Super No Deal! It's not that you dont trust the relationship to last but reality speaking, anything can happen and nobody wants to have a broken heart with an empty purse. Spare it darling.

No way! He should use his own money to buy a property for us in the future. No way, makikishare ako. I'll buy my own nalang.

No Deal. =)
Kung ang mag asawa nga or yung matagal na sa relationship e naghihiwalay pa e. =)
You can have a simple wedding naman e.
And kapag kasal na kayo e saka kayo mag invest ng house. Better kung house and lot.
I still don't understand kung bakit madaming may gusto sa Condo.
And when you invest sa house and lot, make sure na nakapangalan siya sayo. =)

Girl, nangyari na din yan sa akin before. 3 yrs na kami and naka-plan na lahat, and mag-invest na rin kami on a condo (BF/GF pa lang kami), tapos biglang hindi na nagparamdam for a month (coz I went for a vacation). May iba na pala siya! Imagine?! Good thing our "planned investment" did not push through! Edi "sa iba" napunta ang "investment" namin.

I'm not saying that the same thing will happen to you. Just be wary and careful. And there's no need to rush, dear. When you get married, you HAVE ALL THE TIME (even FOREVER) to plan and invest on things. Cherish your time together and if meant to be, magagawa nyo rin. Doesn't matter how many years it takes, as long as you're happy and you savor every moment you're together in your journey.  :)

NO DEAL!

i remember a real story from an office mate. they bought a car & townhouse together.. but they broke up after almost 5yrs in the relationship. it was a difficult break-up because the guy knocked up someone else. they had to sell the car & the girl got the townhouse after paying the guy his share in the property. good thing they recorded every payment made by whom & when.. but it was hard for the girl to transact with her ex considering the circumstances.

No deal. Plain and simple. Better kanya kanya muna while di pa kasal. Di ba mas masaya if eventually you end up married na, dami na kayo ipon.

No deal... after getting married na lang. Meantime, kanya kanya muna.
