I think it boils down to this "If you enjoy what you eat, cheating is never an option." but this one doesn't really worked for me.. I cheated many times.. due to work so I ended up stopping the program.. then resume. (uggh bad, not following the protocol)

Since I started taking HCG (with/without), I started to consume more water than the usual.. I can drink more than 10 glasses now.. dati 4 glass is enough for me. It suppresses my appetite too.. if i take it right. So I guess its working for me.. But syempre different effects din on other people.

I wont disclose my weight loss but I'm happy to say that I can wear some of my clothes a year ago. (Specially my shorts/jeans.) I'm doing my own program while on HCG pellets.. but I wont suggest them to anyone kasi this method works for me.. I eat Kimchi/Atchara for most of my meal.. and I enjoy those foods. (not just Enjoy, I LOVE Kimchi.)

as a Seller/User.. I don't really recommend this to those who can't really follow the protocol well. I never say its 100% effective.. kasi what works for other people, might not work for you..

so if cheating works for others.. maybe that's what they really needed. Kasi mahirap din talaga i-adjust ang sarili mo taking foods you don't like.. Minsan kasi when you have no choice lalo na Overtime sa work or Traveling.. Foods can really spoil and minsan di accessible.. Kaya you ended up taking foods na not allowed on the protocol.

For working girls like me.. if your work area has a fridge/microwave and accessible to any fruit stand or supermarket. (and umm yeah you don't travel a lot and, also if you can cook your food and buy fresh vegetables everyday) This diet is right for you, otherwise cheat or find another diet. :)

just my 2 cents.

Thanks sis! :) Excited na ako to start next week. May mga ingredients kasi na hard to find so planning on replacing it with ingredients na madaling hanapin, tapos check ko sa fitnesspal kung pasok pa din sa calories. Well, sana lang accurate 'yun. Haha! How much bili mo sa miracle noodles? And I read somewhere na meron din miracle rice? Or same lang siya? :)

sis, wala kasi ako sa pinas pero yung miracle noodles it cn be shiratake or konyakku, you can buy sa japanese groceries or atleast yung mga groceries with international foods din.. bale naka-refrigerated yun and white yung color.. yeah, i heard meron ngang miracle noodles pero wala akong mahanapan nun, mukhang mahirap siyang hanapin.. converted to peso nasa 50php lang yung noodles and sobrang madami na siya.. i mixed some chicken lang tapos broccoli or green bellpepper.. tapos yung mga spices, ansarap sis!

^ I like! Meron yata sa Healthy Options, try ko humanap :) I actually listed down my menu for 2 weeks already, HCG recipes + blood-type friendly foods + foods I love to eat + foods that are easy to prepare, incorporated lahat 'yan kaya excited ako. Worry ko lang is 'yung sa carbs replacement ko that's why I'm looking for that miracle noodles/rice. I can live naman without rice, basta may bread/pasta, pero since bawal lahat, kaya ayan hehe.

Sis calin22, thanks ha! ;)

^np sis ;) for carbs.. Since nasa healthy options ka na. Get Melba Toast.. Its 195/pack ata. Get the one na pinakamababa ang calorie. Or if you can find soya sticks.. Okay yun kasi mas mura.

Planning to get miracle noodles too.. :) meron ako nakita sa sulit kaso magscout muna ako baka may mabili sa healthy options. And also Miso, seaweed kelp and bonito flakes for my miso soup -- sorry not listed on the protocol but its one of lowest calorie food na I can eat without the feeling of deprivation.

Reminder lang po... This is considered a support section/group db? :)

sis akin HCG + food for your blood type diet din kaya baka malaki rin nailose ko.. kasi napansin ko like yung corn, di pala pwede sa blood type ko kaya pag nag-cr ako di siya digested.. so yung ibang allowed sa protocol tapos di naman pwede sa blood type ko, di ko talaga kinakain.. ginagawa ko lang list of menu ko every week based sa hcg protocol at blood type protocol.. pero i make sure na yung menu ko eh hindi time-consuming gawin para di ako tamarin.   :)

im not sure sis. kasi di ko pa siya natrytry.. I have lots of soya sticks pa kasi :)

Tama to Kat. Siguro eto ang pinakabest for newbies.. Try it first without cheating. Follow the protocol well and do your research. If this method does not work.. try it again and again.. pero kung di na talaga kaya ipilit, I would suggest to you to cheat in portions nalang or try another diet.

Kasi many people here says HCG works with cheating. Yes it does but in long term.. it maybe good or bad. (Weight Rebound) What works for others, might not work for you.

For Newbies only --> Never ever start HCG if you think cheating will get you through with it.. knowing that other people succeeded with that method. Try it first and see if this works for you.

As for the record, me cheating while on HCG brings me slow results.

^i agree naman. do not plan your cheating. kung unexpected cheating pwede pa siguro like may biglaang lakad or your partner asks you out. pero yung sasabihin or iisipin mo na "i'll cheat na lang bukas" wag ganun. i admit i cheated while on this protocol pero labag sa loob ko yun syempre kasi nga pinaghihirapan ko yung diet tapos 1 araw na cheating mawawealang saysay lang but then again, like i said i need to go out with my hubby every weekends. but i make sure na onti lang ikakain ko and i avoid fats tapos pag fried and pansin ko oily masyado, i tap it on tissue para maabsorb kahit onting oil. but while i'm eating na-sasad ako at naguguilty, but i had no choice. so pag nag-ccheat ako dito ko pinapasok yung sit-ups at jogging in place.  but the rest na nasusunod ko protocol super light exercise lang.

DO NOT PLAN YOUR CHEATING AHEAD.

Tumawag ako sa Healthy Options, 199php/8oz daw :) They have both Miracle Rice & Noodles. Iniisip ko, baka meron nito sa Binondo sa mag Asian groceries doon, baka cheaper pa. I'll let you know kapag makahanap ako :)

^hehe, kakainggit mga baon mo katkat! i wish i could be that creative! hehe, but to be fair natuto ako magbaon at magluto dahil dito sa diet na ito. mahirap but at the same time fulfilling. mas feeling ko mas mahirap magbackslide kasi pinaghirapan ko talaga! hehe, saka wala namang mahdali sa mundo! and i am just so blessed with a very supportive family, friends and bf, kasi sila pa nag eencourage for me to stay focused sa goal ko. and yeah, nong una, parang naaawa sila to see me eat baon while they eat their regular food, pero i told them naman na i can take it naman, tutal, ginusto ko ito, kelangan panindigan ko! hahaha! eventually, i don't know if its because of me going on a diet or what, sila rin eventually began to eat healthier, some of them are now on hcg diet na rin. masaya lang ang feeling talaga to be able to inspire people to do something good for themselves and be able to support them each step of the way, just how someone supported me rin when i was starting on this diet way back.  :)

^ Okay sis thanks! :)

Anyway, okay lang ba if breakfast and lunch ko i-take ang protein and veggies? Kasi hindi ako sanay na nagdidinner talaga eh, might as well eat na lang my dinner sa breakfast. Nabasa ko kasi sa manual na "anytime of the day" and protein, fruits, veggies as long as not the same type at the same time, so I assume na pwede for breakfast. What do you think mga sis?

^sis, as far as i can remember, walang breakfast dito. coffee lang ang breakfast mo dapat. tapos yung heavier calorie eh during lunch kasi we need the energy pa for the whole day eh.
