^^sis ms.orange17, agree with sis london. may mga discounted tickets naman na mabibili don sa CTS & kung saan mang guesthouse kayo mag-stay. sa travel agency kami bumili sa central last time na nandon kami, compare nyo na lang yong price kung san mas mura.

Hi sisses! I have booked na for HK this coming Dec 10 to 14. I need tips lang with dealing with immigration officers. It's my first time to leave the country and I'm alone! Ano yung mga irerequire nila at mga itatanong nila? Anong dapat essential stuff na kailangan kong dalhin to HK? Wala pala akong baggage allowance papunta, pero pauwi meron. TIA!

Meron na sis akong booking sa isang hostel. Tapos yung itinerary okay na rin. Magtatanong ba sila tungkol sa pera/show money? Kasi as in pocket money na around 20k lang meron ako.

^^okmna yong 20k kung hindi ka naman magtatagal don, like 3-4 days ka lang. Don't bring too much clothes kung savlit ka lang naman don kasimiisipin nila mag TNT ka don.

sis, baka kulang yung 20k mo.. bayad na ba yung hostel? kelangan mo iprint yung confirmation ng hostel tapes roundtrip tickets mo. if may credit card ka, ok yun ipakita mo rin incase sabihin kulang dala mo. doubtful kasi sila pag mag-isa ka lang unless may invitation letter or kakilala na tipong dadalawin mo. they will not think na mag-TNT ka, but they will think na magwowork ka as g.r.o/prosti, uso kasi dito jun na kunwari tourist pero magwowork..

will be going to HK on Nov. 9-12, and we might stay sa yui fai hostel since fully booked na golden crown, we were quoted 500HK for a triple room (with 1 double bed/1 single bed and own bathroom) which i think mas  mura sa golden crown. i was thinking of spending the last night sa disneyland hotel or citygate hotel/novotel ba yon since our flight is at 9 pm pa. How much kaya rate nila dun? Thanks!

still finalizing our iti, binago ko ulit kasi we want to visit both OP and Disneyland and we only have 2 days to do that including 11am arrival in HK.

Day 1
11am - arrival / lunch / hotel (located at Queen's Road East, Wan Chai)
~2pm onwards - Disneyland (shuttle bus from hotel - not sure if 1 hour travel time)

Day 2
Ocean Park
Victoria Peak
Madam Tussauds (eto rin ba yung wax museum??)
Avenue of stars (not sure kung malayo or same location - need to check pa)
~ free time at night, kahit saan na lang

Day 3
Breakfast then head to Macau
- is it okay ba to buy ferry ticket at the same day? im just worried baka maraming tao dahil holiday sa HK

mga sis, how about kung family naman ang magtratravel? SAHM kasi ako, si hubby lang ang working sa amin kaso wala syang ID sa work nya, until now ongoing pa processing nung ID nila...magiging issue kaya sa IO yun? complete naman na kami, may RT tickets, itinerary and hotel accomodation na from our travel agent..ok na kaya yun?

^^sis paramore11, naku bitin yang disneyland nyo. mukhang mahirap kung pipilitin nyong puntahan both OP & disneyland since pareho silang dapat whole day. IMO, next day mo na lang yong disneyland para sulit. yong ticket nyo ba pabalik ng manila ay from macau? kasi kung hindi naman sis, skip mo na lang macau kasi marami pang magandang tourist spot sa hk. next time na lang yang macau.

Pa-check naman mga sis if my IT for our Nov. trip is doable. We are two families with 3 kids, aged 11, 7 and 6:

1st day - 7pm - arrival in HK
              8pm - check-in at Yui fai guesthouse, TST
              8:30 - 10pm - Avenue of Stars, Harbour Malls

2nd day - 9:00-11 am - Outlet Store near airport
               11:00 am. - onwards - Disneyland

3rd day - 9:00 a.m. - off to Macau
               11:00 - 2:00 p.m. - Senado Square, other sites
               3:00 p.m. - check-in @ Venetian Hotel
               4:00 - 8:00 pm - stroll near hotel (pls. recommend places to see)

4th day - 12:00 nn - back to HK
               1:00 - 3:00 pm - Shiam Shui Po - buy electronic gadgets
               3:00 - 9:00pm - Central - shopping

5th day - 7:00 am - flight back to Mla.

Also, where in TST can we ride a ferry to Macau? Pls. specify details (ie. street, how to get there from the guesthouse, etc.)

Sa experience ko hindi naman kami hinanapan ng IO ng I.D kasi ang tinitingnan lang naman nila ay yong passport, airfare tickets and accommodations.

sis rocky, di kasi kami magrirides iikot ikot at picture lang. saka okay lang kahit di matapos lahat, balik na lang next time pag may kasama ng kids di rin kasi pwede skip ang macau kasi may hotel reservations na din kami don e.

Day 1- pwede nyo isingit yung ladies night market if prefer nyo..
Day 3 - pwede naman kayo mag-check-in muna then leave your stuffs sa concierge para di hassle sa pasyal nyo, para tuluy-tuloy pasyal nyo.. pwede rin kayo punta sa Macau tower from Senado Square, then watch nyo yung mga shows kaso medyo pricey din yun and you need to book ahead for the tickets.
Day 4 - from Macau kayo diba? 12nn ang target nyo na nasa HK na or alis sa Macau yun? haba ng alloted time nyo sa Central..
