Woodbury for me. mas gusto ko premium outlet dahil may high end brands and agree mas marami options at hindi Lang clothes. Sa Jersey garden more on clothes lang.

Thanks, sisses for the feedback. Looks like we'll go to Woodbury Common na. Sana lang walang snowstorms masyado when we're in NY. We made a light itinerary na lang, para we have "allowance" for a free day or two in case we get snowed in and stuck sa house.  It might be difficult to drive around, especially for us na hindi sanay. Although husband's cousin na taga-dun can drive for us naman daw. One week to go!

Dsw, bloomingdale's, macy's & jcpenny ang namimiss ko sa nyc. 1 month din ako nag stay sa ny. Sa upper manhattan ako nag stay! I miss miss miss the world's capital!

Medyo bitin yan pero pwede naman pag kasyahin. Pwede mo na dyan mapuntahan 3 out of 5 boroughs of ny. Queens, manhattan, brooklyn. Sa 1st day pwedeng liberty tapos lakad lakad sa wall st. Nandun yung charging bull, one world tower,  bryant park etc then times square sa gabi. 2nd day central park tapos brooklyn bridge  5th avenue , 34th st nandyan ang madison square, public library grand central. Yung 3rd day kain ka sa shake shack o sa serendipity 3  and a lil shopping. Enjoy the city that never sleeps!

hi mga sis! are there any apartments we could rent around manhattan or near it for like 3-4 weeks? we are planning to go there next year. thank you so much! or would we rather stay in a hotel? i really enjoy living like a local in places i go to, doing the groceries, cooking etc and syempre has makakatipid din sa food ( siguro)

^Hands down rent an apartment. It's going to be super expensive to stay at a hotel for 3-4 weeks. Try airbnb, I've used them since 2009 (but not in NYC) or any similar rental service. So far okay my experience with the apartments we've rented.

My boss and officemate both recently visited NYC (separately) and both booked via airbnb. They had no problems at all, though of course read the reviews and get in contact with the host beforehand to make sure you're comfortable with the idea of sharing an apartment.

When we went there last New Year super expensive ng hotels kaya we chose to stay na lang in an apartment sa Astoria sa Queens, Medyo pricey pa kasi sa Manhattan kaya sa Queens kami.
Sobrang mura and okay yung nakuha namin..andaming diner sa paligid kaya dun kami nagbebreakfast..
mga 20 minutes lang sya to Manhattan by train, ganda pa ng area.
Sa Airbnb kami nakakuha ng apartment.

Don't know if this is the right thread, pero which airlines do you girls usually take to get to NYC from Manila? Which is the cheapeast? I've checked some airlines and parang ANA ang may mas mababang airfare.

^No direct flights from Manila unless PAL will resume theirs again. Most foreign airlines flying out of Manila have flights to JFK but via their hub i.e. HKG, SIN, ICN, BKK, etc. to compare the fares use skyscanner.com or skyscanner.net

Super bitin yung 2-day trip ko to NYC! Next time I'll spend a week para sulit. Jampacked kasi ang schedule kaya konti ang napuntahan sa city. Siniksik ko yung Statue of Liberty Tour, Empire State Building, biking sa Central Park and Manhattan, 9/11 memorial, Times Square, Rockefeller, Chinatown, Of Mice and Men sa Broadway, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall St... Syempre Shake Shack at CAKE BOSS CAFE! Di ko nakita yung museums, grand central, Little Italy, Chelsea Market... pagbalik ko nalang 

Had a great time in the Big Apple! My favorite US city so far!
