ilang months na ba baby mo sis rome01? ayaw na talaga niya maglatch sa iyo? how about fenugreek caps? i also have blessed thistle but haven't used it in a while. nakakalakas din yun ng supply eh.

10 months na baby ko. Ayaw na talaga maglatch pag gising hehe. Tapos 2x a week ko la g nakakatabi kasi panggabi ako so pag off ko lang .

So parang exclusively pumping na ako for the past 4 months unlike before na nagdidirect pa siya sa akin

I bought domperidone
Pano ko itatake? 8 tablets in a day?

Is blessed thistle more effective than fenugreek?
I might try life oil, ilang beses siya in a day inumin?

Sad ako kasi ngayon 1-2 oz nlng per sesaion nalukuha ko

mga sis ano po ba marerecommend niyo na boppy pillow/ breastfeeding pillow na malaki? Hindi kasi malaki yung sa sm im having twins kaya naghahanap ako yung malaki sana tia!

^ Even ordinary pillows will do, basta fluffy at marami sila.

sisses paano ginagawa nyo when for example you're going to attend mass sa church tapos may baon kayong pumped milk? Do you bring yung milk ng frozen tapos lagay nyo lang sa thermal bag? Kaso paano pag biglang gusto na ng milk ni baby, how do you make the pumped milk warm?

sis romeo, try mo muna one tab 3x a day.
sis prettygurl, kami thawed milk na yung dala namin tas room temp na. basta dapat within 4 hrs, maconsume ni baby yung milk nya. pero usually, direct feeding kami kahit nasa church. gumagamit na lang ako ng cover

sis rome01, for me mas effective yung blessed thistle. but i drink lang if yung pumping schedule ko is naggulo by busy meetings (na parang forever bago matapos) and the next day, biglang parang iba yung output ko. ako naman since very distractible baby ko at day time and i think he just don't nurse effectively, i pump before feeding then i feed him directly tapos kapag nakatulog, i give the expressed bm. this worked for us the past 2 weeks kasi he gained weight. last month kasi i was overly concern about my baby not gaining weight. this month so far, this worked. funny thing about my baby is that he won't take bottle at night time. direct feeding lang talaga siya.

madami sa rustans pero di pa din sya malaki for a twin then meron yun uratex kaso parang manipis and bitin pa din sa sides kung mag tandem feed. i ordered online na lang sa US, it's double blessing twin nursing pillow.


mga sis ano ba mas ok na breastmilk storage yun mga storage bags or bottles?  i bought avent electronic pump. meron ako nakita yun container na may lid ng avent kaso parang 3 beses lang sya pwede i sterilize then dispose na, kung yun avent breastmilk storage bottle naman di  compatibe nipple sa inorder kong bagong avent natural bottles.

Sis what I do is that i bring my pumped milk, not frozen. Just the freshly pumped milk or the punped milk from the fridge then i have an ice pack and that helps keep my milk for 4-6hrs even if were out. I no longer warm the milk bec i read somewhere that there's no negative impact naman if i give it to baby cold. Its a matter of preference lang daw ng baby kung warm or cold yung milk na gusto nila inumin.

^ sis is it better that way na freshly pumped during the day yung dadalhin ko kesa sa na-pump ko na several days ago and frozen na sha? hindi ba mas mabilis mapanis yun kasi hindi sha frozen?

^sis speaking for myself lang i find it better na pumped milk from the fridge or freshly pumped kesa frozen kasi napansin ko the frozen milk tends to "spoil" quicker probably bec the freezing kills most of the antibodies and affetcs the antibacterial quality of the milk. haay, my unimom allegro pump has seriously degraded its efficiency since my son pulled it and went down the floor. no choice but to buy replacement. natuwa naman ako sa avent isis iq duo. maganda pala talaga siya. very effective for me. pati yung manual. i wonder why di ko mapagana yung manual pump from my sil. siguro sira na yung duckbill nun. but really, i was impressed. hope magtagal ito at ang bfeeding/breastpumping journey namin. also so happy that my husband is so supportive of me.

help, ayaw dumede ni baby sakin. Sadly, wala na din ako milk napuprosuce. Pag nag pump ba ako, babalik kaya yun? Baka kasi masayang lang pagbili ko ng pump tapos wala din lumabas. I'm on my third week na after giving birth via nsd.

has anyone tried to rent out a breast pump sa lactation center ng Medical City or St Lukes? For inpatients lang ba yun? I want to try to rent out a pump muna before i buy myself one (read in the medela site na as long as it's hospital breast pump,it's safe naman).Medyo expensive kasi siya. I'm planning to buy an electric type para mas mabilis makakuha ng milk. Rigt now, direct feeding ako e but I'm going bacc to work in two weeks.

^sis, at first I was hesitant to buy a pricier pump kasi nga mahal. but think of it as an investment na lang. I bought avent manual at ebay and it costs less than 2k and it comes with 2 4oz bottles. I would say super sulit na sulit ko yung pump ko. At 2k as initial investment, halos 4k naman ang na-sasave ko per month for the eight months that I've been using it.

I got mine at P650 sa SM Megamall.. It works for me and still using it for 5 months already

ang Medela House ba naglilinis ng breast pump?

bibigay kasi ng SIL ko yung pump niya. ayaw ko naman gamitin ng hindi nalilinis yung loob or tubes.

haay, i want to sell my avent electric pump. it's okay but i'm used with my unimom na maliit and magaan. sana pumayag si baby mama na i-repair yung old pump ko.

Mas mura ba if I order online sa US ng double electric breast pump kesa bumili ako dito? May gusto rin sana ako i-order online na ibang item, iniisip ko kung mas makakatipid ako kung isasabay ko dun.

^kung mabigat yung pump mo like Medela na electric, bumili ka nalang dito. kasi makakamura ka nga pagbili online, mapapamahal ka naman sa shipping dahil ang bigat!
