Height: 5'0"
Starting weight: 152 lbs (January 3, 2014)
Current weight: 147.6 lbs (February 14, 2014)
Goal weight: 100lbs by December 2014

I started jogging (more on walking) nung January 4, twice a week at 30 minutes each. Tapos less rice sa tanghali at gabi. Pinipilit ko na rin kumain ng gulay.

Now that I'm taking this seriously, I started today yung 30day shred and a more serious diet: cereals, fruits and canned coffee (if needed) for breakfast, half rice and any ulam plus gulay for lunch, just ulam and fruits every dinner. Crackers na lang for snacks. I started counting calories na rin. Junk foods, instant noodles or soda siguro once a month na lang until mawala sya totally sa diet ko. Yung sweets ang mahihirapan talaga ko!  :-[

Pano to? Hindi ko na matandaan yung Weight ko nung nagpacheck-up ako. pero halos 2weeks na din akong nag diet ngayon.

Ay talaga! Last 10-12 pounds is the hardest, I exercise and diet talaga but I keep losing and gaining it back. Parang yoyo, medyo nakakainis at depressing! >:(

I used to be 110 from hs until 3 yrs ago at lumobo talaga ko sa starting weight ko ngayon. i got strict on my diet for a month but then, 1 lb lang nabawas saken. grabe!! is something wrong with me?

I am so serious with this diet thing :

Height : 5'1
Current Weight : 54.5 kg (120lbs)
Target Weight : 108lbs

I started yesterday no meat/rice/powdered juice/softdrinks/rice, no sweets, no junk foods, no fried foods. Just oatmeal, fiber cracker, fruits and steamed vegetables. It's my 2nd day today, I am planning to do this until Sunday! 23-Feb-14. We will see the effect


Update :

Last March 02  - Weight is 118lbs
Last March 09  - Weight is 115lbs

So motivated lalo ako since I can see the effect and result ng paghihirap ko..
I am nobody.

 In two months yan ha.of dieting and exercise.
Sa morning na lang ako nag rice 1cup. Then more of veggies and fruits.
Tapos 2lbs. Lang hays! Patay na ata metabolism ko.pero napi feel ko naman

Disciplina lang..kaso ang hirap pag nasa harap mo na ang food tapos pupunta ka pa sa mall daming makakainan..ang hirap mag pigil lalo na pag ilang linggo ka nang nag d diet tapos makakakita ka ng food na gustong gusto mo minsan ma f feel ko naawa ako kasi d ako makakain ..kaya ayun napapakain na ...sana next month mag 140 na ako:)

weight two weeks ago: around 125 pounds
weight this morning: 121.4
goal weight: 110 by June! Sana makaya, LOL. Maybe 105 in the long term.

Been doing exercises with 5-pound weights (womenshealthmag.com offers a lot of different routines, namili na lang ako nung mga medyo type ko, haha). Hay, nakakapagod talaga, I'm so weak and out of shape.

Also really planning on doing something about my constant snacking and dining out para hindi naman masayang ang pagpapapayat, and I might try out Plana Forma this month.
