Weight last May 4 – 145 lbs
Weight last June 9 – 132 lbs
Weight June 25 - 130 lbs
Weight June 27 - 128 lbs
Weight July 11 July 21 - 124 lbs
WeightJuly 17 July 27- 122 lbs
Weight July 30- 120 lbs

Weight today, August 26 - 119 - 120 lbs

Total weight lost: 25 lbs

*pero po sa personal, it looks more than that ang na-loose ko

pants size: 25 but medyo maluwag pa siya sa waist, sa hips kase sakto na eh (dati 28-29 po ako)
shirt size: small (dati medium - large)  :)

Goal weight - 115 - 120 lbs
Height: 162.56 cm

Diet: no rice
Madalang ang bread and pasta.

^wow sis nakakainspire! ganyan din weight ko now, 145lbs and goal weight ko naman is 115lbs din. question lang sis, ang diet mo talaga is no rice lang? pano yung sweets? sa sweets kase ako mahina, huhu. :'(

Pasali mga sis...

Height:  4'11
Current Weight: 107 lbs
Goal: 95 lbs

I was 99 lbs last November and gained the extra pounds when I lost my job (I was bum for 3 months)

3 weeks ago I started low card diet but had only lost 1 lb (from 108 to 107).

So today I've started this military diet which you're only supposed to do for 3 days. Then my plan for the rest of the week is low carb diet pa din then zumba at least 30 minutes a day.

I hope to lose at least 2 lbs within the next  days.

^ we have the same height and weight. But my goal is 100 lbs. I think the last time I weighed less than that was five years ago.  :'(

Goal weight:     58 kg

6 more kgs to lose, sana maachieve ko naman soon.

April 2014              160lbs     
NOvember 2014      148lbs
May 2015               154 lbs
September 2015      160 lbs

I'm back to where I started. I already lost hope but when I saw ysa.belle's post na-inspire ulit ako.
Tomorrow I'll check my weight...

Plan: DIET muna strict NO RICE

@ysa.belle No exercise yan sis? No rice lang?

when i gave birth my weight was: 185lbs
2yrs old na baby ko currently at 148lbs

goal weight is 110lbs

61kg. (Sorry, laging kl. ang tinitingnan ko sa weighing scale).

Haaayyy... I really NEED to lose weight. 5'2" lang ang height ko, so I know super taba ko talaga. :(
Minsan I feel hopeless na kasi parang kahit anong gawin ko, di talaga nababawasan timbang ko.

^Sis kaya yan try mo mag fasting kung wala ka naman ulcer, then mag lukewarm with calamansi ka 30minutes before eating baka lang magwork sayo, that's what I did for already a week

hi! nung una, no rice, no pasta and no bread. ulam lang talaga, lately nag bbread na ako & pasta. well, i just ate a big bowl of spaghetti marinara for lunch  ;D pag dating sa sweets, malakas ako, pag gabi madalas ako kumain ng pastillas lately. pag may ice cream, go din ako. i do not deprive myself ng sweets kase favorite ko yun eh.

more on water saka pakiramdam ko lagi akong busog. honestly, i really wanted to loose weight dati pa, i tried Marie France (I paid 11K for their slimming services. Hindi man halata.), i tried slimming pills dati, slimming coffees, pero tumaba ulit ako. kaya now, no rice nalang.  :)

pants size: 25 but medyo super maluwag na siya sa waist, sa hips kase sakto na eh (dati 28-29 po pants size ko). sa legs, mukhang di na akin yung new pants na nabili ko nung august, maluwang na talaga. (not complaining)
shirt size: small (dati medium - large) kasya na ako sa extra small :)

Goal weight - 115 - 120 lbs - achieve!  ;D
Height: 162.56 cm

Diet: no rice
Madalang ang bread and pasta. Now, I eat anything na, basta walang rice.

When I reached 115, I tried if aabot pa ako sa 110. Now, 110-112 lbs ako. Wala ng ibabawas pa yun siguro kase malakas na ako kumain ulit ng ulam eh. Pero I am trying to maintain 110-112. Would I go for 100 lbs? Hindi na siguro... maybe 105 lbs, pero baka matagal pa ma-achieve yung 105 lbs.

ngayong nagppasta and bread na ako pero rice hindi na talaga.

Yan lang talaga ginawa mo, you just eliminate rice in your diet? Sa damit talaga unang mapapansin ang pagpayat. sana sa march maachieve ko na yung target goal ko na 120lbs

mga sisses pasali sa weigh in kahit hindi pa Friday..
History: i was 150lbs (68kg) back in July 2014. Since i was getting married december 2014 nag Low Calorie Diet (1200cal) ako plus I made sure to get at least 10,000 steps per day. October 2014 I weighed 130lbs (59kg) and i was very proud of myself. Since the wedding, i have no motivation, no diet, no exercise and have been eating everything I want. No control. Long story short, people around me (friends, mom) made me realize i was slowly letting myself go. Napapabayaan ko na daw sarili ko.

weight: 160.6lbs (73kg) 😢😔😪
Ht: 5'4" (163cm)
BMI: 27.4

Target Weight: 127lbs (57-58kg)

Diet: Low Calorie Diet (800-1200 kcal per day) i know 800 is too low but matigas ang ulo ko. I am using the app My Fitness Pal to monitor my daily intake.

Nov 25, 2015
Weight: 150.2 (68.2kg)
Total loss: 10.4lbs (4.7kg)
BMi: 25.8

I hope sisses you learn a lesson from my experience. Take care of yourself. Be consistent and don't slack off. Sayang pinaghirapan natin.
