I am so serious with this diet thing :Height : 5'1Current Weight : 54.5 kg (120lbs)Target Weight : 108lbsI started yesterday no meat/rice/powdered juice/softdrinks/rice, no sweets, no junk foods, no fried foods. Just oatmeal, fiber cracker, fruits and steamed vegetables. It's my 2nd day today, I am planning to do this until Sunday! 23-Feb-14. We will see the effect
