^hi sis, we were in HK last January and it was really cold, what I did, patong patong damit ng mga anakis ko kasi sobrang lamig at may ulan ulan  pa but we really enjoyed the weather.  Nung time na yun 7months old si bunso so binilihan ko siya dito sa Qatar ng leggings na pang winter and it really helps, with matching bonnet at scarf kami kasi nga sobrang lamig.. HTH :-)

rinrin yes sis, layering dapat... bili ka ng bubble jacket for kids. magdala ka din ng extra shirt just in case it gets too cold may pang doble sila, dont forget the socks din... bonnet and scarf are handy to have on windy days and chilly nights.

^thanks sis! Will do that! Ngayon pa lang excited na ko! Nakapunta nako noon pero kasama parents ko at di masyado malamig, parang baguio lang. Yung disney hotel mahal noh? Gusto ko sana para sa panganay ko kaso ang mahal!!! Saka na lang siguro pag dalawa na silang mag eenjoy para sulit! Hay anyway sana bumilis na ang araw para december na!!! Hahaha!!!

any idea on HK's weather/temperature during 2nd week of February and 1st week of December? sobrang lamig ba pag ganitong panahon na?

Mga sis i dunnow san topic ko to ipopost, ask ko kasi pano ba pag nagtravel ng may baby? Yung bottles nya! Kasi iniisip ko kung pano ba? Magdadala ba ng sterilizer? Sa eldest ko kasi bfeeding ako noon kaya pag nagbabakasyon diaper lang dala ko. E ngayin di ko alam!

Finally, okay na ang ticket namin hubby papuntang HK - Macau.  Macau muna kami for 2 nights then go to HK for 4 nights (27Nov to 03Dec).  For Macau we are staying in Hotel Sintra... In fairness sobra mura ng accomodation sa Macau kesa Korea... tapos para makatipid one way na lang kami papuntang HK via ferry namin... I'm searching sa mga options na hotel/inn... so far here are the list of hotels na naresearch ko.

1. Hop Inn - booked 29Nov till Dec 3 (4 nights) and paid 10% of the total cost to secure my booking, kaya lang medyo parang ayaw ni hubby kasi masyadong maliit sya... so later ko na lang sya siguro pa cancel para sure na meron.

2. 60 West Hotel - service apartment na mura lang at meron maganda feedback sa tripadvisor.  medyo malayo nga lang daw ng konti sa mtr... --- baka naman meron ng nakapagstay dito, please give feedback naman (4K lang sya/night as per agoda)

3.  The T hotel - #3 sa ranking sa HK hotels per tripadvisor... 4 star hotel but sobrang cheap lang.. HKD 1,130 for king size bed with daily breakfast nett na un. pero ang catch malayo sya sa mtr.... still, pinablocked ko parin our travel dates... (meron na bang nakapagtry dito? gano ba talaga kalayo to?)

excited na ko, I paid 4K only sa PAL for our return flight to Mla from HK tapos business class na un, thanks sa credit card points ko at naconvert ng mabuhay miles...

rinrin if possible bring sterilizer kung di naman pede you can buy milton sterilizer tablets, or just buy disposable bottles.

lheimatte T Hotel is in Pokfulam very nice area, nasa taas ng bundok, nice ocean view, romantic!... it takes 10-20 mins to go down to central depending on the traffic.

andito na kami sa hk nakalimutan ko yung iti namin, kaloka, haha, bahala na yung cosmic guesthouse, dpat tataxi pa kami, pagkadating sa port, kasi baka maligaw kami, tska sakit na din ng paa namin kakalibot sa macau, kasama pa na namin si mommy pero ayun, nilakad na din namin, kasi sabi ng pwede naman daw lakarin, binigyan na lang kami ng map ng concierge ayun, mdyo nahirapan lang kami nung nasa D1 n kami, kasi andon na yung mirador mansion, hindi pa namina makita, kase don sa isang side kami, yung walang nakalagay na mirador mansion, haha

Sis prettybarbie, natry mo na mag stay sa T hotel? Actually mesmerizing nga daw ang beauty lalo na daw ang ocean view and mura din daw pero okay lang ba ang traveling if ever don kami and we wanted to go to different tourist attractions ng HK? Pero how bad nga ba  traffic papuntang central kung doon kami? Max na ba ang 20 mins pag sobrang traffic? Naku dami kong tanong.

i havent tried staying there but i know the place,  sa pokfulam din kasi yung hospital where i gave birth and very nice talaga ang view, lalo na sa gabi, i remember seeing the cruise ships and the city lights from my hospital room, very relaxing atmosphere. Its like an oasis in a bustling city...

May kasama ba kayong kids? kung wala okay tong place na to. Yes max na ang 20 mins hindi naman masyado grabe ang traffic sa hong kong, actually kapag rush hour ka lang naman aabutin ng mga 20 mins. Ano ano ba mga pupuntahan nyo and ilang days kayo? Na check mo na ba kung may shuttle service yung hotel going to central or admiralty, its a plus. Kung wala naman pede naman kayo mag bus, mini bus, or taxi.

Now kung convenience ang hanap mo, then go ka na don sa ibang choices mo, kaso since guesthouse nga sya, dont expect luxury. Pero okay naman din yon mejo may kaliitan nga lang yung mga room. Pero at least andon ka na mismo sa baba.

Naku sis salamat. We plan to go sa mga usual tourist attractions (victoria peak, avenue of the star, disney, OP, causeway bay, ngo ping village saka shopping galore... Anniversary namin ni hubby tapos 4 nights kami. Iniisip ko lang how fast can we go home after ng mga lakad namin. Meron sila going to central every morning but weekend wala... Safe naman pauwe diba? Saka if ever we want to take a cab san un pinakamalapit na MTR na pwedeng sakyan? Thanks sis ulit!

sis safe naman sa hong kong hindi uso dito yung hold-upan. Pinakamalapit yung central MTR...

Peak, ocean park, causeway bay, lahat nasa hong kong island din same as the hotel, Disney and Ngong Ping malapit sa airport, while avenue of the star is in kowloon.

May i suggest din pala  na you visit Lan Kwai fong malapit lang sa central, masaya don

Sis, salamat ha, laking tulong talaga ang shinare mo, I checked with hotel at meron silang morning shuttle service going to Central. I love the place sobrang wow talaga at don palang picture perfect na romantic. Wala pa naman kami baby so okay lang kami ni hubby, ano ba naman ang additional 10 to 20 minutes travel kung sobrang ganda ang place. Can't wait, tagal pa pero sobrang excited na.  Sis, tama ba sa lahat ng pupuntahan namin from hotel we need to go first sa central? Thanks for helping, wala pa kasi kaming iti...

Yes sis you need to go to central to take the MTR.... by the way you mentioned na pupunta kayo sa Peak? ano gagawin nyo don pupunta ba kayo sa Madame tussauds? kasi kung hindi wag na kayo magpunta don kasi same view lang yon nung makikita nyo sa hotel. Unless you want to experience riding the peak tram.... Naku sis baka pag uwi mo buntis ka na hehe LOL

Mga sis tanong naman po re Disney Hotel. Nabasa ko kasi sa previous thread na yung Kingdom Club Rooms sa Disney Hotel maganda yung mga included services and may breakfast na din. Nagtry ako magbook online kasi may promo sila na early bird discount 20% off. Kaso wala kasi nakalagay na free breakfast. Nagtry ako ng hindi discounted rate wala pa rin naman naka indicate na free breakfast. Dun sa mga sis natin na nakatry na automatic ba na free breakfast pag KC Room? at pang ilang tao yung breakfast since good for 4 yata yung room.

Breakfast and all-day refreshments are served in the Kingdom Club Lounge. There is also a sitting area with some books (although a lot are in Chinese obviously ). This is where the nightly storytelling is done by the hotel staff. Do not expect too much from the breakfast buffet though. It's a whole lot simpler than the ones in Chef Mickey or Enchanted Garden. They serve open-faced sandwiches, scrambled eggs, some bread and pastries and congee. That's it. You may also view the fireworks from the lounge balcony. We did this the 2nd night cos we were in the park the 1st night for the fireworks show. Accompanying music to the fireworks display is played on some channels on tv.

@prettybarbie-Is there anything special going on in HKG on the 4th-7th of Oct? I've been trying to book Regal Airport, Novotel Tung CHung, etc. Puro fully booked eh. Hmmm... I saw naman for the official holidays, it's 1 or 2 Oct...just wondering.

Yes sis, will go to madame and sakay na rin ng tram para maexperience naman namin. Excited na ko and if ever sana nga made in T hotel and first baby namin... Ang saya malamang. Need to prepare our iti pati na rin transpo details namin. Thanks ng madami sis.

Sis ask ko lang howmuch ang ferry pamacau at pabalik nga hk? May bayad ba 3yo girl at yung bunso ko na 10mos that time? Nagcocompute na kasi ako ng mga ticket ticket! Hehe! Sa cts ako tumitingin ng prices. Updated naman yun diba?!

Isa pa po iba yung ferry at jet? Mas maganda ba yung jet or same lang?! Thanks!
