our trip this November. Nagtitipid kasi kami this year, kaya ayun, i opt to use my miles. Pero grabe, sobrang tagal maghintay at medyo weird ang sked.August pa ako nagbu-book, last Wednesday lang naconfirm.
 Hirap talaga ng nagtitipid. Ayan, hotel na lang, will read feedbacks sa thread na ito. 4 years ago pa kasi nung last kaming nag HK.

^^^Ok naman OP sis. Ang pinunta ko dun yung pandas hahaha Di pa kasi ako nakakakita at may mental checklist ako ng mga animals na gusto ko makita at isa na panda dun. Hindi kami nag-rides though pero maraming extreme rides dun. Marami ka mapi-picturan for sure.

Try mo rin yung Buddha sa Lantau Island.

^^k_heart-Ling time no chika! I used mabuhay miles for my parents' tickets, too. Very limited seats nga to think low season pa. Had to use flexiflyer for the MNLHKG portion tuloy. And the taxes will cost you as much as (or more pa) than other airlines' fares. But we're a group of 9 and all are flying PR.

Qstn for all: This is going to be my first time to do sneak in for my 2yo (free pa naman sya on trains n entrance tickets anyway so parang invisible Lang sya na guest hehe). We're set to do the buffet breakfast at the Disney resort hotel. I'm just wondering do they do a head count at the resto? My previous stays kc 4 or less Lang kami so I didn't notice.

^Hi sis! Oo nga, long time no chicka tayo. ha!ha!ha! Naku,sabi nga ni hubby,bakit di na lang tayo nag Cebu Pac, eh sabi ko naman, as if pwede yung sked ko sa work ng super months in advance just to get super low fares. And also, OA din ako mag empake. He!he!
Mag eexpired na din kasi sis, yung iba kong Miles kaya need ko na gamitin, then pag nagcompute naman ako against PAL fares, nasa 60% ang nasave ko.he!he!
Naku,wala pa kaming hotel.Sinisingit ko lang lahat sa work ko, budget season na rin kasi namin.
Will also check Disney Resort Hotel kung carry pa ng budget namin.
Although, mag ta travel agency na ako to fix our Hotel, Transfers,Disney Tickets,etc.

Not sure with Disney hitel, pero usually pag 2 years old below, lagi pang free sa resto headcount kasi di pa halos kumakain ng solid food.
