^wala namang major na mangyayari, you have to have it consumed lang kasi sa earliest date/ time so better kung yung na pump the next day eh later time na.

Im thinking of buying a pump from babymama too. Sa ngayon im leaning towards getting the manual unimom pump since im a sahm and gusto ko itry mag direct feed most of the time para tipid linis/sterilize ng bottles.

i pump at most 4oz with my manual pump. Siguro minsan tinatamad lang ako kaya di ko nasasaid. But i hope my supply increases lalo na pagbalik ko sa work next month. Mas guso talaga ni baby ang direrct feeding. i'm drinking malunggay tea now and having oatmeal madalas na din. I haven't tried other supplements yet.

^pumping output is 2-3oz per breast. but note that normal lang din yung 1oz/breast.

^^ sis personally I usually get an average of 3oz on my left boob (which is favorit ng baby ko na side, hehe) and 2 oz on my right boob.

Pag medyo malakas 4-5oz on the left and 3 oz on the right pero super lakas na yun as in siguro naka-lagpas na ang 5 or 6 hours na di ako naka-pagpump. Pero tama si iristacey normal din yung mga 1oz sometimes.

thanks mga sis. Is that for regular pumping? I mean every 3 hrs interval?

Nagstart pa lang kasi ako magpump in preparation sa pagbalik ko to work. In 15 days kasi back to work na ko and I need to train my baby to bottle feed. Sa mga working moms dito, how much nacocollect nyo per day?

as much as possible sis every 2-3hrs. basta don't go beyond 4hrs without pumping. if need talagang maging beyond 4hrs, make sure you empty your breast. para you make sure na may ma-sustain ang supply mo. i collect around 18oz or more per day. if super busy and get to pump only 3x instead of 4x, i collect 16oz. pero paguwe ko, medyo full pa din ako so i still collect some.

^do take note also that breast pumps are hiyangan rin and your breast needs to get used to it rin. when i was still pumping, my initial output is approx 3oz per breast then eventually increased to 4-6oz and it depends on the time rin that i pump.

re: feeding, try to start with 2oz muna to see how much your baby can drink.
