Wow sis ysa.belle galing m naman magawa nga yan.. Kakainspire im stuck at 149 di na ko naglose nung nareach ko yan im 5'8 .. Gusto ko sana mga 140 ok na sakin un

@candacena, matagal ko na talaga sis pangarap pumayat... atleast achieve ko na. hehe pero ingat ako this holiday season kase daming foods everywhere


BMI ko pala:
110 lbs = 18.9
112 lbs = 19.9
Normal weight: 18.5 - 24.9 so okay lang weight ko for my height

A month ago :
Weight: 169.4 lbs.
Height: 5'3

Current weight: 160 lbs

At first nageexercise or zumba ako 4 times a week, tapos bawas ng kain, 1 cup of rice 3 times a day lang..nagbawas ako ng 2 kilos after a week pero after ilang days lang pag wala ako zumba balik na naman sa original na timbang...
Nagtry naman ako ng iba..this time regular na kain ko 1 cup of rice to 1 and 1/4 cup pag breakfast at lunch..then pag dinner less rice lang mga 3/4 cup, nadidinner ako ng mas maaga 5pm to 6pm..minsan no rice ako sa gabi magsotanghon lang ako.. tapos pag malapit lang pupuntahan hindi na ako nagcocommute.. ayon mas effective sya for me...kasi hindi ako nagugutom kahit 10 pm na or 11pm na gising pa rin ako.. minsan pag gabi nagasnack pa rin ako ng isang piece ng bread or minsan burger pa nga..nakakalose ako ng 1 kilo a week.. wala pa akong exercise noon..

 Magdinner ng mas maaga yun ang pinakaeffective sa akin.

hindi  rin bumabalik ang timbang ko....hindi ko pa ginastarve ang sarili ko.. at wala pang zumba yun ah.. baka this week sabayan ko na ng zumba kahit twice a week pag nakabili na ako ng bagong shoes nasira na kasi yung dati ko..at minsan nakakalimutan ko bumili pag nasa mall na ako... =) sana after two months kahit makalose ako ng 8 kg or 17.6 lbs masaya na ako... =)

93 lbs at 5'2..Yes! No diet, no restrictions, no exercise.
 nothing. kaya ang bagal. eh, nawala naman ang skinny and baby fats na..kahit umupo walang bulge sa tummy. yey

I'm back, for good.
currently enrolled in a gym i go thrice a week mostly light lifting and cardio, will try no rice, pork or beef starting tonight. I'll be a bridesmaid again in 2 months  :P see you again this Friday, March 11. dapat may challenge tayo e, hindi ako marunong mag organize hahaha

I still eat rice. 1/2 rice during lunch and just choose the lesser evil. hahaha chicken instead of pork, madalas gulay. kanina nag chocolate ako (grabe kasi craving)

Pinag halo halong exercise and diet. Mabagal progress pero ay least meron pa din improvement to think mahirap magpapayat pag may PCOS

2014-2015 - 88 kg
Dec 2015 - 79 kg
January - February 2016 - 75 kg
April 2016 - 67 kg (dito yung halos everyday ako nagwoworkout)
May 2016 - (CW) 65 kg

i think medyo matagal ang process pero fighting pa din!  8)

diet: im not really strict on what i eat but i dont have any vices na(i dont drink and smoke na), no softrdrinks and junkfoods on a regular basis (sometimes i cheat 1-2 times a month), i eat veggies and fruits alot, once lang mag rice in a day, and if may times na napakain ng madami, i jog, do hiit exercises, mga ganun  ;D

GW - 55 kg so 10 more kilos to go!

i had my pre-employment medical and realized that I need to lose weight as my BMI is 29.5 which is nearly obese or obese na kasi 30 and up ang obese.  huhu so sad  :(

trying to choose the healthy stuff, may cheat days pa rin ;p parang walang movement sa scale pero i lost almost 3 inches sa waist doing parang strength training for almost a month 3x a week, [textspeak!] may gulong, ropes etc (i think you guys got it na) pero not in the expensive gym, but it's still a gym, a very female friendly gym in Raffles building in ortigas. super ok kasi may trainer who guides me, i think im building muscles  ;) which is what i like.

push lang mga sis, kaya yan. nako sis ako rin BMI ko 29.4, =p need to lose a lot to attain my normal weight

Since I started Zumba last May 3 (4 x a week) ayan 3 lbs na ang nabawas.. I'm planning to do it till July, sakto 3 months. I'm 5'4" and the ideal weight is 125 lbs pero parang ayoko naman nun masyado ng payat tignan sa akin and I look old pag walang laman. Ok na ko sa 130 lbs. Not too thin, sakto lang. Tsaka toned ang muscles esp tummy area and legs

Medyo pricey ang Zumba ditto compared sa Pinas (AED250 = P3000) kaya sinusulit ko, so far I'm liking the results. I also started using the treadmill again. I don't like running at all but I knew 2 people who lost weight thru running so it kinda served as an inspiration for me..

I feel you. I stopped loosing weight. Consistent sa 70KG ang weight ko but a lot of my officemates/ kapitbahay/family has been saying na pumayat na ko. Even my clothes are too maluwag na and my pants but still I weigh 70kg. Pero continue pa rin ako. Sabe nga din ng trainer ko, might be muscle gain.
i am for everybody yet i am for none. nobody owns me neither i own one...

start ulit ako magweigh. last monday nasa 74.88kg weight ko, last week nasa 74.55. kakaasar lang kasi lagi akong nageexercise at tumatakbo ngayon pero pataas ng pataas ang weight ko. kaya ngayon nagbabawas na ulit ako ng kanin. may biggest loser din kasi sa amin at gusto ko ulit manalo.

nabasa ko yung post ko nung 2015 sabi ko ok na ko sa 140 pero 139 ako ngayon parang gusto ko pa lalo maglose haha  ;D

Weight last May 4 – 145 lbs (not sure pero parang nag 148 pa ata ako)
Weight last June 9 – 132 lbs
Weight June 25 - 130 lbs
Weight June 27 - 128 lbs
Weight July 21 - 124 lbs
Weight July 27- 122 lbs
Weight July 30- 120 lbs
Weight August 26 - 119 - 120 lbs

Weight today, September 21, 2015  - 110-112lbs

Total weight lost:  33 lbs

*pero po sa personal, it looks more than that ang na-loose ko.

pants size: 25 but medyo super maluwag na siya sa waist, sa hips kase sakto na eh (dati 28-29 po pants size ko). sa legs, mukhang di na akin yung new pants na nabili ko nung august, maluwang na talaga. (not complaining)
shirt size: small (dati medium - large) kasya na ako sa extra small :)

Goal weight - 115 - 120 lbs - achieve!  ;D
Height: 162.56 cm

Diet: no rice
Madalang ang bread and pasta. Now, I eat anything na, basta walang rice.

When I reached 115, I tried if aabot pa ako sa 110. Now, 110-112 lbs ako. Wala ng ibabawas pa yun siguro kase malakas na ako kumain ulit ng ulam eh. Pero I am trying to maintain 110-112. Would I go for 100 lbs? Hindi na siguro... maybe 105 lbs, pero baka matagal pa ma-achieve yung 105 lbs.

sis pa share naman madalas mo kinakain.. ulam lang talaga? ang bilis mo nag lose grabe kakainggit hehe.
