My friend did a 130k wedding, but their venue was their own resort in Batangas, and their ninong and ninangs were the one who took care of other expenses like their photo and video by Niceprint, photobooth by Baicapture, and K by Cunanan as gifts (bongga diba as gift). I'm the one who paid for the HMUA naman for her. I recommended some of her suppliers naman coz she trusted me that much and the wedding was very successful naman.

sis, church and venue in Antipolo.  wala pa kong idea kasi. although may nakita akong pic ng isang venue in Antipolo, Mango Farm, mukhang maganda.

hay naku, hanggang ngayon ang labo labo pa rin ng type of wedding na gusto namin: beach, tagaytay wedding, antipolo or manila wedding. hay... siguro ang una kasi naming kino-consider ay yung kung saan or alin dyan ang kakasya ang budget namin na 150k

I had experienced a 100k wedding at Batangas last month. It was a very intimate wedding with 50 pax guests but one of the best wedding ever (so far). Although the food and stylings was catered and sponsored by her mom kaya tipid rin talaga.

Sis, keri mo talaga yan. Malaking factor din talaga ang no. of guests. As long as you stick to your budget.

Since we are on super budget (by hook or by crook definitely church wedding, hindi pwede civil hehe), we decided na ang reception is either sa mga restaurants para hassle free na sa amin: Jade Valley, Max's, Kowloon West or Dad's.

Gusto namin sa Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Cubao kasi dun kami pareho graduate nung highschool. 20k ang bayad sa church, and pwede sila mag kasal ng Sunday kasi ang date namin is 12/18/16. Sana mabook na namin yung church: downpayment is 5k. Kaso naman ang engagement ring hinuhulugan pa ni BF--kaka down lang namin nung Saturday sa wedding fair huhu.

Sina Marian and Dingdong dun ikakasal this year. Wala lang, medyo showbiz moment there hehe.

Things are really looking up. With the long planning we have, priorities lang ang kelangan.

Kudos to the sissies here who made it with 150k! We're going to have a civil wedding lang pero mejo hirap na ako sa less than 150. Hindi pa kasama yung rings. (Although to be fair, gagastos din kami ng accomodation kasi from different provinces kami ni boyfie so halfway nalang - 10k budget for this, malaking discount dahil sa tita ko.) Baka may ma-share pa kayong tips sissies. Plano ko rin i-DIY yung invitations, kaso ako na kasi gagawa nung cake eh. Kung may ma-reco kayo na venue worth 800-1000 per head, (40pax max) QC or Makati area. (: And affordable photographer na rin sana. TIA!

wow kaya ng 150k! sa amin is 300k for 100 guests including entourage na yun. Mid-range suppliers kinuha namin but we invested sa Church 25k, venue plus caterer 131k and P/V 41k.

originally, ako gusto ko sa Max na lang sana reception pero ayaw ni fiance.. hehe.. so we booked Oasis package originally costs 143k for 100 pax but magaling mag-haggle si fiance so 131K na lang from 143K

my best friend had her civil wedding at 50k for about 50 guests a few years back. we had the reception at a very cozy spanish-inspired venue in our province. plus, it was one of the happiest weddings i've ever been to in my life - and that's not just because it was my best friend getting married. when it comes down to it, there are actually more "wants" in a wedding celebration that drive up the costs :-)
they only spent for the venue/caterer, bride's dress (simple white dress made by a local seamstress), groom's clothes (simple white long-sleeved shirt and black slacks), cake and cupcakes, and make-up (which was done by the korean salon in town)
i volunteered as the photographer/videographer and during the reception, i helped host together with another friend. another close friend's husband sang for their first dance. decorations were a gift by another friend who's business is doing event styling :-)
