^^talagang bumabagal on the 2nd week. that's why you really have to be more careful of your food intake. try to switch some of the food items and remember, heavier proteins during lunch, lighter sa dinner. fruits should not be the same for the day. no mixing of veggies in one meal.

^sis, did you try to drink water after you felt it? minsan kasi ako when i feel that, i drink water tapos nawawala naman siya. it also helps rin na i take psylium fiber siguro.

4 soyami sticks is 70 calories. i take 4 sticks every day and i eat it as snack... in between meals. this is the advice of my hcg seller.

ang hirap nung mga food. plan ko sana to eat alternately tofu and tuna in water alternately since yun ang pinaka cheap at madaling hanapin na mga pagkain. tapos sa fruits apple na lang ang lagi ko buy. for veggies alternate ko lettuce and tomatoes. carry lang naman ba yun? also, wala ako makita cheap alternative for starch. tsaka pwede ba iskip na lang yung mga soya sticks for snack? kakayanin naman ng walang snack, ang mahal kase :(

sample menu plan:
breakfast - coffee with stevia
snack - soya stick 2 pieces
lunch - spiru-tein meal replacement shake
snack - soya stick 2 pieces
dinner - grilled chicken with fresh asparagus

not so sure if 100% compliant ako pero this worked for me.
i took a lot of shake during my round 1 kasi wala akong time magluto.

You don't enroll sis. Basically it's a DIY diet. You just have to find your HCG drops. Meal plan can be found all over the internet. :)

@beach, thanks for the reply; i'm on day2 loading phase, i'm thinking of buying/eating bangus belly as my protein food during lunch and dinner; pwede kaya na magprotein din ako sa breakfast and veggie and starch na lang sa dinner?

i don't think so. coffee or tea lang sa breakfast talaga ata.
for the protein- pwede shrimps... i always steam some suahe kasi masarap and allowed sya kasi water lang gamit sa steam and a little salt. steamed crab din... medyo pricey nga lang.

^^^for fish -- Buy ka po ng Dory. Medyo pricey lang at walang lasa minsan.
You can also take canned tuna (IN water).. malansa lang ito.
