Ladies, id like to share, i bought cream dory, tas before cooking i marinate in lemon juice or kalamansi pang tanggal lansa tas budbod ng cayenne pepper and garlic.

Sinasabay ko na yung pang lunch and dinner sa luto kasi kung hindi, tatamarin ako magchicheat nanaman ako. Tas served on top of lettuce na lang, ang pinaka panduga ko, naghahalo ako ng tomato or cucumber or apple or peach. Kasi di ko keri na lettuce lang talaga. Bought diet mayo from healthy options, minsan ko lang ihalo kasi ang asim.

Tas, more garlic powder, mahilig kasi ako sa garlic. Hehe. Tinatamad na ko magslice ng onion, kaya todo na to.

Tas, natutunan ko ang swiss miss diet drink from calin, 25 calories sya, so if im hungry, thats what i drink.

Ayoko na magcheat pero ang hiraaap. Haha.

Also, ive not been pleased with the regular weighing scale, bought one digital earlier today sa ensogo for 475php lang ata, basta less than 480, free delivery.

Hi mga sis! Can you give me a quick overview ng diet na 'to? Kasi most posts kasi nasa kalagitnaan na ng diet nila. I have a few questions... :)

1. May sinusunod pa na diet or DIY? Kasi 'yung iba parang may sinusunod, 'yung iba parang DIY ata. Are they easy to follow and easy to find na ingredients? :) Dun kasi ako fail eh, sa pagprepare ng foods lol.

2. (Tamad ko magsearch :p) How do you take the HCG drops? :)

Thanks sa mga sasagot! :)

i've lost 30lbs sa diet na to.. 30days with lots of cheating. I do my own menu, I prepare my own food. I just downloaded fitness pal apps para i can check calorie intake ko.. i was supposed to do a round 2 pero yung shortest program na lang 21days ata yun (forgot) to lose the remaining 20lbs kaso i got preggy na eh..

30mins before my meal sis.

i will surely do this diet again when i gave birth.

^ yes sis, as long as it's 500 calories/day.. baka ang sinasabi mo are the sample menus na kasama whenever you ourchase hcg drops.. di ko ginaya yun kasi tinatamad ako..  ;D yes sis, walang rice.. pero gumagamit ako ng miracle noodles which is 0 calories so busog ako dun.. first week ng phase 2 mahirap talaga but masasanay ka na after that.

okay...so this is the first and last time i am going to speak about this...i know, to each his own, but i would just want to give enlightenment to those who are confused...

if you are thinking of going into the hcg diet and cheat your way out since you will still lose weight, then you are defeating the purpose of  the hcg protocol, which is to correct and cure wrong eating behaviors and to modify and reset our metabolism and eating practices. by cheating, you do not let yourself be cured at all because at the end of the diet, you still have the same cravings and your body will still have the same requirements.

everyone can lose weight with only 500 calories a day, the question is, what is the quality of the food you are taking in and would they be enough to give you sustenance all throughout the period and would they yield the same long term effect (reset of cravings, metabolism, no rebound)? the food guide was provided because there are food groups that cannot be consumed with certain food groups. there is a science behind the hcg protocol and that is why they were meant to be followed with the effects being for the long term...

i am not trying to be high and mighty here as i have also cheated several times. but heck, i would never be proud of those moments and would never advise anyone to do the same.

just my two cents...research and planning is the key...don't rely on our mere words alone...make google your bestfriend...if you want something you never had, then do something you never thought you could do.

^^i make my own menu pero i follow the do's and dont's.. usually grilled chicken with cayenne pepper, bit of salt, and basil (condiments) with grilled or boiled asparagus with dijon mustard.. veggies ko lang are asparagus, carrots, broccoli, spinach, ampalaya then chicken or lean meat or boiled egg. i don't follow yung mga recipes but i follow the allowed foods.. and walang exercise kasi bawal so habang nakahiga a bit lang like tataas ko lang leg and arms ko.. kaya even my thighs and arms are toned..

^some cheated kasi kailangan. i cheat if i'm on a date with my husband. alangan namang i bring my own food diba? of course lahat naman siguro alam nila when they cheated so nasa kanila na yun. you can't tell everyone not to cheat. and just to correct you, i didn't have the same cravings and appetite as before even when i had my cheat days. . and no one in this thread advise others to cheat din. sharing of experiences nga eh diba? we cheat and we admit! that is why we are saying na baka dahil dun kaya di na-achieve yung goal. but it all depends on how did you cheat. you don't need to keepon saying na bawal yun, as you said, to each his own.

Thanks sis! :) Excited na ako to start next week. May mga ingredients kasi na hard to find so planning on replacing it with ingredients na madaling hanapin, tapos check ko sa fitnesspal kung pasok pa din sa calories. Well, sana lang accurate 'yun. Haha! How much bili mo sa miracle noodles? And I read somewhere na meron din miracle rice? Or same lang siya? :)
